6 Introduction Each time you have a certain type of feeling, have you ever wondered where that feeling has come from? A song comes on, and you feel good about that song, or the memory tied to the sound or lyrics can make you feel depressed? What about that good feeling you get when you think of someone you like, or the anger you get when you think about a place that you do not care for? Have you ever walked into a room and immediately wanted to walk out because the vibe was wrong? Perhaps you see a color and you associate a feeling with that color. This is vibrational energy. Everyone is made up of vibrational energy. Every day of your life you will be aware of energy, regardless of where you are, what you are doing, or who and what you have come into contact with. The positives and the negatives; the highs and the lows; the good times and the bad times; the happy moments and those moments when you do nothing but cry; these are all things that you may be experiencing, or something that you do not want to experience, but you have no idea how to change the negative energy into a positive. The first step is being aware of the energy that is going on within your body, soul, and mind. 7 Living life with fear and doubt is something that everyone has done at one point in their lives or another, but those negative feelings typically lead to negative energy. To live joyously, and full of cheerfulness, you need to have positive energy, which will lead to a high frequency. Believe it or not; you have control over the level of your frequency. If you want to be positive, you will have to think of positive thoughts. Even though you may think this is harder than it really is, the truth is, it is not. You have more control over the way you feel than you may think. There is no magic spell that has told your mind to always be angry, depressed, or doubtful; these are negative energies that you put into the universe, and into your mind. You are actually the transmitter of energy, and you are the receiver as well. What you put into this world is exactly what you will get out of it. Placing negative energy in the world will bring that negative energy back to you. Take a moment and think about yourself as a vibrational transmitter, because that is what you are. The things that you attract are generally what you will receive. It is almost impossible to find someone who wants to live a life of fear, doubt, and other negative feelings; almost all people want to live a better life, full of rewards, happiness, and love. When you want to live a better life for yourself, with those that you love, you will need to be aware of internal and external energy. Did you know that you are a spiritual being, and not a human being? Did you know that as a spiritual being, you are always trying to have a human experience? You are responsible for the levels of frequencies that you have. Always remember that no one is responsible for your highs and lows, but you. The thoughts that go through your mind are used to determine how you will feel. There are times when you will feel low, regardless of how positive you try to be. It is up to you to balance out the highs and lows in your life. To achieve a better balance of life and a higher consciousness, you will need to expose yourself to spiritual frequencies. Everything in this world is about vibration and balance. Everything! The way you feel, grow, heal, hear, touch, see, and the way you react to people, places, and things. Have you ever felt fear for an animal, and witnessed that animal respond to your fear? Imagine this hypothetical situation: you are walking down the street and see a dog wandering around, without an owner. VibrationalManifestation.com 7

8 If this is a big dog, your first thought may be fear, and when you give off that type of energy, the dog will feel it, and sometimes the animal will bark or attack. You may wonder how the animal knows that you are full of fear, since you have not said a word. That is how your vibrations work, they are the unsaid. It is the energy that you have given off into the universe. You have given off the feeling of fear, and the dog has received that energy, so the animal knows that you are afraid of him. The feeling of fear is a low frequency, and it causes the animal to respond to you in a similar way. The dog could fear you, become angry or violent, or feel some other type of low vibration energy. However, if you were positive, confident, and loving, this high frequency would be emitted from your body, and the animal would respond in the same way. All creatures respond to the type of frequency that you have, including animals, plants, and humans. What you put out into the universe is generally what you will receive. Your body is in constant vibration. Everything around you vibrates, including things that are visible, and those things that are invisible. All particles of matter vibrate, even the tiniest atom. The rate at which everything vibrates is different, and this will balance out the universe. As old forms break down, new forms will begin. This is vibrational energy. When it pertains to nature, nothing is in constant rest. The stars are always moving, the rivers are always flowing, the earth will constantly revolve, and the air is always vibrating. Although forms may come and go, the reality that is behind these forms is always