7 Attorney Introduction Carly Wiskoff Carly Wiskoff is licensed in New York with over 10 years of immigration law experience. While working with NYIS Law Firm, she has represented hundreds of clients, assisting them with their immigration needs. Besides immigration, Carly Wiskoff also has rich experience in business law. Prior to working with NYIS, Carly Wiskoff worked at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, representing its clients to appear in court in New York's five boroughs and in Long Island. Prior to joining Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, she worked as a paralegal at Federal Defenders of New York Inc. and assisted many people who were facing criminal charges but were not able to afford attorney fees. Besides, she used to work as a paralegal at Law Offices of Jeffrey Gabel,Esq., focusing on immigration related research and writing as well as helping musicians and actors to apply for their work visas. In 2001, Carly Wiskoff received her bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Binghamton University, State University of New York. In college, she majored in English and minored in Spanish and International Studies. After graduation, she continued to pursue a master's degree. As a licensed attorney in New York State and a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, Vera has practiced immigration law, business law and other fields for 10 years. She has acquired extensive experience in providing legal service for Chinese international students and immigrants. Vera Su, Esq. obtained her Master s Degree in International Economic Law in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with honor of outstanding graduate of Sichuan Province. She then received Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Indiana University. At there, Ms. Su was selected as Dean s list, and graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Su deals with petitions for both individuals and company s business. She has successfully helped clients apply for non-immigrant visas, including PERM, EB-1, H-1B, P1, L visa and other adjustment of status application. Before law school, Nina holds a M.A. in Germanic Languages and Literatures from University of Virginia and a B.A. in German from Wuhan University. With her solid writing skills, Nina has actively involved in numerous academic activities and practical legal services. Her Comment, The Cost of Bailouts in the Financial Crisis, was published in the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. While working in the Federal Tax Clinic at Fordham Law, she passionately committed herself to the fight over the driver s license suspension law of New York. Nina is currently an Associate of NYIS Law Firm and focuses on practicing immigration law, including H-1B work visa, EB-2/3 employment-based green card, and EB5 investment-based green card.
