2 What is the Ukrainian Business Association? Ukrainian Business Association is an organization that creates an honest business in Ukraine on its own. Why? We do not depend on administrative bodies and resources; we do not belong to any political parties and associations, no government official to support us. Only autonomy provides the opportunity to establish transparent rules of the game. For whom do we work? We are focused on helping medium-sized companies. They are the most labile and capable of creating the foundation for a new domestic economy. 3 What do we want? Our goal is not a self-enrichment by «each-for-his-own» principle. Our goal is the cooperation of Ukrainian businessmen through the revival of mutual trust. Only cooperation, in our opinion, is capable of increasing profits and may stimulate the overall national development of this market segment. Corruption should be left in the past. The status of UBA's member, from one hand, will be a kind of stop signal for fraudsters, regardless of their official status: "Careful, black sheep!" On the other - a business knight feature, a person with reputation, with whom it is worth to deal with. What do we offer? (For those who are not afraid to be "black sheep") The Program "TRANSPARENT STARTS and WINS. Let's attract investments in Ukraine together" Legal protection UBA's team of lawyers protects members of the Association from encroachments of officials and public services. They advise and support when interacting with government authorities. Assist in the fight against bureaucracy and corruption. The project "Integrated Business Security System" creates a secure environment for the development of your business. Information and image support UBA is a powerful information and communication platform that promotes the establishment of partnerships between the members of the Association. Regular thematic events of the UBA help to establish new relationships and to join the modern business community. Journalistic support We have secured media support - the fourth branch of government. Among the UBA members is "Business" magazine - the Ukrainian edition of successful entrepreneurs. Foreign investments Cooperation with foreign investors provides UBA partners with a stable financial background. The reputation of "honest businessmen" motivates foreign investors to sponsor small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. We help companies to open new markets, trends, and partners. Projects of the program UBA is actively working on its own business development projects and the country as a whole (see "our activities"). Members and partners of UBA have special conditions for participation in the projects. 2