unchangeable. The rhythm of the vibrations will determine the balance of the universe. Every word you say loudly or utter silently sends a wave throughout the world. The type of thoughts you have will determine if those waves are harmonious, or in a discord. These waves do not just start and end with you; they include everything in the world, because everything has some type of rhythm and movement. The stars and planets have rhythm, the tides in the sea, days and nights, and seasons will all follow the laws of rhythm. Even though the elements may differ, that only applies to the rate of vibration, not the substance. The movement that goes through your body will help you feel; those vibrations will be felt in areas of your body, and they will carry a deeply felt sense of meaning. This is spiritual resonance, and it is extremely important. This is your state of mind. When you have made contact with something, your spiritual resonance is how you connect with that thing through a set of emotions. Spiritual resonance will help lead you to the paths that you should go on. With life, you will sometimes take the wrong paths, and this is okay. VibrationalManifestation.com 8

9 Through the law of resonance, you will be able to break through the limitations that keep you on the wrong paths. By breaking through, you can begin to experience the quality of life that you may have unconsciously chosen not to. The Importance Of Frequency To be in tune with your own destiny, your spiritual frequency needs to be high. Negative energy leads to low energy, and this affects your self-worth the way you think or feel about yourself. When you have low frequency, you are pressured into doing things, instead of living how you want to live. Low energy allows you to believe the negative talk that consists around you; people will say you are not able to complete this task, or that duty, and the low frequency will allow you to believe these things, even though they are not true. When you know your self worth, and you are full of confidence, your vibration will begin to lift considerably. You will then act as a master of light, and in return, you will radiate a high vibration. Living a life of charm, joy, integrity, and generosity allows you to give off high frequency into the world, and that is what you will receive back. This impacts more than the way you think, it impacts the way that you feel; in terms of emotions, and health. Spiritual frequency can impact your healing. In order for your body to heal, you will need to be full of high energy. Low energy can cause vital life-force blockage, which will lead to diseases and illnesses. When you have heavy vibrations, and high energy, the body can return to good health. Is my energy low or high? This question is asked by so many people. Knowing whether your thoughts are leading to low or high energy is a question that people have on a daily basis. Many want to know if their thought vibrations are empowering, or if those vibrations are disempowering. The answer to this question is simple: What you think about the most is what will likely manifest in your life. When you operate at a higher level of thought vibration, you will be in a more relaxed state, and you can find that other beings respond to you in the same way. Remember the situation that you hypothetically encountered earlier with the dog? That example can be used to determine if your energy is high or low. If you are relaxed and confident when you encounter that dog, the higher level of thought vibration will most likely give off a good vibe to the dog. Lower energy could lead the dog to either avoid you, or enter into conflict with you. This applies to human-beings as well. VibrationalManifestation.com 9

10 Going Forward As you go forward with this ebook, it is a good idea to keep a journal, and always take notes, especially when you are asked to perform a specific task or exercise. Describe how you felt at that time, and why? The more in depth you are with your notes, the more you will be able to understand how those feelings apply to vibrational energy. Your personal intuition can help you think back to those times when you were skeptical about something, and maybe you had a good reason to be. Did you ignore those vibrations, or did you listen to them? Did you go down the wrong path, allowing the discord to break you good thoughts? Were you able to distinguish what was a good thought, and what was bad? Use your personal intuition as you read these chapters to guide you when making better decisions going forward with your life. You will be recording your emotional reactions, and once you learn to understand internal and external energy, and how you can balance out the high and low vibrations in your life, you will have that journal to help you in the future. The journal will include the emotions you felt, and the techniques that you used to deal with those frequencies, specifically those that were low. This ebook will help you learn the importance of harmonizing. You will learn about external and internal energy, and how you can harmonize your mental and physical vibrations in order to live in harmony with other people, animals, plants, and all things in the universe. When you have a true understanding of internal and external energy, you can be in tune with other beings around you, and only then can you truly be free, and happy. 