(Sample testing) Test Condition Test condition / Requirement Sizes range from 12mm square to 25mm square (ACTDAE) and 90%~95% RH Humidity 60 C±3 C for 96~98hr High Temperature 105 C, for 96~98hr Low Temperature -40 C for 96~98hr Temperature Cycle Vibration Soldering Heat -40 C 30min / 105 C 30 min per cycle. 5 Cycles 2hr each of X, Y, & Z axis: 1.5mm amplitude, frequency uniformly varied (10Hz~55Hz) 350±10 C 5±0.5s (Soldering iron) Store at 25±5 C <65% RH>1hr. Then No visible mechanical damage. Solderability Dip in solder bath: 260~290 C for 3±0.5s >95% of terminal surface to be covered with fresh solder. Terminal Pressure No visible mechanical damage.
