He has almost 10 years experience working in 2 international law firms in Jakarta, and was seconded to the Singapore office of one of the firms. He has also worked as a mediator in the Small Claims Sessions at the Quincy District Court in Massachusetts. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He obtained his bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Law) from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia and his master's degree (LL.M) from Harvard Law School. He has also worked for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Office of the Special Staff for Foreign Affairs and President Joko Widodo at the Transition Team. He speaks fluent English. ARISTO PANGARIBUAN specializes in criminal and civil dispute resolution. His extensive experience focuses primarily on criminal law and commercial litigation. His clients include or have included multinational, national, regional and local companies involved in many different industries including construction, financial services, energy, retail and sports. Aristo Pangaribuan is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia. He is also currently the Legal Director for the Indonesian Football Association. He also serves as the Director of Faculty of Law University of Indonesia s Legal Aid Institution (Lembaga Konsultasi dan Bantuan Hukum). He obtained his bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Law) from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia and his master's degree (LL.M) from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Notable experience: Advising several foreign embassies in Indonesia on issues of criminal justice and human rights. ROBBY ASSHIDDIQIE specializes in criminal litigation and industrial relations dispute. He has assisted clients on a variety of disputes at all stages of criminal proceedings. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia (Bachelor of Law) and his master's degree (M.Sc) from Indonesia Defense University. He is also listed as an official in various NGOs such as Indonesian Farmers Society (Himpunan Kerukunan Tani Indonesia), Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (Kamar Dagang Indonesia), and Indonesia Co-operative Council (Dewan Koperasi Indonesia). CHRISTIAN YO specializes in tax advisory. He previously worked as a Tax Manager in one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Jakarta. During his tenure in the firm, he is focuses on the Energy, Utilities, and Mining (EU&M) Sectors. He provides various tax services to local and multinational clients. The tax services includes tax compliance, tax dispute and tax advisory services, e.g. tax structuring/ planning for outbound/inbound investment and tax due diligence on several major acquisitions in Indonesia. He has strong knowledge of taxation aspects of Contract of Work, Production Sharing Contract, Joint Operation Contract and Power Purchase Agreement. He obtained his bachelor s degree (Bachelor of Economics) from Universitas Katolik Atmajaya Jakarta majoring in accounting. He has passed the examination for tax consultant licenses for A and B level.
