2 PARTNERPLAST PartnerPlast was established in Åndalsnes, Norway in 1992, but the Company has a history dating back to PartnerPlast delivers products to the aquaculture, agriculture, industry, marine, seismic- and offshore & subsea sectors. Integrated solutions with sensor equipment and communications may form part of the equipment supplied. PartnerPlast is recognized as a leading supplier within the field of rotational moulding of plastic materials. During 2017 we opened a brand new manufacturing site in Åndalsnes where we also installed one of Northern Europe s largest machines for rotational moulding. PartnerPlast is also a supplier of self designed electronics, polyurethane materials, moulds and models. We operate globally and our customers have high demands on quality, design and technology. As well as supplying standard products, we also carry out custom design based on customers specifications and requirements. The PartnerPlast team is highly skilled, and we have a network of first-class subcontractors. PartnerPlast has been ISO certified since 2003 and we recognize our commitment to the environment. PartnerPlast are actively working to enable recycling and the reuse of our products.

3 MOLSTAD MODELL & FORM 2-3 Molstad Modell & Form (MMF) was founded in 1995 and is located in Moelv on the shore of Lake Mjøsa in Norway. MMF is a wholly owned subsidiary of PartnerPlast and is part of the specialized supplier network in the Raufoss Cluster. 3D MODELLING, FOUNDRY PATTERNS, CASTING MOULDS Molstad Modell & Form is a centre of expertise in 3D scanning, 3D design and milling services with a focus on moulds, patterns and prototypes. We can assist you with our expertise in producing casting tools for a variety of production methods. Together with our partners, we supply castings, machined and surface-treated products in plastic, aluminium, cast iron and steel. POLYURETHANE PRODUCTS (PU CASTING) Molstad Modell & Form manufactures products in highperformance PU elastomers. For casting products in the thermoset plastic polyurethane, we usually produce the moulds ourselves. In combination with expertise in the field, advanced moulding machines and the best raw materials, we supply quality products to offshore & subsea, seismic and land-based industry. ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING (3D PRINTING) Molstad Modell & Form is active in additive manufacturing in both plastic and metal. PU moulding machine

4 ROTATIONAL MOULDING Rotational moulding is a manufacturing process used primarily to create seamless, stress-free, hollow products. The process was applied to plastics already in the 1940s, but in the early days it was rarely used due to long processing times and limited range of materials available. The powdered grades of polyethylene specifically tailored for rotational moulding were introduced in the 1950s, and together with the development of the hot air oven resulted in a significant increase in usage of the method. Rotational moulding offers the opportunity to manufacture stress-free parts with uniform wall thickness and complex shape at relatively low production cost. New mould and machine features, improvements in process control and the continuously growing selection of plastic powders available have made rotational moulding a competitive alternative to blow moulding, thermoforming, and injection moulding. PRODUCTION AND FACILITIES In 2017, the business at Åndalsnes moved into a new factory and we united administration and production at one location. In addition, we invested in one of Northern Europe s largest rotational moulding ovens, which offers enormous opportunities in terms of product size and capacity. We are well equipped and ready for the future with a new factory, plenty of storage capacity as well as experienced and highly skilled employees. PartnerPlast has a long history of development, innovative thinking and design in its various segments. Plastic products can be used in combination with components of steel and aluminium as well as integrated electronics systems.

5 MOULD CONSTRUCTION / PATTERN MAKING 4-5 FOUNDRY PATTERNS FOR FERROUS, ALUMINIUM AND STEEL FOUNDRIES Molstad Modell & Form (MMF) has extensive experience in manufacturing foundry patterns for ferrous, aluminium and steel foundries. MMF can assist you with planning, design and production of foundry patterns for sand casting, shell mould casting and permanent mould casting. CASTING TOOLS FOR POLYURETHANE MOULDING AND ROTATIONAL MOULDING Molstad Modell & Form (MMF) has long experience in the production of casting moulds and we supply moulds tailored to the individual customer s needs and requirements. Casting moulds are mainly machined in aluminium from a block or moulded objects based on 3D geometry. Moulds can be supplied with temperature regulation. Mould holders are built and can be included in the delivery where this is desirable. REVERSE ENGINEERING, 3D SCANNING MMF has advanced expertise in 3D scanning and reverse engineering. POLYURETHANE Molstad Model & Form (MMF) produces a wide variety of parts in polyurethane elastomers. We supply everything from soft flexible products (cable protection, bumpers, protection against wear) to hard and rigid parts (encapsulation and structural parts). Our polyurethane materials and products are approved for use in challenging environments indoors, outdoors and at sea. The entire process from 3D modelling through mould construction to casting and assembly guarantees the best possible quality of the components we supply. ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING (3D PRINTING) In addition to being a co-owner in Nordic Additive Manufacturing AS, MMF works in close partnership with SINTEF Raufoss Manufacturing and the Gjøvik campus of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in this field. MMF can offer 3D-printed parts in both plastic and metal. Advanced expertise in materials and production in the group ensures excellent material and product characteristics. X GAMES medals

6 WATER AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING - ROAD AND RAIL PartnerPlast manufactures a variety of products and solutions in water & environmental engineering and for roads and railways. The plastic materials and construction methods we use ensure that our products fulfil the specified requirements and regulations. There is a wealth of potential, and in collaboration with our customers we can assist with design, new development and production. 8 AQUACULTURE PartnerPlast offers a complete range of buoys and equipment for aquaculture. The buoys consist of a range from 800 to litres. They have an outer shell of impact-resistant, rotational moulded polyethylene (PE) and are filled with expanded polystyrene foam (EPS). New in 2017 were fittings approved for lifting, consisting of top and base systems in polyurethane and fibre rope instead of steel plates and galvanized chains. PartnerPlast has a separate electronics department with advanced expertise in developing solutions for condition monitoring, data communication and power systems. Based on customers requirements as well as standards and regulations, we can provide a complete solution tailored to the individual end product.

11 RECYCLING AND THE ENVIRONMENT PartnerPlast is committed to preserving the environment and we offer a variety of solutions for recycling of plastic. Products manufactured by PartnerPlast can be returned to us for recycling. Obsolete materials Return of sold products for the after-sales market PartnerPlast performs development projects for external customers. NoFence gives animals access to varied pastures of high quality, and is a solar-powered collar with GPS technology and a digital map.
