1 Charu Sehgal Charu Sehgal heads the Strategy and Operations Consulting practice at Deloitte India and is the National Leader for the Life Sciences and Healthcare Vertical. In her consulting experience of 25 years, she has advised several global and Indian clients in the Life sciences and Healthcare Industry on strategy, growth and transformation. She has also worked in all the sphere of public health andcontributed tothe improvement of governance structures and Institutional strengthening. Her focus has included product & business model innovations to improve access of affordable, quality healthcare for all. Charu has been selected as one of the top 20 women achievers in Healthcare in India. Shehas been associated with various committees of Industry Associations in the healthcare sector including CII, Assocham and AIMA. She has contributed several articles/ papers in her area of expertise and has been an expert speaker/panelist at several forums. Ltd Probir Das has a medical technology industry experience of almost 3 decades and leads Terumo s businesses in India and South Asia for Cardiac&Vascular and Hospital Products segments. Probir started with Terumo in mid-2012, and has been instrumental in setting up the Indian subsidiary organization from scratch. Given his interest in policy shaping, he is actively engaged in advocacy efforts as the Vice President and Chair of Healthcare Federation of India s (NATHEALTH) Medical Technology Forum,Chair of Federation of Indian Commerce and Industry s (FICCI) Medical Device Forum, Director on Board for Medical Technology Association of India (MTaI), and India Executive Committee Member of AdvaMed. Probir also has a decade s teaching experience, specifically around strategy, leadership development, coaching and performance management. He is based in Gurgaon, India.

3 Mr. Gautam Khanna Mr. Gautam Khanna is the CEO of P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai, India. He is also the Head of Hinduja College of Nursing, Mumbai, India. Prior to this role, Mr. Khanna was the Executive Director and Country Business Leader of the 3M Healthcare Businesses for South Asia region. Mr. Khanna has around 28 years of industry experience internationally and in India. Mr. Khanna is an active member of various leading Indian Industry Associations. He has held the position of the Chairperson of FICCI Medical Device Forum, Co-Chairman of AMCHAM Medical Device Committee, Chairperson of India Working Group, Advamed and a Member of CII National Committee on Healthcare. 4 Prof. Anupam Sibal MD, FIMSA, FIAP, FRCP (Glasg), FRCP (Lon), FRCPCH, FAAP Professor Sibal is Group Medical Director of the Apollo Hospitals Group and an Honorary Clinical Professor at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. As a pediatric gastroenterologist and hepatologist, he helped set up the first successful liver transplant programme in India in Prof. Sibal served as the only Asian Joint Commission International (JCI) Physician Surveyor from January 2008 to He currently is a member, Asia - Pacific Advisory Council of JCI. He served as a member of the Institute Body (IB) of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, (PGIMER) Chandigarh from IB is the highest decision making body of PGIMER headed by the Union Cabinet Minister for Health and Family Welfare. Prof. Sibal is the author of the National Best Seller "Is Your Child Ready to Face the World?" He comments regularly in the print and electronic media on healthcare, pediatrics, leadership and parenting.

5 Mr. Harish Pillai Chief Operating Officer, Indus Health Plus Mr. Harish Pillai, Chief Operating Officer at Indus Health Plus has a magnetic profile with a zeal to bring new heights to the company. Functioning in the role of Chief Operating Officer since 2010, Mr. Pillai works across verticals bringing knowledge and growth amongst teams. He has been instrumental in expanding Indus operations effectively across the national and international markets. With overall industry knowledge of 23 years, his experience ranges from working with many multinational companies in various leadership positions. His repertoire includes companies such as BIDCO, Africa s largest FMCG Company, where he was in a leadership position. He also held CEO and other leadership position in companies such as Essel Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Alfa Laval among others. At Indus Health Plus, he successfully oversees the company s processes, growth and development. He is the existing Governing Council member of NATHEALTH and chairs the NATHEALTH Prevention and Wellness Initiative. Under the aegis of Mr. Pillai, a 3 year MOU has been done with the State Program Management Unit (SPMU) of UP National Rural Health Mission and Dr. Lal Path Labs Welfare Trust to carry out NCD screenings of over 1 lakh people in the Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, he actively represents Indus Health Plus at many industrial bodies and organizations such as FICCI Health Services Committee, CII Health Services Committee and ASSOCHAM Health Services Committee. He is also the Taskforce Subgroup Leader of FICCI Swastha Bharat Mission. After completing his engineering from Pune University, he pursued his master s in operations and marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad. Mecklai Dr. Ahmad is a high achieving health management professional with over 19 years of experience in hospital administration, project planning and implementation, people management and dedicated to serving communities and contributing to humanitarian initiatives. He worked with Prince Aly Khan Hospital from During his tenure, he held various roles in the hospital including the Project Director of the hospital, the Project Director for the redevelopment and expansion of the hospital school and residential blocks from 2012 to In 2014 Dr. Ahmad started his own company AAA HealthCare Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. a healthcare company with focus on consultancy, facilitation and education. He has a medical background, a post graduate in hospital administration, professional management experience in private hospital administration and management, large scale logistical operations, marketing both local and international, public relations initiatives, along with human resources management and labour practices in India as well as liasoning with governmental agencies by creating and maintaining relations with them. Dr. Ahmad was one of the Board of Directors of Focus Humanitarian Assistance (FOCUS) India from 2002 till An affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network, an international group of agencies established in Europe, North America and South Asia to complement the provision of emergency relief, principally in the developing world. He is also on the Board of trustees of Care Medical and Research Foundation from 2003 till date. It is a charitable trust established to facilitate a better quality of health and hygiene in the slums of Mumbai.
