Put the tread to the fl oor and beware of future fi nished fl oor. 1 Description Concorde is an aluminium staircase made out of 2 massive fl at stringers with integrated airplane formed steps. Very slim on the frontside, monumentally rounded on the backside. Made to measure in respect of width, length and angle of inclination. Anodised aluminium is used for a nicely fi nished natural product. The airy character of the staircase is accentuated by the thin beams. 2 Drill approximately 5 holes Ø12mm on different heights and 18cm deep in the wall. Clean carefully before using chemical mortar. Beware of wires of electricity or fl oor heating. For wooden fl oor, use wood screws. Fixation staircase Fill the holes with chemical mortar. Put the threaded rods in the holes by rotation movement until they stick out 1,5cm. Let harden and remove the uppertread from the rods. The excess of mortar assures ideal installment when the staircase is hanged on the rods. Fixation covering plate Keep tread on its place! Fix the uppertread in the staircase by means of the 4 bolts and hang the staircase on the rods. Screw the bolts M10 on the rods and tighten them Finishing of staircase Fixation staircase If the staircase isn t supported by both beams, use a block of ± 4cm high under the supporting beam and twist the staircase until both beams are supporting. Fill up the opening with gray silicone. Lift the staircase and put a block underneath. Fix the doublesided rubber under the stringers. Clean up and degrease the fl oor under the staircase. Put down the staircase according to right distance from the wall

Check fi xing points! Fix all steps for down to up. In case of balustrade on the staircase, the second step has 2 holes M6 down on the corner. Pay attention to fi x steps according to balustrade. Tighten bolts now. Fixation stringers Screw the bolts M10 on the rods and tighten them. Put the 2 stringers in the uppertread by means of the threaded rods M10 and the round headed screw nuts, don t tighten up because the stringers need to be positioned. Measure the distance from stringer to wall so that stringers are parallel. Fixation covering plate Protect the fl oor beneath the stringers! Tighten up the round headed screw nuts. Glue and fi x the side coverings of the steps. Finishing of staircase Fixation steps Degrease the upside of the stringers. Spray some transparant silicone glue around the drilling holes. Fix the fi rst step on the backside of the stringer with the M10 bolts and the wrench for hexagon screws Fill up the opening with gray silicone. Lift the staircase and put a block underneath. Fix the doublesided rubber under the stringers. Clean up and degrease the fl oor under the staircase. Put down the staircase according to right distance from the wall

7 Situation no counterplate Check the place where the staircase will be installed. Is the adjoining wall completely flat? How thick and out of which material is the wall cosntructed? (minimum 14cm and no Ytong-bricks). Where is the power supply? Adapt eventually the environment. Position the first part of the stringer to the wall. Drill a hole up and down to fix stringer with plug and screw. Then drill the other holes in the wall. Fixation 1st stringer Anodised aluminium staircase with bar shaped treads, fixed on only 1 side to the stringer, and secured by a triangular inox support. Fill the holes with chemical mortar. Put the threaded rods in the holes by rotation movement until they stick out 1,5cm. Hook the second stringer into the first and fix with hexagon threaded rods. Tighten firmly the bolts. Degrease the gap between the first and second stringer and seal it by means of silicone. 2 3

8 Position the uppertread square and on level in length and width next to stringer (completely fl at with fl oor). Keep on right place by using a girder or by fi xing with 2 windowplugs. Drill holes of Ø12mm, 18cm deep. If wooden fl oor, use wood screws. Remove dust from holes and fi ll them with chemical mortar. Put the threaded rods in the holes by rotation movement. Let harden and tighten the bolts. Fix the treads using pin screwdriver M10. Attach the coveringplates of the treads and glue and slide the coverings on the bottom and side of the steps Fixation steps Fix the LED-or RGB LED-strip into the stringer. Make sure that electric current is under the uppertread or on top of the beam. Make the connection with the LED-strip under the uppertread as shown. Make the connection with the RGB LED-strip under the uppertread as shown. Stick the plexi covering plate by means of transparant glue, above and down the stringer. Fill up the opening with gray silicone Fix the covering plates with glue as necessary.

(less than 14 cm and no Ytong-bricks) Where is the power supply provided? Adapt eventually the environment. Position the 1st part of the stringer to the wall. Drill a hole up and down to fix the stringer with plug and screw. Then drill the other holes in the wall. Fixation 1st stringer Anodised aluminium staircase with bar shaped treads, fixed on only 1 side to the stringer, and secured by a triangular inox support. Remove the plaster around the holes on the backside of the wall and put the threaded rods in the holes after inserting chemical mortar. Or use a counterplate on the backside of the wall. Tighten firmly the bolts. 2 Hook the second stringer into the first and fix with hexagon threaded rods. Degrease the gap between the first and second stringer and seal it by means of silicone. 3
