Capacity Samples of s Exclusive Foundry & License Agreement 5.1 After mass Production begins, will make orders to purchase the Products within s purchasing capability that meet s feasible MOSFET sales volume, purchasing amount, and management and within GY s production capacity which is satisfied with the Product specifications defined in Exhibit B, the yield defined in Exhibit D and TPT 30 days defined in Article 2.6 by mutually written consent of both parties. 5.2 If GY is unable to fill a Purchase Order issued by, GY should not produce or manufacture any other companies products except s Product without s prior written consent by using Production facilities and/or Production site originally designated by. 8.2 Upon the receipt of s written Product qualification notice to GY, GY shall deliver Products to in accordance with the weekly delivery schedule provided in Purchase Order(s) issued by.
