2 CHAIR & CEO REPORT Dear Members, Another successful year for Central Minnesota Credit Union is in the books. As we continue to grow and strengthen each year, we like to take time to reflect on what we have accomplished to get to where we are today. In 2017, we continued to focus on CMCU s three core pillars: Strength: We reached $1 Billion in assets during Strong asset growth and stability allows CMCU to offer the best products and services for its members. Service: Our team members volunteered nearly 1700 hours throughout the year. We are committed to serving our communities and giving back to local organizations. Growth: In 2017, we continued to grow at a steady and responsible pace. As a result of our increased growth, we are able to provide members with better rates and services. We would like to thank our membership and the communities that we serve for their continued support of Central Minnesota Credit Union. Once again, it has been a win-win for all of us as CMCU has enjoyed another year of solid financial success. We would not have made it this far without the commitment from our loyal members as well as the dedication from the individual team members. We look forward to serving our members and communities in the years to come. Fred Fleischhacker Board Chair Richard Odenthal CEO & President
