2 YOUR CHOICE OF ATTACHMENT OPTIONS: FOLDABLE DRAPE SUPPORT AND UNIVERSAL CLAMPS The Universal Clamps and Foldable Drape Support option is perfect when you are attaching your backdrop to a row of inline booths or back-to-back booths. The Universal Clamps are made to fit on any existing vertical upright, no matter the diameter, and create room for an additional layer of drape. This ensures that you do not need to remove the existing drape of the trade show booth and will have no effect on the booths beside or behind yours. Foldable Drape Support and Universal Clamps GROMMETS WITH TIES AND SIGN HOOKS Grommets will be punched every foot through the top of your fabric, and both ties and sign hooks will be provided with your kit in order to hang your backdrop. If you are using the ties, you will need to take down the existing drape and put up your own. However, ties are also useful for hanging your backdrop on things other than trade show booths such as trusses, walls, etc. Yet, since your kit also comes with sign hooks, you can also hang your backdrop directly over the existing drape as well. 3 ARTWORK GUIDELINES GUIDELINES SIZE: SET UP Our printing surface area is 96 wide. We can print any size as long as one of the sides is no wider than 96. Set your file to full size (120 x 96 for a standard 8 H x 10 W booth). Check resolution of your file by viewing the graphic at full size (zoom to 100%) on your computer screen. If the image looks unfocused, blurry or pixilated, the resolution is too low. Convert all fonts to outlines and embed all graphics into one final file; There should be no links. The best results are achieved in Adobe Illustrator with vector based output. Please save the file in one of the following formats. R COLOR: If you require a specific color, please provides with a PMS# (Pantone Matching System) R FONTS: Convert all text to outlines. PDF AI EPS Fabric Shrink/Stretch - The fabric may shrink or stretch about 2% IMAGES: Vector graphics are preferred. Non-vector images, such as photographs, must be at least 300 DPI at final print size. Never use low resolution images; resizing a low resolution image to a larger size will decrease its quality. DPI: Dots Per Inch, is a measurement of how much detailed color information a raster image contains. The more DPI your image contains, the more subtle details will be noticeable. VECTOR: Mathematically scalable, and editable, vector is a smaller file size that can be ed. IF WE ARE CREATING YOUR ARTWORK Logos print best in a vector format.
