KGROUND The Village of Howard received an application from Ton 80 Realty Services, Inc. on May, 05 for a location adjacent to Riverview Drive. Since that time, the applicant has decided to look at alternative locations. They are requesting to move forward on property currently owned by the Village of Howard (Meadowbrook Park.) We have notified the neighbors and are holding another public hearing because of the new location that is being proposed. ttached to the staff report is the application that was received by Ton 80. Staff also has included a copy of the Village s current ordinance and a copy of the Wisconsin State Statues that regulate cell towers for your review. REOMMENDTION Staff recommends approval of the onditional Use pplication with considerations. n appropriate motion would be: Motion to approve the onditional Use with the conditions:.
