2 1.1 BACKGROUND. The firm PMK Tladi & Associates carries on business as a Partnership with its offices in the centre of Polokwane Limpopo Province. The Partnership consists of three (3) members, namely Mr PMK Tladi, Mrs MC Mahlatji (born Machika) Mrs RB Monyai (born Thaba). The three partners are supported by fourteen (14) Administrative Support Staff, one (1) Professional Assistant and three (3) Candidate Attorneys. We recruit at least three (3) Candidate Attorneys yearly as part of the Black Lawyers Associates empowerment plan. The Practice (Partnership) owes its origin to Tladi Attorneys (1993) and Tladi Seanego Attorneys (1994). The firm was in a strategic alliance with Kunene Incorporated of Gauteng, led by an astute and renowned businessman Keith Sandile Kunene. Skills transfer is but one of the objectives achieved and realized by this alliance. We have the legal power to enforce, formulate and protect your rights at an affordable price. We are on the Conveyancing panel of all banks/financial institutions and legal panel of Government Departments and Parastatals in the Limpopo Province, with the drive towards Gauteng Province. We offer professional skills, commitment, experience and contemporary knowledge and specialty in various aspects of the law. 2.

4 2. STAFF CURRICULUM VITAE PULANA MATLALA KAGISO TLADI - PARTNER (Mobile Number : ) Kagiso Tladi, a founder member of Tladi Attorneys, served as a partner at Tladi Seanego Attorneys. He is currently a Director at PMK Tladi & Associates. He holds B. Proc. and LL.B degrees from the University of Limpopo and LL.M in Human Rights from the University of Pretoria. Mr Tladi served his articles with Phiyega, Tladi & Partners in Pretoria and completed same in He was admitted as an Attorney of High Court of South Africa in 1993 and has a right of appearance in the High Court. He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Limpopo and sits in the Board of Control for the School for Legal Practice where he is also an Instructor. He is the staunch member of Black Lawyers Association Limpopo Branch. 4.

MAMATHUNG CHARLOTTE MAHLATJI - PARTNER (Mobile Number ) [Attorney & Conveyancer] She holds a B. luris degree from the University of Limpopo and LLB degree from University of Pretoria and was admitted as an Attorney in 2001 and as a Conveyancer in She served her articles of Clerkship with the firm MD Booyens Attorneys Pretoria specializing in Third Party and Personal Injuries matters. Mrs Mahlatji worked for Road Accident Fund (Pretoria) for four (4) years before joining PMK Tladi & Associates in 2006 and heads the Third Party Department. She is a Council member at the Limpopo Law Council. She is a hardworking, persistent and goal orientated Attorney, with very high standards and not impressed by mediocrity. She has good organizational skills and the ability to approach every situation with an open and accommodative mind. A lady of good public relations and an excellent sense of humour REFENTSWE BEAUTY MONYAI (Born Thaba) - PARTNER (Mobile Number : ) [Attorney & Conveyancer and Notary] Mrs Monyai obtained her LL.B degree from University of Limpopo in 2003 (Cum Laude). We have an unwavering commitment to service excellence to our clients. 7. BILING POLICY AND FEE STRUCTURE. Our fees and disbursements largely depend on the number of consultation held, traveling costs, preparations, stamps and other incidental costs. It is envisaged that once we have created relationship a lot of things will be negotiated and flow from such relationship and some redefined to suit client s needs. 10.

12 9. EMPOWERMENT. The management structure of the company consists of Administration and Professional sectors. Decision-making rests with the members and associates who constitute the key component of the company. Since its inception, the company was run by a Sole Proprietor. In dealing with previously disadvantaged individuals, women and youth, arose the need to empower them into the day-to-day running of the firm. Each individual, within a collective realm of governance and responsibility, is now given a clear description of his/her role within the firm. Such incorporation is informed by service, productivity, skills and knowledge. The company is responsible, within the context of the National Skills Development Strategy and National Skills Development Act, for the empowerment of its members and general staff across the board. It is responsible for the payment of their studies, training and placements. 12.

13 At the level of the Partners, we have established legal departments which are administered and managed by professionals. Each professional is a Director in the Department(s) he/she is heading. We have transformed into a big institution that has earned itself a niche in the competitive legal and commercial market. Our firm is wholly black owned and thus qualifies for the Black Empowerment policies and strategies of the government. PMK Tladi & Associates takes part in the 67 minutes on the Nelson Mandela day and donates groceries to the disadvantaged communities. This we regard as the utmost purpose of outreach and community service. 10. SUPPORT STAFF. Our support staff consists of twelve (12) female and two (2) male employees, with positions varying from qualified bookkeeper, 13.

14 conveyancing, corporate, litigation, estates secretaries, property consultants and receptionist. The professional partners consist of two (2) females and one (1) male, duly assisted by three (3) females and one (1) male. Boasting of competent and experience secretaries totaling seven (7) in number who are highly qualified and motivated, three (3) of which are qualified and placed in the conveyancing department and four in the litigation department and our senior conveyancing secretaries have attended accredited courses and trainings. Our senior litigation secretary has over twenty (20) years experience SECURITY Our offices are under a twenty four hour/week surveillance by an accredited security company. All access point have magnetic mats with both the interior and exterior fitted with surveillance CCTV cameras. 14.
