Think of your favourite story that uses magic or magical creatures. Write a short summary of that book or story. You could include the plot, the main characters and the style of the story. Draw the cover page and write the story on an A-4 sized coloured sheet. 2. Write a dialogue between any three people discussing their favourite food. They could talk about why they like it, when they eat it and how it is made. You may draw/paste the pictures of these people and their favourite food as well on an A-4 size sheet. 3. If you could spend a weekend doing exactly what you wanted, how would you spend your time? You could fill this table and discuss it with your parents- Saturday Morning Saturday afternoon Saturday Evening Sunday Morning Sunday Afternoon Sunday Evening Now, write a paragraph (on A-4 sheet) on your ideal weekend using the information in the table you filled earlier. You could draw/pate pictures as well. You could begin like this: As soon as I wake up on Saturday... ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES 1. Collage Activity Collect pictures of food items we eat in our daily diet. Make two collages with headings Healthy and Junk food and also write few lines about the good and bad effects of these food items on our health using a-3 sized coloured sheet. 2. Super foods Some food items eaten by us like turmeric, mint, ginger, garlic, gooseberry, basil, nuts, lemon etc. are called as super foods as they have many health benefits. Choose any two food items and prepare a sheet (A-3) showing pictures and their uses. 3. Read lessons 1 to 4. Learn class works of the related lessons. Practice diagrams and exercises in the rough copy. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE 1. Paste pictures of 5 sports persons and write few lines about them. 2. Paste pictures of the Seven wonders of the World and write few lines about them. ART AND CRAFT 1. Two paintings (Village scene and Picnic scene) 2. Two posters on A-3 Sheet (Save Girl Child and Save water) 3. One CD craft
