2 WHO WE ARE Who we are Maritime Bank Securities ( MSBS ) is a high quality investment banking securities services firm in Vietnam, which provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base, including corporations, institutional and individual investors. Founded in 2008, MSBS is headquartered in Hanoi and operates out of three offices in Hanoi CBD and Ho Chi Minh City. MSBS is one of few securities companies in Vietnam, which maintains a high level of financial standing soundness and operational efficiency in the context of macro-economy unstability. MSBS currently has 140 employees, including 90 brokers and 12 investment bankers. Business activities MSBS was established under Adjustment License No. 09/GPDC-UBCK dated 27 January 2011 of the State Securities Commission (SSC), approved the change in the name and added new service lines for Standard Securities Joint Stock Company (founded under original License No. 77/UBCK-GPHDKD issued by the State Securities Commission dated 11 June With a chartered capital of VND 300 billion (US$ 15 million), MSBS is licensed to operate the following services: Vision 1. Securities brokerage (institutional and retail clients); 2. Securities underwriting; 3. Investment banking advisory; 4. Securities depository; 5. Managing investment accounts for individual investors; and 6. Principal trading. 6 KEY MILESTONES 2008: Officially started operations in June 2008 under the old name of Standard Securities Joint Stock Corporation ("SSJ ) with an initial capital of VND 35 billion (US$ 2 million). 2010: Increased chartered capital to VND 300 billion (US$ 15 million). Welcomed a new strategic shareholder: Trust Principle Fund Management Company (TPF). Granted license for additional services: Proprietary Trading, Investment Banking Advisory and Securities Underwriting. 2011: Signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Maritime Bank ("MSB"), one of the Top 5 private commercial banks in Vietnam. Re-named as Maritime Bank Securities ("MSBS") under approval of the State Securities Commission in March Moved headquarter from Vung Tau City to Hanoi. MSBS has been then headquartered at 88 Lang Ha Street, Dong Da district, Hanoi as it is today. 2012: Appointed the new Chairman of the Board: Mr. Le Dinh Ngoc, who has over 16 years of securities and banking experiences, and who had led one of the largest securities firms in Vietnam (Thang Long Securities). Upgraded and launched a state-of-the-art trading floor with lots of space and modern facilities for investors at Ground floor, Sky City Tower, 88 Lang Ha St, Dong Da, Hanoi (HO branch). 2013: Appointed the third CEO: Mr. Mac Quang Huy, a highly experienced finance professional, who had over 18 years of international and local experiences in financial management and securities business. Successfully deployed a cross-sales program with Maritime Bank, according to which, the Bank's customers can open securities accounts with MSBS at any of the Bank's trading outlets in the country. Successfully deployed a new Core Trading System by a reputable software developer, which allowed launching of the best-in-class online and off-line trading systems as well as improving the product menu and service quality. Opened a new branch office in Ho Chi Minh City at Level 2, Maritime Bank Tower, Nguyen Cong Tru St, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City in July : Opened another branch in Hanoi CBD at Level 9, 115 Tran Hung Dao St, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Established another investment banking division in Ho Chi Minh City and closed a number of landmark investment banking deals in debt issuance and equitisation of State Own Enterprises (SOEs) and IPOs. Grown the number of headcount to 140 employees as of June Number of retail client accounts reached and market share in listed securities trading value surpassed 2% in July MSBS is in the process of increasing its chartered capital from VND 300 billion (US$ 15 million) to VND 500 billion (US$ 25 million). 6

12 OUR PEOPLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Le Dinh Ngoc (Chairman) Mr. Le Dinh Ngoc is the Chairman of the Board of MSBS. Mr. Ngoc has over 16 years in securities and banking business including 11 years experience building and operating Thang Long Securities (TLS), one of the first five securities companies firms licensed to operate in Vietnam. In particular, from 2006 to 2011, as the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ngoc succeeded in leading TLS through many challenges to become one of the top securities companies in Vietnam with the largest market share in listed securities brokerage in both Hanoi Stock Exchange ( HNX ) and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange ( HSX ) for several consecutive years. Mr. Ngoc is currently managing the large corporate banking division at Maritime Bank, one of the top 5 private commercial banks in Vietnam and is the chairman of MSBS as well as Trust Principle Fund Management Company (TFP). Mac Quang Huy, MBA, ACCA, CPA (CEO) Mr. Mac Quang Huy joined MSBS as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from September Mr. Huy is a well-respected finance practitioner with over 18 years of extensive experiences in securities business, investment banking, audit and accounting. Mr. Huy had nine years working at KPMG Vietnam and the UK ( ), where he led the Financial Services Advisory Practice of KPMG Vietnam. From , Mr. Huy worked in senior positions in top-notch investment banks including Lehman Brothers and Nomura in Japan and Australia. During , he was a deputy CEO of Thang Long Securities (TLS), one of the largest securities companies in Vietnam, leading initially, investment banking division and then, securities services (which are the largest buck of the Firm's business). Mr. Huy is MBA holder from the UK based Herriot Watt University, UK (2006). He is a member of UK Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (MCSI). He is a fellow member of the UK based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has been selected as the Vice President of ACCA Vietnam Advisory Panel Committee ( ). Mr. Huy is author of the financial best-seller "Câ m nang Ngân hàng Đâ u tư" (Investment Bank Handbook) as well as a number of industry journal articles/interviews in Vietnam. Nguyen Duc Hoan (Member) Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoan is a financial professional with 20 years in the financial market. He had eight years working with Barclays Bank in London (UK) and four years as the head of fixed income trading at Maritime Bank, one of the Top 5 private commercial banks in Vietnam. He is currently CEO of Trust Principle Fund Management Company (TPF), managing accounts for a number of institutional clients including Maritime Bank and other financial institutions. Trust Principle Fund Management Company is a major shareholder and has been working with MSBS in a number of investment banking deals. Nguyen Trung Dung (Member) Graduated with a degree in Accounting at Hanoi Academy of Finance and had seasoned experience in the financial sector, Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung is currently working at Vietnam Investment and Development Group (VID), responsible for development of industrial park business. Mr. Dung has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors at MSBS since May

