9 Other Details Colors & Treatment We can create all the colors if your requirement is not getting covered in our color library. We can carry out various kind of treatments like anti UV, Anti microbes, Bio Wash or Fire retardant Branding We carry out embroidery in best in class Tajima Machines, Silk Screen Printing in Butterfly Machines, Direct to Garment Print on Kronit, Epson Sublimation Printing, and also Eco Encryption Checking the quality of the Tshirts Color Bleeding: Tie a white cotton fabric piece to any part of the Tshirt under a knot. Wash it in detergent. Once dried check the white cotton fabric by opening the knot. A stain or not will tell the color fastness Color Fading: If the garment looks dull after washing it means poor quality of pigments were used. Fading also happens if the manufacturers, to save on cost and increase the gsm of a garment by ignoring the process of half bleaching the fabric. Though half bleaching the fabric reduces its GSM, it removes the impurities thus making the fabric dye friendly. Shrinkage: Knitted cotton by nature will always shrink in the initial 1-2 washes. Internationally the acceptable of shrinkage is not beyond 5%. Compacting is a process which helps reduce the shrinkage. A good quality compacting will ensure the garment does not shrink beyond 3%. Certain styles of knitting such as Honey Comb, Waffle, Drop Needle, Interlock or Pique if not compacted preshrunk the fabric may shrink as much as 15%. Cotton Balls Formation: If the fabric feels rough or its color lacks uniformity then there is a very high possibility the yarn used is carded or of a very low quality. On regular usage the garment will develop cotton balls making it very uncomfortable to wear. Some manufacturers use softening agents to conceal the true quality of the fabric. outreach@tailorwear.in
