2 SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY Diane Oad President Oad is an IT analyst in the Enterprise Applications Systems division of IT at Syracuse University. She was employed in the Purchasing Department for 17 years, and during that time worked as a Senior Purchasing Agent from , making her responsible for computer hardware and software purchases. In 2002, Oad changed careers and became a Senior Project Analyst and has since been working with OnBase. She was instrumental in leading a team of campus-wide representatives to select OnBase as an enterprise document imaging solution in 2006 and is currently responsible for implementing OnBase and workflow projects and chairs a campus-wide committee of OnBase users. Diane has a Bachelor s degree in MIS from Syracuse University and has previously served on the OnBase Higher Education VOGUE as Vice President and President from Know your VOGUE Map»

3 COLUMBIA Heidi Saylor Vice President Saylor is the senior systems analyst at Columbia College in Columbia, MO. She was an original member of the document imaging implementation committee, acting as an end-user representative for the Evaluations department. Later, she transitioned to a systems analyst and was involved in the Singularity implementation for 34 campuses across the country. Saylor and the document imaging team converted from Singularity to OnBase in Heidi has been heavily involved in determining product management standards and best practices for Columbia College while expanding the use of OnBase with new implementations. She also supports many other enterprise information across the campus systems including Colleague and Acalog. Heidi has worked in Higher Ed with several areas and software since Know your VOGUE Map»

4 DARTMOUTH Kevin Perron Director of Enhancements After graduating from Champlain College, Kevin began working with the OnBase platform in 1999 at National Life of Vermont. Six years later, Kevin started working for Hyland as the Solutions Analyst for the Insurance Team. Prior to moving back to Vermont from Ohio, he worked for Security MicroImaging (Kiriworks) for several years. Kevin has worked at Dartmouth College since 2013, the year Dartmouth purchased OnBase, as an ECM Team Sr. Programmer Analyst. He is passionate about using the OnBase platform to implement solutions to address his customers business challenges. Through his years of experience of working with OnBase, Kevin has been fortunate enough to work with hundreds of customers in understanding their business needs and successfully implementing OnBase to work more efficiently. 5 HARVEY MUDD Veronica Morganhart Communications Coordinator Morganhart is a systems administrator and solution developer in the CIS department at Harvey Mudd College. She began her career with business intelligence reporting and administration, working to deliver the information people need so they can work more efficiently. In 2011, Morganhart began using OnBase and has since implemented solutions across her campus as while managing the flow of data between various other systems. She participates in a cross-college group that meets regularly to promote and expand the use of OnBase, performing tasks like hosting user group meetings, training and completing upgrades. 6 SALEM STATE UNIVERSITY Nick Albina Director of Education Albina is an applications systems analyst at Salem State University. The university implemented OnBase eight years ago and utilizes the solution in fifteen offices across campus, with two more implementations in the works. Albina has an MSIT and has worked in Higher Education IT for eight years. He transitioned to an OnBase administrator and developer two years ago. Since then, he rolled out Report Services on campus, wrote their first custom preprocessors for DIP s, implemented custom Unity Forms in multiple business groups, designed workflows to streamline manual processes on campus, upgraded to OnBase 14 with load balancing and participated in countless other OnBase projects. 7 COLUMBUS STATE COMMUNITY Christopher Bunner Director of Membership Christopher Bunner is a System Administrator in the Enterprise Application Integration Department at Columbus State Community College. During his tenure with CSCC of more than 22 years, he has worked in a number of capacities within the Information Technology Division and as an adjunct instructor. Christopher has a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. He currently holds certifications as an OnBase Advanced System Administrator and OnBase Advanced Workflow Administrator as well as ITIL Foundation Certification with a focus on Change Management and Knowledge Management.
