They are confident women with full diaries and fancy smartphones. They fly around the world, are receptive to new things and have an eye for trends. And the new Soleil Bleu collection 2014 is just like them: Imaginative, farsighted, spirited but gentle, distinguished, feminine, sophisticated and sensuous. With vivacious but very elegant colour schemes, innovative quality development and functional product properties the new Soleil Bleu Spring Collection captures the dreams and the needs of the Modern Princess of the new millennium. The main focuses of the 32 articles are: 1. the summery and casual collection book Esprit with its decoration and upholstery fabrics made of 100% Trevira CS fibres, 2. softly flowing room-high, plain qualities, 3. enchanting embroideries, 4. fine-threaded jacquard fabrics The following five complex and contemporary colour themes build the colouristic base for the Modern Princess theme: 1. Lavender/Orchid Pleasing lilac and lavender hues convey a sensuous and feminine ambiance. The Modern Princess theme focuses on a spectrum of poetic lilac shades, combined with light off-white or gentle grey tones. Soft poetry is to be transferred into urban living spaces. 2. Cyan/Indigo Bold blue shades like indigo and fresh cyan create an illustrious royal look. A wide palette of airy blue shades allies with neutral off-white hues. 3. Jade/Viridian Jade, a shade of unbelievable depth, meets camouflage combined with garish lime. 1

4. Hibiscus/ Peonie The combination of rich hibiscus and soft peony creates an atmosphere both bold and comforting. Fruity and floral colourations reinvent the exotic interior. 5.

The collection books ESPRIT and MINIMALISTE in Trevira CS The Trevira CS programme in Soleil Bleu style comprises a total of 12 different articles, all included in the collection book Esprit.

The 5 colour groups described above provide many ways of redefining a summery and cheerful ambiance.

Plurielle complements the collection with its relief surface on a satin ground. The voluminous ribbon yarn adds eye-catching accents to the weft.

In addition to the collection book Esprit, the three upholstery fabrics are also offered in the collection book Minimaliste. Diva, a charming plain velvet, completes the group of upholstery fabrics.

2 4. Hibiscus/ Peonie The combination of rich hibiscus and soft peony creates an atmosphere both bold and comforting. Fruity and floral colourations reinvent the exotic interior. 5. Naturals The main focus for the natural shades is warm grey and brown tones, combined with maroon, caramel, cream and white as neutral acolytes. The collection books ESPRIT and MINIMALISTE in Trevira CS The Trevira CS programme in Soleil Bleu style comprises a total of 12 different articles, all included in the collection book Esprit. Apart from decoration fabrics, the wide offer includes upholstery fabrics and room-high articles. All qualities are washable according to the care instructions and are also hardwearing. The 5 colour groups described above provide many ways of redefining a summery and cheerful ambiance. The three upholstery fabrics Plurielle, Minimaliste and Cycle follow the current trend in the upholstery fabric sector towards small graphical patterns. Thanks to its extremely soft touch and smooth drape the fabric is also suitable as a decoration fabric. As for the decoration fabrics, the highlights of this furnishing theme are provided by the two jacquard-woven articles Arianne and Allure. The twill weave Arianne is captivating with its rich ornamental pattern and slight relief effect. Allure displays large ornaments featuring baroque elements on a finethreaded satin ground. The striped articles Estelle, Admirable and Bastide offer a multitude of combination possibilities. The base of the two stripes Estelle and Admirable is formed by an extremely fine and elegant repp weave. A moiré finish additionally refreshes the fabric s surface. Admirable bewitches in particular with finely graduated colour gradients displayed in a spaciously arranged ombré stripe. In contrast to this effect, the stripe Bastide, held in a monochrome gradient, presents an interesting ottoman weave. Despite the ottoman structure the fabric is very soft and drapes most smoothly, rendering it suitable also for decoration purposes. 2

The plain moiré quality Cartouche comes in a large colour range of 18 lively shades. The quality gains additional effect from its discreet sheen and charming, pleasant feel.

Lou enchants with its elegant lustre and its varied colour palette of 35 new colours.

Exotic accents are added by hibiscus and orchid colours. The fine-threaded, transparent fabric Charles has a width of 312 cm and is available in 5 upbeat and vivid colour hues.

Among the room-high fabric widths the fine-threaded repp Lou and the transparent stripe Charles are particularly pleasing. Lou enchants with its elegant lustre and its varied colour palette of 35 new colours. This colour range moves through romantic lilac and light rosé variants to shades of illustrious blue and expressive jade. Earth tones and off-white conjure up a sensual experience. Exotic accents are added by hibiscus and orchid colours. The fine-threaded, transparent fabric Charles has a width of 312 cm and is available in 5 upbeat and vivid colour hues. Modern sensuousness meets fairytale romance Among the articles from the natural fibre sector are newly interpreted ornamentations created using remarkable embroidery techniques, sumptuous jacquard stripes, unusual ikat interpretations, and graphical elements like dots and stripes that jazz up the colour blocking theme. Exceptional fabrics from natural materials project a feeling of easy-going savoirvivre. Qualities made of linen Linen or a blend of linen and cotton are the quality base of the trio Suri, Leonor and Rocco. The design of the article Suri presents a relief-embroidered dot motif arranged in various colours. A second warp beam is employed for the matching stripe article Leonor, creating relief-like effects of warp stripes. A spacious impression is presented by Rocco thanks to ornamental patterns realised in a bicolour embroidery technique. All three articles are well coordinated in terms of colours and each of them is available in 5 fantastic hues. The following pair presents a printing theme on a 100% linen groundcloth. The quality Felicia features a combination of printing and embroidery techniques. Printed ornamental designs with a batik look are complemented by ikat-like embroidery motifs. Seraphina displays a monochrome floral pattern combined with paisley motifs. An additional finish applied after weaving lends La Douce the impression of soft peach skin. Fine-threaded jacquard fabrics The extensive collection theme Modern Princess is perfectly supplemented by the segment of fine-threaded jacquard fabrics, presenting the woven articles Caspar, Felipe, Vivienne, Milo and Aline. The simple and elegant satin stripes presented by the article Caspar set a harmonious contrast to the groundcloth with its checked-type pattern. Felipe is a faux uni fabric for the article Caspar. It brings to the interior furnishing theme a colour range of 13 enchanting and selected colourways. The base is a fibre blend of cotton and viscose. The exquisite fabric creation Vivienne is distinctively sophisticated and feminine. This modern paisley interpretation is based on a fine fibre blend of wool, silk and viscose. An additional special softening finish applied after the weaving creates a particularly soft feel, bringing warmth and cosiness to the home. The check quality Milo has a friendly and cheerful visual effect generated primarily by colours combined with fresh cream shades. A fine satin stripe adds a touch of elegance to the fabric. A perfect combination for the check is the charming article Aline. Here a finely woven cotton groundcloth is decorated by a small medallion embroidered with a relief effect.
