Your gauge will be much denser if you re doing colorwork vs. doing regular Stockinette Stitch. - Anytime my contrast color floats behind my main color for more than stitches, I tack down the float. This will come into play when working your crown decreases. 5 INSTRUCTIONS Brim Using CC, larger circular needles, and the long-tail method, cast on sts. Join in the round, being careful not to twist your stitches, and place a marker to indicate beginning of Change to smaller circular needle and MC.
