1 Lisa Bobo Chief Information Officer, City of Rochester Lisa Bobo is serving as the CIO for the City of Rochester, responsible for leading the City s technology and business process re-engineering strategy and initiatives for over 3,000 employees. Prior to her current role, Lisa held various leadership positions including Application Director and Relationship Manager. From implementing enterprise solutions to tackling the complexities of governance, Lisa continually works to make government more nimble. She is passionate about modernizing legacy systems to increase workforce productivity and transform how municipalities interact with citizens. She is a member of the New York State IT Conference for CIO s in local government, the advisory board for NYS leadership practices, and serves on the Local Government Records Advisory Council. Lisa is also on the board for the Western NY Chapter of the Society for Information Management and Foodlink. She has received many mayoral recognition awards for her work with various projects throughout her career and actively mentors other individuals working at achieving leadership roles in the Information Technology field. Lisa is a graduate of Nazareth College where she earned her BS in Mathematics and Computer Science.

2 Stephen Brooks Chief Information Officer, ITT Steve Brooks joined ITT in August 2014 as Executive Director and Chief Information Officer, IT for the Industrial Process Value Center. Working with the Industrial Process team to support and enable business strategies, Steve leads the development of strategic plans and directs information applications and technology deployment on a global basis. Steve joined ITT after 17 years at Textron, serving as a Director of Information Technology for both Kautex and Textron Aviation. He has held a variety of positions such as ERP Project Director and Project Manager throughout his career. Steve holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor s degree in History and Education from Dartmouth College. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

3 Bruce Leidal Chief Information Officer, Carestream Bruce Leidal is the Chief Information Officer at Carestream; a $2.5 billion worldwide provider of medical and dental imaging systems and IT solutions with over 8,000 employees. Leidal leads Carestream s global Information Technology (IT) organization focused on improving the company s overall efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of common processes and systems resulting in The Carestream Way. He and his team also work closely with the key business leaders to design and implement new go-to-market solutions utilizing the integration of Carestream products with IT capabilities. Previously, Leidal held executive positions at Hayes Lemmerz International, Systems Thinking, General Motors, and Federal-Mogul Corporation. He was a principle management consult at AT Kearney and gained his managerial and technical expertise while at EDS and Texas Instruments. Leidal received a B.S. in Information Systems from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan,and has several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

4 John Milazzo Chief Information Officer, Kodak Alaris Formed in 2013, Kodak Alaris is an independent, global technology company on a mission to unlock the power of images and information for businesses and consumers. Kodak Alaris consists of four business units: Kodak Moments Alaris PPF AI Foundry John joined Kodak Alaris, Inc. in September of 2013, when the U.K. Kodak Pension Plan (KPP) completed its acquisition of these businesses from the Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to joining Kodak Alaris, Inc, John spend over 30 years with the Eastman Kodak Company in a variety of leadership positions in their World Wide Information Systems organization. He was responsible for leading application and infrastructure development groups as well as outsourcing teams. John also worked in both the Purchasing and Mergers and Acquisitions organizations. John holds a Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science as well as an MBA. He is also an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College in Rochester New York, where he has taught a variety of computer science courses since 1988.

5 Jean Ellefson VP Operations & Chief of Staff, Research and Product Devepopment Appointed in January 2017, Vice President and Chief of Staff for the Research and Product Development Organisation of Xerox Corporation. Previously, Ellefson grew and integrated NewField IT Americas, a wholly owned Xerox subsidiary focused on consultancy services. Most known for her ability to deliver cross-functional change in pursuit of strategically aligned business progress, Ellefson has over twenty years of proven experience in the areas of research, technology development, operations, strategy, services and marketing. Ellefson s abilities and network include multiple cultures as a result of extended assignments in the US, Europe and India. In her early career as a systems engineer, she managed and delivered a centralised testing and reliability service within product development. This role was expanded into the management of customer satisfaction and all product metrics resulting in improvements across the complete value chain. This role morphed into marketing strategy, research and business management. Moving from product systems engineering to business systems, Ellefson has continued to understand and optimize the systems around her with continued improvement results. Ellefson has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis; a Masters in Applied Statistics from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Masters in Systems Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Sloan School of Business. She has served as an adjunct instructor at MIT and Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in system dynamics and modelling. She is also a Certified DfLSS Green Belt and a Certified LSS Black Belt. She is stepmother to three adult sons, mother to young twins and enjoys scuba diving, permaculture, travel and other adventures with her husband and family. She currently resides in Pittsford, NY, USA.

6 Drew D. Saur Chief Information Officer, The Palmer Family of Companies Drew D. Saur is the Chief Information Officer for the Palmer Family of Companies, which includes Palmer Foods in Rochester, NY and G&C Foods in Syracuse, NY. Drew is a specialist in technology commercialization and systems engineering, with over twenty-five years of experience managing technology, creating corporate technology infrastructure, evaluating technical trends, and developing and marketing technology products and services. Prior to his current position, Drew served as Chief Technology Officer of DxID, LLC and Cognisight, LLC, where he spearheaded the research & development of two suites of next-generation software that supported both business Medicare Advantage clients. Drew also worked for Xerox Global Services, where he oversaw global research and development of the technologies to support Xerox s $3B Centralized Print Services business, including systems that received print jobs from end users around the world and processed them through a groundbreaking Lean Six Sigma production pipeline. In his career, Drew has worked to drive technology strategies in over 300 large-scale integration and website deployments and has served in a variety of senior technology leadership positions. A noted authority on Internet client and server software, Drew developed and maintained The Mac Orchard web site, which was from 1995 through 2010 the most complete, up-to-date repository of Macintosh Internet software. The Mac Orchard was widely recognized as a definitive Macintosh resource, and was covered in The New York Times, Mac Today magazine, Mac Addict magazine, the Penguin Rough Guide to the Internet, and countless other books and publications.

7 Kim VanGelder Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company Kim VanGelder joined Kodak in In 2004, she was appointed Chief Information Officer. The Board of Directors elected her a corporate vice president in 2004 and senior vice president in She reports to Chief Executive Officer Jeff Clarke. VanGelder s early responsibilities included leading the Corporate group responsible for defining Kodak s global IT architecture and standards. In 1996, she was appointed Director of the Global ERP Competency Center, where she built the organization responsible for supporting Kodak s worldwide SAP implementation. In 2000, she was appointed Director of Information Technology for Kodak s Research & Development organization, where she was responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of IT for worldwide R&D. In addition to her role as CIO, in 2007 she was asked to lead a set of initiatives focused on the transformation of key business processes across the company. In 2011, she assumed the additional role of Director of Worldwide Customer Operations, responsible for driving a more customer-centric, streamlined, and information-enabled go-to-market operating model. VanGelder holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of RIT s Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors of the Rochester Area Community Foundation, and the Board of Directors of Financial Institutions, Inc.
