2 General Ordering Information The following are the terms and conditions for ordering from Patch Abilities, Inc. Your local distributor may offer different terms. Wholesale: We only sell wholesale to retail stores and distributors. Patch Abilities, Inc. does not sell retail. We leave that priviledge to all the great quilt shops. Minimum: There is no minimum for wholesale orders. This includes all in-stock wire hangers from Ackfeld Mfg. Shipping: All orders are shipped direct from our facility, here in St. Lucas, Iowa. We ship all orders UPS unless other arrangements have been made. Additional freight charges may apply when shipping to a residential address Payment terms: Credit cards accepted are Visa, and MasterCard. All orders are prepaid before they are shipped. Prompt shipping: We find it irritating when a company takes weeks to process our order for stuff we are anxious to receive. So..... we will not do the same to you. In fact, we pride ourselves on our quick turnaround. Most often, we can process/ship your order within a day or two upon receiving it. Satisfaction: If for any reason you are not happy with, or the product is damaged, please re-package in the original container. Call Patch Abilities, Inc. and we will proceed with the immediate retrieval of the product. Patch Abilities, Inc. will replace damaged product up to 30 days after receipt of the product. Returns: Patch Abilities, Inc. will only allow returns within the first 30 days of receipt of the product. A 25% restocking fee will be incurred for any nondefective product returned. Missing items: If you have received your order and are missing any items, please notify us immediately so we may make it right with you. Patch Abilities Inc must be notified of missing items within 15 days of your receipt of the product. If you fail to notify us within this acceptable time frame, Patch Abilities Inc is no longer responsible for fullfilling missing items.
