1 CVO Sh. Shyam Singh Negi has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in SJVN Ltd. with effect from 1 st September, He is from 1993 batch of Indian Economic Service (IES). He has done his Masters in Economics with specialization in Public Finance from Himachal Pradesh University. Prior to joining as Chief Vigilance Officer, he was posted as Deputy Director General in Labour Bureau, Govt of India. During his tenure in Labour Bureau in different capacities, he has gained a vast experience of computation and usage of Consumer Price Index numbers which is widely utilized by Central government, State governments, PSUs, Banks, Insurance companies and various industries for fixation and revision of dearness allowance payable to their employees. Besides Labour Bureau, he has worked in Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India; Programme Evaluation Organization and erstwhile Planning Commission in various capacities. * ED (UK Projects): Shri N.C.Bansal, is Head of Uttrakhand Projects at Regional Office, Dehradun since May, Shri Bansal did his B.Sc.Engg. in Electrical discipline. Prior to joining SJVN as Manager (Electrical) in January, 1995, he worked in Chamera Project of NHPC from October, 1982 to December, While working in Nathpa Jhakri Project for 16 years, he rose to the level of General Manager and headed the Project for four & half years. Thereafter, he joined Corporate QAI&C Deptt. Shimla on and was subsequently posted in Electrical Design Deptt. as Head of Deptt. since April, He has 32 years experience in Hydro Sector. ** HOD (HR): Shri A.K.Mukherjee, is Head of HR Department at Corporate Office, Shimla with a responsibility for all HR functions of Corporate Office and Projects, besides also looking after all allied HR Functions such as Law, CSR, Corporate Communication, Procurement, Official Language etc. He is a Post Graduate in PM&IR and Law Graduate. He served in Cement Corporation of India from May, 1983 to Dec., He joined SJVN in Dec., 1996.

2 HOD (Civil Contracts): Shri Deepak Nakhasi is Head of Corporate Civil Contracts since Prior to this, he was Head of Corporate Civil Design Deptt., Shimla from September, Shri Nakhasi is a Graduate Engineer (Civil) with Master of Engineering (Water Resources Development). He was on deputation from HPSEB to SJVN from August, 1991 to May, 2008 and from July 2009 to February, He was permanently absorbed in SJVN from HPSEB on He has 36 years experience in Hydro Electric Projects. HOD(Civil Design):Shri Lalit Mohan Verma is Head of Civil Design Department since January,2016.Prior to this, he was Head of Civil Contract Department. He holds Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra (Now NIT Kurukshetra), in 1982 and Postgraduate Diploma in Structures from the same institute. Prior to the current position, he has worked in H.P.State Electricity Board(HPSEB) as Assistant Engineer, Assistant Executive Engineer and Senior Executive Engineer from March, 1983 toseptember, He has been associated with SJVNL since December, He was on deputation with SJVN from 1992 to 2004 and got permanent absorbed in SJVN in December, He has been associated with large number of Hydro Electric Projects in HPSEB and SJVNL.With a vast experience of nearly 34 years,he has been associated in design of Water Conductor System and underground power houses of NathpaJhakri HEP (1500 MW) and Sanjay Jal VidyutPariyojna (120 MW).He has also been involved in planning of hydro projects and preparation & clearances of various DPRs of Hydro ElectricProjects both in India and abroad namely Luhri Stage-I (210 MW) in Himachal Pradesh, Arun-3(900 MW) in Nepal and Kholonghchu (650MW) & Wanghchu(600MW) in Bhutan. Currently he is working as Chief General Manager (Civil Designs) and is looking after detailed designs of Main Civil Works of Arun-3 HEP (900MW) in Nepal andnaitwar Mori HEP (66 MW)in Uttarakhand. He is also looking various hydroelectric projects of SJVN under different stages of investigations/clearances (DPR concurrence and statuary clearances) namely Luhri II (165MW), Sunni Dam (373MW) &Dhaulasidh (66MW) in Himachal Pradesh and Devsari (252MW) & Jakhol Sankri (44MW) in Uttarakhand. Apart from designs, he is In-charge of the Consultancy works, Cost engineering unit and Central survey unit of the company.

