1 MONTHLY REPORT OF Bareilly DDNational(Ch#8) & DDNews(CH#21 ) for the month of SEPTEMBER GENERAL 1.1 DETAILS OF IMPORTANT TECHNICAL WORK DONE DURING THE MONTH Name of Station DDK Bareilly Details of the important technical work done 400KVA 33KV/415V 3phase transformer was become defective on & taken out of circuit REMARKS Standby transformer 500KVA for transmitter was used on for DDK Residential Power Supply. Demanded one No. 400 KVA 33KV/415V transformer or repairing existing one.

2 DD#1 1. General cleaning 7F & 8F stages of the transmitter was done. 2. Blower Room/ Filters were cleaned to avoid tripping of the transmitter. On load changeover switch Havells, Model IEC 947-III 4 pole,800a,415v,50hz in panel become malfunction (3 phase connection are not proper)- it is required to be bypassed / needs new c/o switch. 8F(BEL 15000cx) valve urgently required as no spare valve in working condition available at V Urgent requirement of Diode D12-C13CUR, Capacitor 300pF, 10KV cap 1000PF/15KV & Resister 50 ohm, 150 W carbon rod resisters used in 8F stage. Power will become 1kW on failure of these components. No spare parts are available at Tech. store Bly. 28V/50A or 25A - 02 No. SMPS power supply is urgently required. DD#N 1. In 100 KVA AVR make-ae its one phase control was not working on auto mode. It was checked and its control card H-99 was found defective. The same card purchased from AE Company and replaced in it. Now, this AVR is working OK. 2. ATV Encoder changed with new one. 3. Under supervision of Shri Satyapal Ji, ADE(E), New Delhi, status of all PA checked and following works were done. (i) The phase of some Pas were found disturbed. Set it right. (ii) Repaired VPA s line transmitter, driver. Low. Of set current setting. As per instruction of ADG(NZ) office one ATV Encoder unit was handedover to CE(NZ) office in May 11 There is no spare ATV encoder unit is available at,in spare Exciter it is not working. Four No. vision PA are defective (suspected preamplifier) required to be repair at Zonal workshop.