11 Chapter 1: Life Is Awareness And Energy Before you take a closer look at high frequencies, and how you can live a truly balanced life, take a look at everything around you. What makes you happy, and what makes you sad? When you encounter these emotions, what do you do to change them? It is imperative that you are aware of your spiritual energy. You will need to begin each day raising your spiritual frequency, which is why you should always be aware of everything (everyone) that is around you, and how you feel about all of those things or people. Take a moment and write down some of the thoughts that are going through your body at this moment; earlier today; and yesterday: How do you feel at those times? Did that feeling last long, or was it short-lived? What did you do to handle any negative feelings? Be as descriptive as you can, and put this list aside. Once you have completed this chapter, you will have a new perceptive on a variety of things, including your identity. People who have a high frequency are able to see the big picture in life. You may have never noticed, but when you outgrow a person, situation, or thing, that can be accredited to your frequency. VibrationalManifestation.com 11

12 In the past, you may have thought that you were growing older, so the same things that you were interested in years ago do not raise your interests any longer. The truth is, when you raise your frequency, you do not vibrate with lower frequencies. The harmony is no longer there, and you will see yourself shying away from those people or situations that have a lower frequency. When you do not have anything in common with someone or something, it is almost always because you are no longer vibrating in harmony with those people or places. Do not look back on those times and think that you were a bad person, because that is not true. Do not think of those people or things as bad, either; this simply means that you were probably not operating at your best during those times. Some people or things are unable to maintain a high frequency for long periods of time. This is everyone at one point of their lives or another, and this has probably been you multiple times. The key thing is that you recognize this, and that you create a way to deal with these low vibrations. When you are unable to control your vibrations, you could end up matching the frequencies of the people who are around you. If the person is vibrating at a high level, this is a good thing; however, if the person is not, it could lead to negative energy, and actions. You will need to come up with a way to make sure you avoid this negative energy, and if you somehow encounter it, you will need to let that energy go quickly, so that you can return your spiritual balance. There are nine different phases that you will go through when converting into a highfrequency. These phases will help you become aware and live a healthy life, full of high vibrations that harmonize well with other people and things. Phase 1 The first phase will require you to merge your spirit with your body, emotions, and mind. Before you can do this, you will need to understand what this entails. The body Your body is where emotions, creativity, and spirituality flow. This vessel is what tells you when something is right, and when something is wrong. The things that you see, eat, or do can affect you at any given time, and your body is aware of these things. VibrationalManifestation.com 12

13 Your body does the things that you do not understand. In order for you to find great harmony and balance, you will need to feel what your body is telling you; this will help you convert your frequencies. The vibrations that your heart sends throughout your body is what you will need to listen to; letting those vibrations guide you. Your emotions trigger the way your body will feel. For example, if you are happy and comfortable, your body will be in a relaxed and cheerful state. During this time, positive energy flows, and the vibrations in your body balance out. If you need to be healed, your body can do so in a relaxed state. Our emotions It is true that we do not know much about our emotions. This causes us to have trouble controlling them. It is even more difficult to process these feelings out of our bodies. Even though you can help convert your emotions, you cannot choose them. Feelings are automatic, and you should always remember that. The job of your feelings is to let you know how you feel about a person, place or thing immediately. If you do not like a specific meal, your feelings will tell you this, and the information will be stored. Your body will not go back to eat that food, because it knows that you do not like the food. The past emotions have a direct impact on how you feel today. All of the emotions that go through your body will be tied back to the two underlying emotions: fear and love. Regardless of what you feel, those feelings will be either lovebased or fear-based. Acceptance, happiness, and desire are all examples of love, while bitterness, sorrow, and rejection are fear-based emotions. When you feel these emotions, your body will produce various chemicals. Your mind This is how you know not to eat the food that you did not like. Your mind will store, organize, and retrieve the information that goes through your body. Your mind will also analyze the information that it receives. If you are wondering how this will impact your frequency, or the frequency of others, here is an example. You have been offered a job, but you are unsure if you should take that positive. To make your decision, you speak to your friend about the job offer. Your friend realizes that this is a good job, but you are hesitant. This will cause your friend to be hesitant about encouraging you to take the offer. Your fear is now your friend s fear, all because of the vibrations that your body has given off. VibrationalManifestation.com 13