3 HOD (C&SO): Shri Romesh Kapoor is presently holds dual charge as Head of Department of Corporate Commercial & System Operation (C&SO), Quality Assurance & Inspection (QA&I) Department, Shimla and simultaneously head of BD&MSC, New Delhi as well as HOP (Doimukh HEP), Naharlagun (A.P.). Er. Kapoor did his B.Sc. Engg. (Mech.) from Regional Engineer College (now NIT), Kurukshetra in He started his carrier with NHPC Ltd. and served from Feb., 1985 to Nov., 1989 in Chamera Hydro Electric Project, Banikhet, Himachal Pradesh & Chamera Transmission System, Chandigarh. After amalgamation of Transmission System with PGCIL, Er. Kapoor joined PGCIL and served from Nov., 1989 to Sep., 1995 on deputation. Thereafter he joined SJVN and was absorbed in SJVN in September, 1996 as Dy. Manager (Corp. Planning & Monitoring). From My 2003 to April 2012, he served in Electrical Contract Department at various levels and as HOD. During his tenure in Electrical Contract Rampur Hydro Project (412 MW) and Wind Project (48.5 MW) was successfully awarded. In April, 2012, he was made HOD of C&SO Department and was also given additional charge of ECD as HOD (upto March, 2015). In C&SO Department he is responsible for attending hearings of CERC, Appellate Tribunal as well as making replies to the petition filed / observations / queries raised by CTU / Generators / Beneficiaries related to tariff determination of projects and other technical matters. He is also looking after finalization of Terms & Conditions of signing of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with beneficiaries of respective projects and also pursuing with CEA / MOP to finalize allocation of power to the beneficiaries for SJVN Projects. He is also responsible for issuance of energy, FERV, RLDC & arrear bills to all the beneficiaries and pursuing collection of payments from the beneficiaries on account of energy bills. He also associates in co-ordination with MOP, CERC, CEA, NRLDC, NRPC, SLDC & State Beneficiaries to resolve technical as well as commercial issues. As head of QAI&C he associates with Quality Assurance & Inspection responsibilities of Electro-Mechanical, Hydro-Mechanical & Wind Turbine Generators Equipments like Preparation, Review & Approvals of Manufacturing Quality Plan and Field Quality Plans inspections, issuance of dispatch clearance, disposal of non-conformities reports etc. HOD (Internal Audit): Shri S.K.Bandopadhyaya, is Head of the Internal Audit Department, Shimla. Prior to this, he was a Head of Finance Department, Shimla since December, 2015.Shri Bandopadhyaya has acquired qualification of ICWA. He Joined SJVN (Formerly Nathpa Jhakri Power Corporation Ltd.) in September, 1992 as Sr. Accounts Officer. He has also served in the Nathpa Jhakri Power Station (1500 MW), Jhakri before joining Corporate Finance Department, Shimla / Delhi.

4 HOD (Electrical Design) Shri S.P.Pathak is Head of Electrical Design Deptt. since May, Prior to this, he was Head of IT&C Deptt., Shimla since March, 2013 to January, Sh. Pathak is a Graduate Engineer (Electrical). He served in NHPC from 1982 to 1991 and in PGCIL from 1991 to He was posted in Electrical Design and Quality Assurance & Inspection Deptt., Corporate Office, Shimla. He was also posted in Nathpa Jhakri HEP (1500 MW), since March, 2006 to March, He was associated with implementation system for maintenance after revival from flooding of re-consistent, improvement of performance and ability factor finalized guidelines for inventory for major spares for NJHPS and for vendor development. Accomplished all major designs approval of RHEP for E&M Package. Finalized DPR for 600 MW Kholongchu HEP, Wangchu HEP (570 MW) & Arun-3 HEP and completed designs for Reactors Package, 400 KV, GIS Bay extn. & 400/22 KV sub-station. Contributed in finalizing procedures for developing new powder for Hard Coating in NJHPS. Successfully implemented e-rectt., software & e-procurement through new vendor alongwith e-payment facility and finalized space & location for data centre of SJVN. Head (Renewable Energy): Shri Sanjay Uppal is Head of Sadla Wind Power Project & Charanka Solar Power Project, Gujarat and Khirvire Wind Power Project, Maharashtra. Prior to this, he was Head of Business Development & Management Services, New Delhi. He is B.Sc. (Mech.Engg.) from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University. Sh. Uppal was on deputation from HPSEB with SJVN since February, 2002 and absorbed in SJVN in December, Sh. Uppal has 34 years experience in the field of Planning, Designing, Project Execution, Commercial, Contract & Procurement, Management Services and Vigilance.

