1 34 Turn Signal Light Circuit DSCRIPTION The turn signal flasher relay turns on when it receives signals from the headlight dimmer switch integrated with the turn signal switch, causing the turn signal lights to flash. Inspect the turn signal light switch. Condition 2 (T) - 3 () Right elow 1 Ω 2 (T) - 3 () Neutral 10 kω or higher 2 (T) - 1 () Left elow 1 Ω (T) - 1 () Neutral 10 kω or higher Reinstall the headlight dimmer switch. RPLAC HADGHT DIMMR SWITCH

RPAIR OR RPLAC HARNSS OR CONNCTOR 7 CHCK HARNSS AND CONNCTOR (TURN SIGNAL FLASHR RLAY - ODY GROUND) Disconnect the 9 turn signal flasher relay connector () - ody ground elow 1 Ω RPAIR OR RPLAC HARNSS OR CONNCTOR RPAIR OR RPLAC HARNSS OR CONNCTOR (HADGHT DIMMR SWITCH - ODY GROUND)

5 38 8 INSPCT UL (FRONT TURN SIGNAL GHT UL) Component Side: Front Turn Signal Light* Remove the front turn signal light. Apply battery voltage to the terminals and check that the front turn signal light illuminates. Measurement Condition Positive battery - Terminal 3 Negative battery - Terminal 2 Front turn signal light illuminates *: LH or RH Reinstall the front turn signal light. Disconnect the A16 and A20 front turn signal light connectors. 9-2 () - A20-3 elow 1 Ω 9-2 () or A ody ground 10 kω or higher 9-3 () - A16-3 elow 1 Ω 9-3 () or A ody ground 10 kω or higher Reconnect the front turn signal light connectors. Apply battery voltage to the terminals and check that the rear turn signal light illuminates. Measurement Condition 2 1 Positive battery - Terminal 1 Negative battery - Terminal 2 Rear turn signal light illuminates *: LH and RH Reinstall the rear turn signal light RPLAC UL 11 CHCK HARNSS AND CONNCTOR (TURN SIGNAL FLASHR RLAY - RAR TURN SIGNAL GHT) Rear Turn signal Light Connector L12 *1 L15 * *1: LH *2: RH 9 (e) Disconnect the 9 turn signal flasher relay connector.