14 The way you think is the way you will react. The things that you feel will tell the body how to react, and then your body will react. This is the example of how your body, emotions, and mind all merge to produce a high or low frequency; it is up to you to make sure you experience the former. To convert to high frequency, think of positive thoughts. When those negative thoughts enter the mind, do not think of them in a negative way. For instance, if you have a fear of accepting a job opportunity, think about all of the positives, instead of the negatives. This will cause your body to feel more love-based emotions, instead of fear. Your body will then react in a positive way, giving off positive vibrations. Phase 2 You will need to allow the high frequency in your life to increase in any way that you possibly can. You may be wondering how this is possible, and the answer is simple. One way is to have fun. Do things that are fun, and spend time with people who you know will guarantee that you have fun. Although you will need to spend time on things that are important, such as work, chores, and other commitments, you will still need to make time for fun. This can help you raise your frequencies. Get excited. Sitting around with little or no excitement lowers your frequency, so do the opposite to raise it. If you are not interested in the things that you are doing, your frequency will be low. The more excited you become, the higher your frequency will rise. It is up to you to keep the excitement going. In order to do this, you could begin to daydream about things that make you excited. Read up on blogs, books, or stories about fictional and non-fictional people that get you excited. If you have past experiences that were exciting, think about them. This will help your frequency rise. Stay inspired. This will help to elevate your mind. Do not wait for moments of inspiration to come along; create those moments yourself. Talk to people who are inspiring; read inspirational books; watch films or television shows that are inspiring. This will help you become inspired, which will help increase your frequency. It is always important to get plenty of rest if you want to lift your frequency. Lack of sleep leads to stress, which leads to low frequency. Getting between seven to eight hours of sleep per night is good; it gives your body time to relax and rest. Even if you have a busy life, you still need to make yourself rest; failing to do so will not help raise your frequency. Enjoying the great things in life will require high frequency; to achieve this, you will need to be in a nice and happy place. Failing to do so will not allow you to live a balanced life. 15 Phase 3 You know that your mind will store those things that you have felt, but sometimes this can be a bad thing. The subconscious will store and retrieve everything that you have ever felt. Your body has been programmed to respond in a specific way, and it is your job to deal with those shortcomings. In order to grow, you will need to come out of your comfort zone at times. For example, you do not have to eat the foods that you do not like, but if you try them again, they may not have the same negative effect on you. Have you even gone to a restaurant and thought the fries were too cold? Even though you like the fries, you were turned off from them because they were cold. That one experience does not mean that the fries will always be cold; therefore, you must be able to go taste the fries again before you can avoid this item from that particular restaurant. The vibrations in that specific restaurant could also impact how the food tasted on the day that you had a bad experience. For these reasons, it is good to come out of your comfort zone in different scenarios, in order to help keep your energy flowing, and to help deal with your subconscious. Phase 4 You undergo some type of change every day, whether you realize it or not. The main focus is that you learn how to accept change, instead of resisting it. Doing the latter could be the result of fear, and you now know that fear is a low frequency emotion. Change can be good; change can lead you to make better decisions; change can lead you to have fun, which leads to high frequency. When you go to sleep at night, have you noticed a change in your sleeping patterns? If you are driving to work, have you decided to take a different route? Have you been coming home and doing the same routine, but recently noticed that one task is no longer on the list? You have probably experienced these changes in your life. The changes in your body are intentional; they are necessary. In order for you to grow, you will need to experience change. Resisting change does not help you grow; it keeps things repressed, and your vibrations cannot harmonize with the vibes of other people, places, and things. VibrationalManifestation.com 15

