2 SILICON and RUBBER MOLDS We have a wide range of molds for centrifugal casting purposes. SILCODISC are made of either silicon or other kinds of rubber, and they are specially designed for those metals with a low casting point, such as Zinc Alloys, Pewter, Lead, etc. SILCODISC series are a new range of silicon molds that appears after a long research. One of their main characteristics is their flexibility and resistance to high temperatures. We also have a range of ZAMACKDISC and PLOMDISC, which are very resistant rubber molds especially created to manufacture flat pieces, as well as pieces with a difficult extraction. Moreover, we can also produce all kinds of customized moulds in order to meet all our customers needs and requirements.

7 ENAMELS FOR DECORATION ESMALTEX is a bicomponent, liquid enamel that polymerizes when cold and has a ceramic or glass-like final appearance. It is particularly useful for decorating all kinds of pieces. It has a broad field of application: costume jewelry, jewelry, gifts and advertising articles, key rings and pins, sport trophies, frames, car and home electrical appliances accessories, iron fittings for furniture and bathrooms, ceramic glass, wood, fine arts, etc. Main characteristics: Shiny appearance and no porosity. 11 LOST WAX SILICON MOLDING RUBBER CASTEX TM Silicon Molding Rubber has been especially designed to produce molds, using the lost wax method, for both jewelry and industrial purposes involving steel. These are CASTEX TM main advantages: Easy to work with. CASTEX TM viscosity is very low when raw. This is why it is possible to incrust the piece and place it into the mold by simply pressing with your fingers. So CASTEX TM is a great time-saver. No need for talc or demolding agent. When the piece is ready to be removed, there is no need to use talc or demolding sprays because of our silicone quality and elasticity. High tear resistance. It is possible to make all kinds of cuts thanks to the fact that CASTEX TM has a great tear resistance, it is very elastic and it turns into its original shape easily. Glossy Finish. If the original piece is glossy, the copies in wax will also have the same glossy appearance. Less contraction. Our silicon molds get less contracted than conventional rubber (between 2.5 and 3%). Long lasting. Molds made of silicone are perfectly reserved for a long time.

12 MASTERBATCHES Our MASTERBARCHES are especially designed to pigment silicone mixtures. They offer the highest quality when pigmenting silicone because: Particles size is less than 20 microns. Masterbatches have great coverage properties, so they can be used in small quantities. Materbatches viscosity levels are low, so they are very easy to mix with the rest of the sillicone mixture. They do not affect the speed or quality of vulcanizing process. Pigments used have been especially chosen in order to be long-lasting and resistant to heat. Masterbatches are food contact materials. Our Masterbatches do not contain either cadmium or other heavy materials, in accordance with Europe Directive 91/338/EEC. We can prepare special Masterbatches upon request, in order to meet our customers needs.

17 PRODUCTS FOR VIBROFINISHING and DEGREASING PROCESSES We also have specific products for metal surface treatments. They help to obtain better results at every vibrofinishing and degreasing process. The following products are available at : Abrasive Media: Our abrasive media range from stainless steel, plastic (urea, polyester), porcelain, walnut shells, sawdust, etc. CX Products: Suitable for all kinds of vibrofinishing processes. DG Products: Suitable for all kinds of degreasing processes: sprinkling, ultrasounds, immersion, etc. TA Products: Especially developed to neutralize, coagulate and flocculate those waters originated by industrial processes.
