20 Hand skills /strengthening Add your previously identified buttons, coins or small objects Hide these objects first then have then classify as they come out of the putty Here s my playdough recipe PLAYDOUGH 1 cup of flour ¼ cup salt 1 heaping teaspoon cream of tartar 1 cup boiling water ½ tablespoon salad oil For color and scent add 1 envelope unsweetened Kool Aid. Mix all dry ingredients. Add boiling water, stir until texture is consistent and thick. You may need to micro-wave 30 seconds at a time to increase consistency in texture. Use care with heat and allow dough to cool prior to unsupervised play. Store in airtight bag or containers. This will store for many months.