5 HOD (Corporate Planning): Shri Ravi Uppal is Head of Corporate Planning Department, Shimla since March, 2016 and simultaneously Head of Environment Department, Shimla. Prior to this, he was Head of Corporate Monitoring & Coordination Department and was involved in monitoring of 412 MW Rampur Hydro Electric Project, revision of Cost & Time schedules of ongoing projects; under investigation projects and Institutional Strengthening exercise in SJVN. Shri Uppal is Graduate Engineer (Civil). He has done his Diploma in Management, PG Diploma in Financial Management and PG Diploma in Operation Management. He joined SJVN in January, 2010 as Sr. Manager (Civil). Prior to this, he served in HPSEB in different positions from June, 1984 to September, 2004, served SJVN from September, 2004 to July, 2008 and also private companies from July, 2008 to December, He has been associated with design & preparation of DPR and Contract Documents in Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Plant (1500 MW), Coordination with Administrative Ministry, other Govt. of India & State Govt. Departments / Agencies, World Bank, Misc. Parliamentary & Standing Committees, investment decision for execution of new projects, signing of MOUs with MOP, Clean Development Mechanism, accordance of Navratna Status, Long Term & Short Term Plan and Revised Cost Estimates. HOD (F&A): Shri A.K.Singh is Head of Corporate Finance Department since December, Prior to this, he was Chief Finance Officer in SAPDC, Nepal and Head of Internal Audit Department. He has done Master of Business Management (Finance). He served in HPC Ltd. from Decemner, 1987 to Sept., He joined SJVN in September, He was posted in NJHPS, C&SO Department, Shimla / Parwanoo and Luhri HEP. HOD (ECD): Shri Shashi Kant Sood is Head of Corporate Electrical Contract Department since May, He is an Electrical Engineer. Sh. Sood was on deputation from HPSEB with SJVN since December, 2001 and was permanently absorbed in SJVN in June, He was also posted in NJHPS, Jhakri (1500 MW) from September, 2007 to April, 2015 in various positions at Project site.

6 HOD (IT&SE): Shri Salil Shamshery is head of Corporate Information Technology & System Excellence (IT&SE) Department since Jan., Prior to this, he was Head of Quality Management System (QMS) Department from Feb., 2016 to January, Shri Shamshery is B.Tech (Mech.) from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, MBA with specialization in HR & Marketing and possesses Advance Diploma in French. He served in Bharat Pumps & Compressors Ltd. from July, 1985 to June, 1996, where after getting trained in France, manufactured Class-I Category centrifugal pumps for Nuclear Power Plants first time in India. He was also posted as Additional General Manager in Corporate Electrical Contracts Department, Shimla where he was Instrumental in establishing e-procurement process first time in SJVN Ltd. and awarding EPC Contract for 1 st Renewable Energy Project of SJVN Ltd. i.e MW Khirvire Wind Power Project. As head of Quality Assurance Deptt., he ensured that Electro-Mechanical Equipments of prestigious 412 MW Rampur HEP were inspected just in time with constant follow up so that 1 st three units of RHEP has been commissioned within the shortest record time and subsequently full commissioning of RHEP was done in December, He was pioneer in establishing Quality Management System in SJVN Ltd. being First Management Representative for ISO 9001:2008. HOD (CM&C) : Shri V. Sankaranarayan is Head of Corporate Monitoring & Coordination since April, Prior to this, he was Dy. CVO of SJVN from to He joined SJVN on as Sr. Engineer (Civil) at Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Electric Project. He has worked in various capacities in CMD Secretariat, Naitwar Mor & Jakhol Sankari HEPs, Devsari HEP. with M.Tech. in Structural Engineering from IIT, Delhi. Shri V. Sankaranarayan is a Civil Engineer As HOD, he is involved in monitoring of progress of construction stage Projects, Survey & Investigation Projects and Projects under O&M stage. The role involves collecting information from all Projects and submitting the same to the management and various wings of GOI. Also, review meetings of Projects and Power Stations are conducted at regular interval. 7 Company Secretary: Shri Soumendra Das is Company Secretary of SJVN since 1 st December, He is overall in-charge and head of Secretarial Department of the Company. Shri Das is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds dual Bachelor s Degrees in Law and Science and a Diploma in Export Management. He joined SJVN on 28 th December,.2010 as Assistant Company Secretary. Shri Das has more than 16 years of post-qualification professional experience in various listed and unlisted Companies in Secretarial and Legal Fields. He is responsible for discharging various responsibilities assigned under the Company Act 1956 / 2013, SEBI and other statues in the capacity of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Investor Relations Officer. A principal responsibility includes - Statutory Compliance, General Meetings & Postal Ballots / E-voting, Investor concalls & road-shows etc. CEO(STPL): Shri S.C.Agarwal, presently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of STPL, Buxar since January, Prior to this, he was Head of Project of Devsari Hydro-Electric Project (252 MW) in the State of Uttarkhand. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering with Honors from prestigious institute, BITS, Pilani, and carries with him a rich experience of more than three decades in Power and Mining Sector. After joining SJVN Ltd. in 1996, he has served in various departments and headed SJVN s Claims Cell, Corporate Civil Contract Deptt., Business Development and Liason Deptt. and Uttrakhand s Projects at Regional office. Prior to joining SJVN Ltd., he has served Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd. and National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd, both Schedule A and Navratna CPSUs. Mr. Agarwal has expertise in Planning, Survey and Investigation, Assessment of projects techno-commercial feasibility, statutory clearances for new projects during pre-construction stage, Quality Control, Construction and Project Management during construction stage, contract Management, Claims Management, Dispute Resolution, International Contracting, Contracting in World Bank and IBRD financed Projects, International Trade Contracts, Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism, Business Development etc.*

