Add 30% for extended styles and 20% for italicized fonts. Design Rates All graphic design charges will be calculated by specifics of project. All prices in catalog DO NOT include design charges. Please call for all design quotes. When Ordering Always give your contact information first. Please specify material, quantity, size, thickness, PMS color, font and space limitation. Make sure your measurements are correct to speed up the process of your order. Before ing production files, please read acceptable file formats. Acceptable File Formats We accept JPEG (300 dpi or higher), EPS, PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop, Composer, Flexi and Corel files. If sending files with text, please make sure to convert them to outlines. Delivery Times Most of the router-cut letters can be shipped within 3 4 business days depending on availability of materials. It may take as long as 7 14 business days for custom jobs or screenprint jobs. Rush Orders If your job is time critical, please request a guaranteed shipping date. A minimum rush charge of $50.00 will be added for overtime and increased pressure for production. Shipping Most orders are shipped UPS. We will ship the carrier and method of our best judgement unless preference is indicated when ordering. An additional $10.00 (net) will be added to all C.O.D orders. All shipments are shipped F.O.B. from South Carolina. Returns Sorry, NO returns on custom-cut or custom-printed jobs. Customer must inspect products for damaged or lost items. Any claims on defects, shortages or errors must me made within 7 days of delivery or your claim will not be honored. All logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
