Stone serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Williston Financial Group, LLC and WFG National Title Insurance Company. He is the Co-Chair of the Oregon State University (OSU) capital campaign, and is Chair-Elect of the OSU Foundation. Mr. Stone has also served as Chairman of The Santa Barbara Museum of Art, as a Director of the Portland Museum of Art, and Chairman of the Oregon State University Foundation. Advocacy Update James Pickral Lobbyist, Pickral Consulting James started his career as a legislative assistant to Del. John O Bannon, MD, and is now the Principal of Pickral Consulting in Richmond, Virginia. James has lobbied on behalf of VLTA since 2012, and also represents the Virginia Pharmacists Association, the Virginia Nurses Association, and several other health care provider groups. Installation of Officers Steve Day, Esq. Representative, Underwriters Section, ALTA Steven Day is executive vice president and division manager for Fidelity National Title Group. Since joining the company in 1986, he has held a variety of positions including Rhode Island state counsel and Rhode Island state manager for Chicago Title, as well as New Jersey state manager for both Chicago Title and Ticor Title s direct and agency operations. Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Bridgeport and his juris doctorate from Suffolk University in Boston.