13 OUR PEOPLE INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES Nguyen Hai Van Chung (HCMC Branch Director, responsible for institutional client services) Mr. Nguyen Hai Van Chung joined MSBS as Ho Chi Minh City Branch Director since Mr Chung is a finance expert with over 13 years of experience in finance, accounting and securities services. He had seven years working at finance division in well-known MNCs such as Unilever Vietnam, Mitsubishi, Petronas Carigali Vietnam as followed by another six years at Thang Long Securities (TLS), where he was in charge of investment banking, research and securities services at Ho Chi Minh City Branch. Phan Nguyen Hoan Quan (Head of Institutional Client Services) based in HCMC Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoan Quan joined MSBS from September 2014 as Head of Institutional Client Services. Mr. Quan has extensive experiences in institutional brokerage area for more than ten years with Citibank, ACB Securities and Horizon Securities. In the latest position, he has been Head of Institutional Client Services at Horizon Securities, taking care of trading accounts for more than 20 funds and institutional investors including Citibank, Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, JP Morgan, etc. Nguyen Mai Phuong, CFA charter holder pending (Head of Research) Ms. Nguyen Mai Phuong is a finance professional with over eight years of experience in securities and macro economics research. Prior to joining MSBS as the Head of Research since 2011, she had been Deputy Head of Research at VNDirect Securities ( ). With the strong background in finance, she has occasionally been allowed to cross wall to assist with investment banking deals. She graduated from University of Queensland (Australia) and successfully completed all three levels of the CFA program in Le Duc Khanh, PHD (Head of Market Trading Strategy) Dr. Le Duc Khanh is Head of Market Trading Strategy, Research Division at MSBS since Prior to that, Mr. Khanh had two years of experience working at ASIECO Trading Company in France. In Vietnam, he had two years of experience as a marketing manager at FPT Telecom and two years of experiences as a senior analyst in charge of gold trading at Thang Long Securities (TLS). He holds a PhD degree on Economics from University Pantheon Assas (Paris 2), France. With the recognised reputation in the investment community in Vietnam, Dr. Khanh regularly appears with his expert opinion and sharp comments in the "Business and Stock Market" bulletin of most viewed channels such as Info TV and VTV1 as well as popular local newspapers. Nguyen Quang Chung (Head of Information, Communication and Technology) Mr. Nguyen Quang Chung joined MSBS since 2013 as Head of ICT. Prior to that, he was Chief Information Officer at Thiên Việt Securities ( ), then the IT Project Director at Thang Long Securities ( ), where he succesfully led the project to build an in-house Core Trading system. Nguyen Thanh Huong (Head of Risk) Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong joined MSBS since 2013 as Head of Risk Management. Prior to that, Ms. Huong had over eight years of experience in the stock market, where she held many important positions in several securities companies such as BIDV Securities (BSC), Trang An Securities (TAS) and Euro Securities (ECC). 13

14 OUR PEOPLE INVESTMENT BANKING Tham Thi Thuy (Head of Investment Banking, Vietnam coverage) Ms. Tham Thi Thuy is an experienced finance professional with over 16 years in securities services, investment banking and corporate banking. Prior to joining MSBS as a Managing Director responsible for investment banking division, she was a director at VP Bank s financial solutions division for two years and Branch Director at Thang Long Securities (TLS) for about 10 years. Ms. Thuy has extensive network relationships with business community in the South of Vietnam. She gained a honoured degree from HCMC Economics University, majoring in Finance. Tran Thi Thu Tam (Head of Investment Banking, HCMC coverage) Ms. Tran Thi Thu Tam is an experienced finance professional with over 12 years in investment banking and corporate banking. Prior to joining MSBS, she was a Head of Investment Banking at ACBS and Thang Long Securities (TLS). Ms. Tam has extensive experiences in IPO and privatisation of State Owned Enterprises, debt and equity financing projects in such industries as consumer goods, real estate, rubber plantation, fisheries and seaports. She gained a honoured degree from HCMC Economics University, majoring in Finance. Trinh Nguyen Khanh (Head of Investment Banking, Hanoi coverage) Mr. Trinh Nguyen Khanh has 11 years of experience in corporate finance including two years as Head of Investment Banking at MSBS. He is currently a Director, in charge of Capital Markets deals, including both ECM and DCM services and is based in Hanoi. Prior to joining MSBS, Mr. Khanh had four years of working at Ho Chi Minh City Auditing and Informatics Services Company ( AISC ) and three years as Deputy Head of Investment Banking with Saigon Hanoi Securities ( SHS ). Mr. Khanh gained a honoured degree from Academy of Finance, majoring in Accounting. Tran Thi My Nga (Head of M&A Services) Ms. Tran Thi My Nga is currently Head of M&A Services, Investment Banking Division at MSBS. Vu Cam La Huong (Vice President - Client Development) Ms. Vu Cam La Huong joined MSBS as Head of Investment Banking Division from beginning She is a finance expert with over 18 years experiences in advising corporate clients, both sell-side and buy-side, on various investment banking deals.