December, 2005 to March, Prior to his present assignment he was Incharge of Liaison Office Dehradun from April, 2012 to June, * HOP (NJHPS): Shri Sanjeev Sood is Project Head of NJHPS (1500 MW), since October, Shri Sood is B.Sc Electrical Engineering and M.Tech. (Control System). Since his joining (Feb., 1996) in SJVN, he had worked with different departments in various positions in NJHPS. Earlier he had also served in Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board from December, 1985 to February, He has been associated with Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Electro-Mechanical Equipments at NJHPS. Established the systems and procedures for electrical maintenance for various equipments, digitalization of O&M Manuals, commission protocols, information booklets of OEM & as built drawings. In support with L&T, he developed the Energy Management Software for optimum utilization of water/generation during low frequency. For the first time, he established the procedures and demonstration thereof for the BLACK START of NJHPS machines in the contingency of Grid failures. He was also posted in Rampur HEP (412 MW) as EIC, Bayal. Prior to HOP (RHPS) he was posted as Dy. CVO from July, 2012 to August, 2015 in Vigilance Deptt., Shimla. He was associated with the preparation & finalization of Revised DPR for 1500 MW NJHEP, Capacity Feasibility Report for 412 MW for Rampur HEP, Project Completion Report for World Bank on NJHEP, Project Planning & Monitoring, R&R and EIA/EMP Studies, Tariff Regulations, PPAs, Operational issues with NRPC/NRLDC, Project Management, Erection Planning/Erection, Testing and Scheduling, Contract Management, Material Management, EI Works, Sub-stations/Hybrid Schemes, Intensive Technical Inspections of Electrical & Civil Works different ongoing projects of SJVN and Investigation Reports as requisitioned by CVC. * HOP(LHEP): Shri Roshan Lal Negi is a head of project of Luhri HEP since July, Prior to this, he was Head of project of Arun-III HEP, Nepal w.e.f. HOP(NMHEP): Shri Rajesh Kumar Jagota is Head of Project of Naitwar Mori HEP since October, Prior to this, he was Head of CFMD, Shimla and In-charge of Diomukh HEP ( 80 MW) in Arunachal Pradesh. He has done AMIE in Civil Engineering with Post Graduate Diploma in Structural Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He has served in Central Public Works Department as Junior Engineer from August, 1985 to December, He has also served as Graduate Junior Engineer from December, 1986 to August, 1993 in Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department. He joined SJVN on September, He has also served in different capacities in NJHPS (1500 MW), RHEP (412 MW), DHEP (252 MW) and RO-Dehradun. In addition to this, he has also served in TALA HEP (1020 MW) from Feb., 2002 to March, 2007.

HOP (DSHEP): Shri Vinod Anand is Head of Project of Dhaulasidh HEP, Hamirpur since 1 st June, He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering from AMIE. He joined SJVN in Prior to this, he was posted in DHEP, RHPS, LHEP and NJHPS. Incharge(T/Line): Shri Uday Kumar Sinha is In-charge of Arun-3 Transmission Line, Muzaffarpur since May, He is a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.
