Prime Bank intends to purchase various office/table stationery and computer consumables from bonafied suppliers/importers/sellers throughout the year. With this end in view, a panel of suppliers will be selected through competitive quotation. Detailed list of stationery and computer consumables are enclosed. Sl Terms & Conditions: Name Office & Table Stationery Computer Consumables Remarks Detailed list enclosed Detailed List enclosed 1.Panel of suppliers: Prime Bank will maintain a panel of suppliers in order to purchase stationery items as and when required up to a specified time period not less than 3 months. The supplier shall provide immediate response either by phone,,e mail,and fax or by person to any of the Purchaser s queries related to support and service. 2.Frequency of Purchase: No formal purchase orderr will be issued. Rather Prime Bank s standardd requisition form will be sent to selected supplier and the supplier will have to deliver the requisitioned items to various users. This will be done usually twice a week. However,in case of urgent need, supplierss must have the capacity to supply requisitioned items every day. 3.Delivery:The vendor shall deliver the product to the respective Division/Branch of the Bank. 4.Pricee Validity: The bidder should mention a specificc validity date of the prices which shall not be less than 3 months. 5.Change of inferior quality/ defective goods: In case of supply of inferior quality/defective goods, any change request by Prime Bank must be entertained. 6.No Obligation: The Bank shall not be bound or under any obligation to accept the lowest quotation. 7. Payment :a) Payment will be made upon receipt of bill from the vendor, Delivery chalan as proof of delivery must be submitted along with bill. b) Bank will deduct VAT & AIT as per govt rules. 8.
