Vince is currently licensed as an Associate Broker (formerly Agent 9.15) and has been in the industry for 16 years. As well as being a top sales professional, Vince has also enjoyed the corporate side of Real Estate, as a Branch Manager for Canada Trust Realty and NRS Block Bros. Realty. Carol Little is also licensed as an Associate Broker and since 1992 has continuously achieved a high level of success in Real Estate sales. As well as their success in Residential Real Estate sales, Vince and Carol have also participated and achieved success in Industrial, Commercial & Investment Leasing and Sales. Vince and Carol have also received numerous professional accolades including, the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame award, the Re/Max 100% Club, President s Club, Executive Club and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club. 9 Vince Johnson Hall of Fame Vince and his wife Susan have been married since 1977 and they have two children, Amy and Matthew. Born in Toronto, Ontario and having lived in every Canadian province with the exception of Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island, Vince has enjoyed first hand, the many beautiful and diverse regions of Canada. The lure of British Columbia in general, and Whistler Mountain specifically, nurtured Vince s relocation from Edmonton to Vancouver in early With his background in electrical engineering, Vince has been involved in the design and installation of several mid and large-scale electrical projects in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia. The entrepreneurial spirit was active, and Vince opened and successfully operated a pair of Electrical Contracting companies in British Columbia. In the early 1980 s he employed 23 trades people and staff. His companies provided a wide spectrum of services including residential and commercial design and installations, as well as the development and implementation of industrial maintenance programs. An industrial accident caused Vince to fall into the Real Estate arena. Since first becoming licensed as a Real Estate salesperson in 1989, Vince has enjoyed his experiences as a Real Estate Agent, Manager and Trainer, and has earned several educational and Club awards including: Associate Broker (formerly Agent 9.15) Registered Relocation Specialist Re/Max Hall of Fame Award Re/Max President s Club Award Re/Max Executive Club Award Re/Max 100% Club Award Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club Vince is a licensed pilot, a certified scuba diver, and enjoys skiing, playing hockey and racquetball. 10 Carol Little Hall of Fame Carol Little was born and raised in the Greater Vancouver area and continues to reside within 20 km of her birthplace (Burnaby) with her husband Glenn, and her three daughters, Lisa, Amanda and Michelle. Carol graduated from Alpha Secondary School in Burnaby in 1977 after which she attended Simon Fraser University beginning in general studies and then switched to the University of British Columbia to pursue her career choice in Real Estate. From 1992 until 1994, Carol successfully completed her Real Estate Licensing program, followed by completion of the Property Management course, and the Associate Broker Licensing course (formerly Agent 9.15 license). Carol will soon be seeking to finish the Urban Land Economics course in order to obtain her degree in Real Estate. Carol started her Real Estate sales career in 1992 with Canada Trust Realty and then after searching for a highly successful and professional Real Estate organization, joined Re/Max Treeland Realty in Since her association with Re/Max, Carol, together with her business partner, Vince Johnson has enjoyed tremendous growth and success and has received many accolades including: Associate Broker (formerly Agent 9.15) Re/Max Hall of Fame Award Re/Max President s Club Award Re/Max Executive Club Award Re/Max 100% Club Award Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club Carol is a member of the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, the Langley Pioneers (a branch of the Focused Networking Group of Companies), and is actively pursuing completion of a business and personal development program called Achieving Excellence. Carol is also a proud supporter of The Children s Miracle Network, the Canadian Cancer Society, and the Canadian Diabetes Association and has provided support to the GVREB s Blanket Drive as well as many other worthwhile causes.

11 Matt Johnson Matt joined the Remax Realty team on May 11, 2006 following his completion of the Real Estate Pre-licensing Course at the University of British Columbia. He is now a licensed Realtor. Matt grew up in Surrey, British Columbia with his parents and older sister. Having spent considerable time in Surrey and its surrounding areas Matt has significant knowledge of what the real estate market has to offer. Raised in a family with strong values, morals and integrity, Matt recognizes the importance of a trustful realtor- client relationship. Entering real estate with a strong and diverse educational and employment background Matt is sure to bring a variety of skills to his new career. Following his completion of general studies at Kwantlen University College Matt has enjoyed and excelled in various employment opportunities including selling home theatre at Future Shop, shift leading at Canada Safeway, McDonald s, and his contribution to financial advising at Coast Capital Savings Credit Union. All of the aforementioned positions will inevitably assist Matt in his commitment to real estate. Recreationally, Matt enjoys and had the opportunity to play professionally in a variety of sports such as hockey, soccer, football, lacrosse, tae-kwon-do, and karate. Matt enjoyed competitive hockey since about the age of ten where he played at the highest level possible. His commitment to the sport afforded him the opportunity to establish himself as a team leader. Together with his team mates, Matt contributed to, and helped reinforce the belief that Together Everyone Achieves More. Some of Matt s additional hobbies include snowboarding, skiing, boating and hiking.

12 Erin Petty Erin joined Vince & Carol s team in May of 2006 as their Client Services Manager. Erin was born and raised in South Surrey, British Columbia and continues to reside in the area. Her immediate family and most of her extended family live in Kenya, Africa and in Dubai, U.A.E. Erin is one of the few family members who reside on this side of the world. She graduated from Fraser Heights Secondary in Continuing her education, she completed all of the course work and examinations to become licensed as a Cosmetologist and Hairdresser in April Erin became focused on her parent s company, which she assisted in operating for over two years, while continuing her work with other employers. Her keen interest in Real Estate led her to a full time position as the Client Services Manager to Vince Johnson, Carol Little and their team at Remax. Erin s administrative and customer service skills are an asset to all team members. Erin was enrolled in a dance studio in which she danced competitively for six years. Her current hobbies include scuba diving & flying airplanes with her boyfriend, who is a licensed pilot and certified scuba diver. Snowboarding, skiing, skydiving, dirt biking, personal watercraft, boating, snorkeling, traveling and culture are all part of Erin s diverse interests. She is a strong supporter of many charities worldwide from sponsoring children in third world countries to donating and volunteering for Children s Miracle Network, D.D.S., Shoebox Kids and other local charities and fundraisers.
