3 Introduction to Engraved Signage CNC Engraved Signage Signage can be engraved into a Solid Grade material by our CNC machine Signage can be applied directly to the products we supply or provided loose for posi oning and fixing on-site. Our CNC machine is capable of engraving into sheet materials upto 3200 x 1200 mm in size. The CNC machine is also capable of cu ng sheet material into any 2D shape, allowing you to further customise your signage plaques. Some of the standard signs we offer are dispayed to the right. 4 Digital Printed Graphics Sports Halls / Gymnasiums This Sports Hall Changing Room has been transformed with Sports themed graphics printed directly to the Changing Cubicles. Simple silhoue e figures have been combined with large splashes of colour crea ng an interes ng, colourful and bright environment. The imagery for the Digital Print was created using Vector based graphics, which is capable of being re-sized without loss of quality.

5 Digital Printed Graphics Night Clubs & Bars Digital Print is ideal for use in Night Clubs and Bars, enabling you to create a rac ve and vibrant environments. Here Black Par ons and Pilasters have been used to complement the exis ng decor, whilst Digital Print has been used to introduce a splash of colour, crea ng a striking contrast. The imagery for the Digital Print was created using Vector based graphics, which is capable of being re-sized without loss of quality.

6 Digital Printed Graphics Printing onto Partitions The typical Cubicle Par on measures 1820x1500mm providing the perfect area to display large format graphics. The End Cubicle of this Corner Layout has been used as a feature wall to display a cap va ng image introducing colours to an otherwise uninspiring space.

7 Digital Printed Graphics Digital Print - Versatile Applications Digital Graphics are not only suitable for commerical situa ons or limited to prin ng onto Cubicle panels. Digital Print has been used in this domes c bathroom to create a Tropical Sunset feature wall. The image has been printed directly to our Shower-Wall panels, filling an entrie wall. The Shower-Wall panels themselves are manufactured from a 12mm Plywood core with a High Pressure Laminate finish to the front and back. The panels create a waterproof finish. The inks used for our Digital Prin ng process have been rigorously tested and are resistant to water and cleaning agents.

8 Engraved Signage Cubicle Logos Large Male and Female symbols have been engraved into the end Par ons of these Cubicles in a Unisex Washroom. The Cubicles are constructed from 13mm Solid Grade Laminate, the engraving reveals the black core of the SGL. Subtle Blue and Pink shades have been chosen for the Par ton and Pilaster panels providing a good contrast to the black engraving. The Symbols were created in CAD So ware and exported directly to our CNC Machine.

9 Engraved Signage Entrance Logos Here we have used a 13mm Solid Grade Laminate board to create these Male and Female Entrance plaques. Engraved from White SGL the signs contrast against the Mahogany Doors...maximising their visibility. Engraving into SGL reveals its black core, to achieve best results we therefore recommend engraving into light-medium shades of laminates. Engraving can also be applied directly our products such as Cubicles and Vanity Units. We have a Library of standard Signs to choose from, all of which can be scaled to your required dimensions. Alterna vely, you can supply your own signage designs in dxf format.
