Accordingly, Mr. Do Van Khanh under PVN s assignment will undertake a new position and cease his roles as representative of PVN s capital at PV Drilling and as Management Board Member and President & CEO of PV Drilling. PVN also introduced Mr. Pham Tien Dung Vice President of PV Drilling as representative of PVN s capital at PV Drilling and as candidate for being Management Board Member and undertaking PV Drilling s President and CEO title in replacement of Mr. Do Van Khanh. - Pursuant to document no.1105/dkvn-tcns dated April 20 th 2011 of PVN regarding the replacement of PV Drilling s Management Board Member. Accordingly, Mr. Doan Dinh Thai under PVN s assignment will undertake a new position and cease his role as representative of PVN s capital at PV Drilling and as Vice Chairman of PV Drilling. PVN also assigned Mr. Trinh Thanh Binh to undertake the role of representative of PVN s capital at PV Drilling and as candidate for being Management Board Member and Vice Chairman of PV Drilling in replacement of Mr. Doan Dinh Thai. PV Drilling s Management Board held a meeting and unanimously ratified the following items: - Discharging Mr. Do Van Khanh from the role of Management Board Member and President & CEO of PV Drilling and assigning Mr. Pham Tien Dung - representative of PVN s capital at PV Drilling as Management Board Member and simultaneously as President and CEO in replacement of Mr. Do Van Khanh from August 5 th Discharging Mr. Doan Dinh Thai from the role of Vice Chairman of PV Drilling and assigning Mr. Trinh Thanh Binh - representative of PVN s capital at PV Drilling as Management Board Member and simultaneously as Vice Chairman of PV Drilling in replacement of Mr. Doan Dinh Thai. 1
