3 PRESS RELEASE II International Medical Investment Forum (IMIF-2018) November 29, 2018, Moscow, Trubetskaya street, 8 (Congress Center of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov) The II International Medical Investment Forum (IMIF-2018) will take place on November 29, 2018 in the Congress Center of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov (the Sechenov University) The I International Medical Investment Forum held in 2017 received positive feedback from both partners and participants of the event. The forum has established itself as an authoritative and effective platform that can effectively combine scientific ideas, business and financial institutions. According to the decision of the Coordination Council of the Forum, the event was given the status of "annual". The II International Medical Investment Forum will be organized with cooperation of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the First Moscow State University named after I.M. Sechenov, the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Federal Fund for Mandatory Medical Insurance, the Federal Service for Supervision of Health, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the state corporation Rostekh. Traditionally, leaders of the relevant federal ministries, departments, agencies and institutions as well as official delegations from different regions of the Russian Federation, heads of federal healthcare institutions, chief external specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, vicechancellors of the higher medical educational institutions, outstanding scientists and honored workers of public health services of Russia, heads of pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of medical equipment, pharmaceutical and information technologies, banks and investment companies, medical mass media, as well as representatives of related branches of science and industry take part in the Forum. Hundreds of delegates of the II Intellectual Medical Investment Forum representing various areas of health care will not ignore pressing issues and major problems facing the national healthcare in modern conditions. Focus of discussion between the participants of the Forum is: public-private partnerships, insurance, clinics and laboratories, scientific developments and discoveries in the field of medicine, medical tourism, development of telemedicine, legal regulation of public health, attracting international investors and much more.
