6 Save a Turkey! Disguise Him! November Family Project Parents, Your November family project is to disguise this turkey. Please cut out the turkey and help your child disguise the turkey as a different animal or character in hopes of avoiding being caught for Thanksgiving dinner! Possible ideas are a sheep, cat, Superman, Elvis, a baseball player the options are endless! Feel free to jazz up your turkey with items around your home such as yarn, fabric, beads, leaves, macaroni or anything else you find! After you decorate your disguised turkey, please write a short story explaining how the turkey will trick us into not having them for Thanksgiving dinner. (Example story: My name is Dino. I have scaly skin that won t taste good for Thanksgiving dinner. I am a nice dinosaur who would make a great pet!) Please return your family project by November. I love hanging these in the hall for all the kids to see! Thank you,
