People drive for miles in the New England area to make a pilgrimage to Woodman s and enjoy the best fried clams in existence from the family recipe which invented them. She is buried in The Friend s Burying Ground, Lynn, Essex co., MA and her death is listed in Those People [That] Were Buried In The Friend s Burying Ground a handwritten booklet at the Essex Institute, reprinted in the Essex Genealogist. She is definitely dead by 1803, when John remarried. Thus it appears that the Mower family was influenced by Hannah Breed s family and became Quakers. On 11 January 1795 when Hannah was 21, she married John MOWER III, son of John MOWER Jr. & Hannah2 BREED, in Lynn, Essex co., MA [51]. This event was recorded in the Bible of John Norwood, 369 Summer Street [P.R. 125], where her maiden name is listed mistakenly as Mower. They had the following children (surnamed MOWER): i.
