2 Get to Know Your Keynote Speakers (In order of appearance) Chris Redgrave Chris Redgrave left broadcasting after a 20-year career as VP/GM for Bonneville Broadcast Radio Group where she received numerous awards and recognition over the years, such as; one of the top 50 Broadcaster in the US. She has been with Zions Bank for 8 years, serving as senior vice president of community relations overseeing the business radio program Speaking on Business. The 22-year-old program can be heard on KSL News Radio and 19 other radio stations throughout Utah and Idaho. As additional responsibilities, she does speaking/emcee engagements a year and serves on numerous boards. Redgrave was recently appointed as Finance Chair for the United Nations Convention meeting held in SLC She is a senior advisor of the Kem C. Garner Policy Institute. She is also a member of the Executive Board for Visit Salt Lake and serves on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake Chamber. She is also a board member of Utah Museum of Fine Arts. of Utah. In , she became the second woman to chair the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors in 107 years and in 2009, named the Athena, a prestigious national award. In 2011, Redgrave was listed by American Banker for the Top Banking Team Award and in 2016, among 27 Zions Bank bankers nominated. In 2014 through 2018, she has received the Best of State Award for Journalism. She currently resides in Salt Lake City with her husband David and their two dogs. Dr Abe Bekhsheshy: Abe is the University of Utah Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Professor and Director and Professor and Lecturer of Organizational Behavior at the Eccles School of Business. He has more than 37 years of leadership experience, including seven years of executive level position in overseas working with multinational corporations. In 2017 Dr. Abe received the State of Utah Chamber of Commerce and United Way, New Pioneer American Dream Award, as well as the 2017 Maters Teaching Excellence Award. He is four-time recipient of the Executive MBA Distinguished Teaching Award, including the year Two-time recipient of the Professional MBA Excellence in Teaching Award Including the year 2015, Two Times Recipient of the Masers Teaching Excellence Award, The 2015 United States Higher Education Excellence in Teaching Award, Two Times recipient of the Brady Superior Teaching Award, including the year 2016, Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Leadership in Ethics Education Award, University of Utah Distinguished Teaching Award, The Marvin Ashton Excellence in Teaching Award and many others. His areas of interest in research and teaching include leadership and effective management, human resources management, Emotional Intelligence, etchis and moral quandaries in business, building effective teams, Color Code, and effective health care system delivery.

3 Justin Jones-Fosu: Justin Jones-Fosu is a full-time husband and daddy who also happens to be an International speaker, an award-winning entrepreneur, and author. He is the President/Chief Inspirational Officer of Justin Inspires International, LLC ( where he speaks times a year for professionals, corporations, and organizations. His speaking has led him to speak for over 250+ organizations in 4 countries. He has presented in 45 of the 50 states and is working hard to present in all 50 (can you guess which states he hasn t spoken in?)! Justin is also the founder of Respectivity ( a company helping workplaces to develop better cultures of respect to increase employee engagement, peak performance, and customer service to improve their triple bottom line. He is the author of two books, the most recent being Finding Your Glasses: Revealing and Achieving Authentic Success, which challenges the reader to live a life of success based on their core values. Justin is a former HR Professional who obtained his MBA specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change and undertook further graduate studies in the area of Human Resource Development. He has also gained valuable leadership experience with three Fortune 500 companies as well as by consulting with individuals and small business on strategy, leadership, diversity and organizational development. In 2008, Justin was named as one of EBONY Magazines 30 Young Leaders on the Rise and has been featured in SMART CEO Magazine, the Baltimore Business Journal and other publications. He is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association and a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Being a former weekly radio host, Justin continues his passion for current events and how they can positively shape our lives. If you only remember a few things about Justin, it s that he is madly in love with his wife and loves being a daddy. He believes that these are more important than any accomplishments, recognition, or accolades! (In order of appearance) Get to know your Session Speakers John J. Hall: John J. Hall, CPA, is an author, speaker and results expert who presents around the world at conventions, corporate meetings and association events. Throughout his 38-year career as a business consultant, corporate executive and professional speaker, John has helped organizations and individuals achieve measurable results. He inspires audience members in corporations, not-for-profit organizations and professional associations to step up, take action and do what you can. John balances his demanding travel schedule with extended stays at home in Colorado where he and his wife Kris enjoy biking, hiking, snowshoeing and snowboarding. Matt Sewell Nu Skin Matt began his career in public accounting at PwC, where he developed and fine-tuned his expertise in SOX, internal controls, information security, process optimization, and third-party assurance. Matt holds CPA, CISA, and ISA certifications and also holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. Matt has experience working with various systems including, but not limited to, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Mid-Range, and Mainframe environments. He has extensive experience in data analytics and process and project improvement. KPMG

4 Tyler Jacobsen Protiviti Tyler Jacobsen is a Director with Protiviti and manages and oversees the IT Audit and Technology consulting practices in the SLC Office. Tyler has nearly 20 years of IT consulting and IT operations experience. His specialties include IT Audit, ERP Implementation, and IT Risk Management. Tyler maintains a global portfolio of clients ranging from 50 mil 50 bn within Consumer Products/Retail, Technology, Healthcare and Energy industries. He has helped numerous fast-growing companies go public and build sustainable and scalable IT processes and controls to comply with various regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, SOC Reporting, ISO, and FedRamp.