16 How do you embrace change? Easy; think from your heart. When you clear your mind and think from the heart, you are clearing the path for your energy to flow. You will begin to think about the wonders that are ahead in another light; a clear light. Phase 5 Old feelings do not necessarily have a good impact on today s thoughts, which is why you will have to break down old structures. You will need to do things without limitations. If you are afraid to experience something, this is low energy. Do not isolate yourself from something because of fear. Instead, take that situation or task head-on. Do things that do not have negative repercussions, such as being controlling, self-protective, or in constant attack mode. When you break down these old structures, you are giving yourself the opportunity to clear out the things that do not matter any longer. These things are useless, and often times boring. If these methods are not raising your frequency, they are useless, and you need to let them go. Allowing these things to be cleared from your mind could cause you to be fearful, but it is up to you to override that fear with happy thoughts. You are letting go of these things in order to replace them with structures that will bring results into your life. The things that are important should be all that you think about; anything else is a complete waste of time and energy. Phase 6 Your environment will affect your frequency, regardless if that is your home frequency, or your work frequency. Home frequency is extremely important because this is where you will need to relax and spend a great deal of your time. Do you live in a fast-paced area? Does the hustle and bustle excite you, or does it frighten you? Does living in a fast-paced city or town cause you to feel tired or moody? Living in crowded buildings could make you feel like you are crowded; this is not good for your vibrations. Perhaps you live in an area where toxins are released into the environment. If you come within contact of the dust, pollutants, or chemicals, your frequency could be lowered. With the society that we live in today, it is impossible for your home frequency to be low, due to all of the negatives that surround us in our daily lives. VibrationalManifestation.com 16

17 The strain that these toxins emit have vibrational frequencies that will affect you; most likely in a negative way. o deal with these home frequencies, you will need to learn how to manage these frequencies. Manage your level of awareness. If you do not fit in with the environment you are currently living in, make the change. Move into a neighborhood that is not as fast-paced, and avoid those toxins. Phase 7 Phase six was a turning point for you; this is where you were willing to try new things in order to make your home frequency more reliable, and more peaceful. This means making choices to let go of certain things or situations. Now, you should be at a point where the disruptive patterns in your life have been dealt with, and removed. From this point on, you will need to move up; ultimately raising your frequency. You now know that in order to make your life run smoothly, you will need to do whatever you need to do, and obtain those things that you need. Remember to have fun, and stay relaxed. When you are trying to fulfill something within yourself, stay positive. Do not act out of fear; use loved-based emotions. When you discover things using new frequency principles, life will be much easier. Create things using your mind, body, and emotions. This is the new you; embrace it. Let the old you go, and continue to move forward. Phase 8 As you have made changes, the people around you will need to make them as well. If you are not surrounded by individuals with a high frequency, they can have a negative impact on your life, and you will not be in harmony. When you associate with people who have a high frequency, they will allow you to be more creative, productive, and imaginative. These people can offer you help, and in return, you can help them. 18 These individuals allow you to have a joyful social experience with others, even if the people are more complex than you, or if their frequency is somewhat higher. The main point is to eliminate the struggle and gain empowerment. Surround yourself with people who assume responsibility for their actions; others who are kind and willing to embrace change. Phase 9 Love can conquer all, and love can accomplish anything. When it pertains to vibrational energy, love is known to do miraculous things. The love-based emotions that you will experience when you collaborate with others who have a high frequency are true forces of nature. These people will not pressure you, and they will work with you in a calm matter. They allow you to be in the moment. Your body will be lighter, and your energy will be positive. Your mind, heart, and body will be in a great place. Achieving these results is great for your soul, and you will find joy in being enlightened. Review: Remember that your spirit, thoughts, emotions, and body are all made up of vibrations. When these vibrations do not harmonize, your life will not have balance, and your frequency will be low. Read over this chapter, and the answers that you have given to the questions in the exercise below. You should know how you are going to transform these vibrations. Develop a plan-of-action that will help you feel your personal vibrations, and begin transforming them into a higher frequency. Start by minimizing struggle and fear, and learning to maximize love and clarity. Be willing to try new things, and discover any hidden talents or new lifestyle choices that you have feared in the past. This new reality could help you improve your relationships, develop solutions that work, and create a life that has everything you need to live in harmony. VibrationalManifestation.com 18

