Sandi has been making Day at the Races happen for over 15 years! As a Real Living Lifestyles realtor specializing in North San Diego County, Sandi Hadley has received many awards for her work, including the Legend Award for being in Prudential s prestigious Chairman Circle for 11 years in a row, and the PREA 100 Award for being 65th in the company out of 45,000 agents. Sandi came to real estate from a long and successful career in business. For 15 years she was the owner of Linger Awhile, a chain of gift stores in San Diego County, and she was previously a stockbroker, the first female partner in a securities firm to go public in the United States. In addition to her professional successes, she has served as a Board Member of Harmonium, St. Clare s Homes for Battered and Abused Women, and EYE Counseling and Crisis Center. She was given the Volunteer of the Year Award in 1994 by the Philanthropy Council and the Woman of the Year Award from the Women s Impact Network. Sandi is currently President of Lake San Marcos Kiwanis, and Secretary of Mall IV Lake San Marcos. Sandi serves on the Board of Trustees of Project Concern International Day at the Races beneficiary. Sandi s tireless work on behalf of Project Concern International cannot be measured by dollars raised alone. The amount of goodwill and exposure she has produced for PCI is infinite and we cannot thank Sandi enough for her continued support making the world a better place for us all.

Global IMPACT UNITED STATES Ninety percent of pregnant women participating in our U.S./Mexico border programs gained access to prenatal care in their first trimester. MEXICO PCI s Healthy Children, Healthy Families program has reached nearly 70,000 children in Tijuana to improve child malnutrition. INDIA PCI, in partnership with the government of Bihar and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, has improved exclusive breastfeeding by almost 30 percent for mothers and their infants participating in our self-help groups. TANZANIA In Tanzania, PCI is partnering with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to feed nearly 100,000 children while they re at school, keeping them in the classroom and improving their ability to learn. PCI s programs benefited over 19 MILLION people last year.
