2 XXMembers The GIIN strives to build a diverse global group and actively seeks members from a variety of geographic regions with an array of impact objectives. Members include: ASSET OWNERS that have the capacity to directly deploy their capital into impact investments ASSET MANAGERS that are interested in impact investing or incorporating elements of impact investing practice (e.g., impact measurement) into their activities INVESTMENT ADVISORS that facilitate the deployment of capital on behalf of clients OTHER INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS, including research centers, policy advocacy groups and policy makers, technical assistance providers, industry networks, consultants, law firms, universities, and rating agencies Membership is open to all organizations interested in learning about impact investing and contributing to the industry s development, and is subject to approval by the GIIN. XXMember Dues Member dues are paid annually, with discounts for not-for-profit organizations (excluding foundations) and organizations headquartered in an emerging market.