19 Exercise Ask yourself these questions to determine how well you will handle the converting process. 1. Do you accept change easily, or do you resist it? 2. What makes you happy? Do you do things for fun, or out of obligation? Can you learn to balance the two? How? 3. Do the people and things around you make you better, or cause you to feel down on yourself? What do you plan on doing about the low energy that is a result of your home frequency? 4. How much rest do you get each night? Is there anything that you can do to make sure you are receiving the proper amount of sleep? What changes can you make? 5. Do you currently have anything in your life that you can do without? Has something been slowing you down, and you have been afraid to let it go? How will you let this thing, person, or situation go? When will you let it go? 6. What is one thing that you have wanted to do, but it is not in your comfort zone? How are you going to try to achieve this goal, or partaking in this activity? 7. Do you feel empowered now? Why or why not? 8. How are you going to make a new reality for yourself? What will this require you to do? After you have answered these questions, think about something that has made you angry in the past? Now that you are aware of high and low vibrational frequency and you have completed the list above you should be able to handle this angry thought in a more positive, and constructive way. 20 Chapter 2: Familiarizing Yourself With Common Feelings (Unhealthy And Healthy) Before you can understand what is going on in the physical world that we live in, you will need to understand vibrations and waves. A large majority of what you hear and see is possible because of vibrations and waves. Seeing the world around you is possible due to light waves; the things that we hear in the world around us are because of sound waves. When you have a true understanding of vibrations and waves, then you will understand sight and sound. You know that objects vibrate, but did you know that they also shake and oscillate? 32 Chapter 3: Familiarizing On Common Healthy And Unhealthy Feelings You may feel as though you are sensitive at times; even oversensitive. This is not uncommon; in fact, there are plenty of people living in the world who are highly sensitive. Do not get overwhelmed by this; remember that you are who you are. Sensitivity can be a good thing. When you learn how to live in the world as a sensitive being, you can help increase the harmony of those things, people, or places that are a part of your home and work frequency. The key is for you to find comfort in your sensitivity, and a way to be happy and sensitive at the same time. Being sensitive to vibrations is not a negative thing, regardless of how it may seem. The sensitivity that you feel allows you to determine what vibrations you like, and those that you do not like. This is actually a valuable tool. It allows you to choose those people, places, and things that you like; you will be able to avoid those people and things that you do not like. When you come across an object that is not in harmony with what you want, your sensitivity to the vibrations will tell you this. Determine what you could do to shift those unhealthy habits you have to the healthy side. Try to decide where it is that you would like to develop healthier habits. Getting To A Happy Phase Learning how to use your vibrational sensitivity takes time, but before you can get to that be happy phase, there is a long journey ahead. You did not just wake up today and realize that you were highly sensitive; you have had these sensitive vibrations since the day you were born. Babies are born trustworthy, with expectations of joy and nurturing. Not long after conception, the embryo forms a clump of vibrating cells that becomes the new heart. The cells of the embryo become sound sensitive, and listen for the mother s heartbeat. The tone of the mother s voice is what is used to shape the patterns of the fetus. You used healthy habits of discovering what felt right for a situation; you could also use the patterns that were learned from others. The unhealthy habits are when you used your sensitivity to protect yourself. For example, there may have been times when your mother was depressed while you were a fetus, and you would use your positive energy to balance her out. You did this for survival; to keep her healthy so that she would feed you. The sensations that you felt were the truths of your soul. If these sensations were pleasurable, you likely had a healthy childhood. 