8 Fit Out Procedure Fit out Onsite: Total Image will leave a set of the uniforms with for fitting purposes. Students that wish to try on their uniform before ordering can do so by visiting.

9 Ordering, Payment & Delivery If you do not attend the fit out day, please follow the ordering and payment instructions below: Ordering: After enrolment day, if students require uniforms they are able to complete an order form and place their order by: 1. Phone: Fax: Post: PO BOX 199 Westgate NSW 2048 Payment: All orders are prepaid and payment will need to be made for uniform orders to be processed. Students can pay by: Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex (3.5%) Money Order/Cheque EFTPOS Cash Direct Deposit Delivery: Orders will be delivered to the address nominated by the student. There will be a $16.50 incl GST delivery fee (Australia Registered Post). Students can select to pick up orders from Total Image head office. Delivery will take working days.

10 Returns Policy Please choose carefully as there is a no return policy on items from the range as they have been embroidered for UTS Pharmacy students only. Delivery Documentation All goods will be delivered with a delivery docket enclosed. The goods should be checked against: - The delivery docket sent with the order - The original order sent. If there are any discrepancies, Total Image should be notified as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution can be arranged immediately. If you are unable to check the goods at the time of delivery, you should endeavour to do so as soon as possible and notify Total Image within 7 days of receipt of goods. Faulty or Damaged Goods Received Total Image inspects all garments before they are delivered as part of our quality control ensuring your garments meet our high quality standards. If you receive a garment that is faulty, please do not hesitate to call Total Image on (02) to receive a return authorisation number and return form. Total Image needs to be notified within 7 days of receipt of order. The garment and return form will need to be sent back to: ATTN: RETURNS PO BOX 199 WESTGATE, NSW 2048 Once the garment is deemed faulty a replacement/refund can be organised in the same method the original order was placed.