36 Sensitivity Characteristics As mentioned earlier, being highly sensitive is not always a bad thing. You simply feel things more intensely than others. Sometimes it can cause low frequency, but at other times, that energy will balance out. This will all depend on you. When you are in these situations or around these people, you have a tendency to react to them, giving off negative energy. Even when something is not wrong, you will think otherwise. 39 You may be wondering if there is a way that you can turn those unhealthy feelings into healthy feelings. The answer is yes. When you contrast the unhealthy feelings with the healthy feelings, you are able to set sensitivity goals for yourself. The first step in doing this is to determine what is working for you, and what is not. You will need to know what has led you to these dysfunctional patterns and situations, and what you can do to escape them. There are times when a negative situation occurs, such as being embarrassed by a peer, or by something that you have done. When this situation has occurred, you should stop to think about how you can control the issues, and avoid a confrontation or negative reaction. During this slight pause, you are giving yourself the opportunity to avoid an unhealthy feeling. Instead, replace that unhealthy habit with a healthy habit. Can you see the situation in a more positive light? Perhaps you have misread the situation. If so, taking a slight pause allows you to access what is going on around you. For instance, if you have failed a test, and the others have seen your score, do not be disappointed. Think about what you failed to do in order to pass that test. Perhaps you did not study, or you forgot to ask questions and fell behind in the subject. This type of thinking allows you to become confident knowing that if you study and ask questions in the future, you can pass the test with a great grade. Always avoid a confrontation, or a feeling of fear that leads to low frequency. See how you can turn the negative into a positive. Look For The Hidden Misconceptions Many people have unhealthy thoughts because that is what they told themselves in their baby mind. These misconceptions follow you throughout your adult life, and make you react to situations in the same way. For instance, if someone s father walked out on them when they were a child, she may believe that all men will walk out on her. When that child becomes an adult, she may have had one bad relationship after another; instead of trying to discover why this is happening, the woman believes the hidden misconception: all men will walk out on her because her father did. 40 This is not true, and it is the reason that so many people go through life with unhealthy feelings. The child should know that just because her father walked out does not mean all males will. When you find the hidden misconceptions, you have the ability to turn the pattern around. Instead of believing that every relationship will end with the male walking out, the woman can find a supportive and loving relationship that will last. Unhealthy habits and feelings are there to distract you, so do not let them. Look for hidden misconceptions in your life, and develop plans to change your current patterns. Forget the way you handled situations in your baby years; do things differently now that you are an adult. Overcome Negative Emotions Free Yourself When you are in a negative state, you need to come out of it as quickly as you can, or it will get worse. Some people have gone from having a bad meeting that leads to not securing the client, which leads to losing one s job, and possibly becoming ill because of worry; that illness could lead to hospitalization, and a state of depression. Do not let these negative emotions get the best of you because before you know it, you will wake up and realize that you have become stuck in negativity. When you are stuck, your soul s creativity becomes blocked, and you will begin to suffer from a lack of movement. There are various ways that you could become stuck. Some of those ways include: You have completed a cycle of growth, but because you have not realized this, you will not let the negative moment go. Perhaps you have developed an idea, but it did not work out at first. You then created new ideas that could come to fruition. The vibrations are now shifting into a positive direction; however, you have not realized the better reality for the idea, and you are stuck. 41 When you get down on yourself, and fail to go through the cycle, you will not realize it is time to move on to something else. You will spend your time trying to analyze why that first idea did not work out. You will always need to move on by starting with a fresh idea, or blank canvas. Accept that the idea did not work out, and move on with the cycle. Do not get stuck. Past negative experiences are triggered, and they can cause you to get stuck. If you have had a bad relationship that does not mean that similar relationships will end up bad. These fight-or-flight behaviors cause you to doubt yourself or others. You blame yourself for the past experiences, and you are too stubborn to move past them. You become obsessed that these past negative experiences will repeat themselves, and you are unable to move on. You will then get stuck. You get stuck when you attach yourself to a specific holding pattern. This is very common for people to do. For example, you could have made a promise in the past, but it is no longer relevant to the present day, but you have stopped yourself from moving on until this promise has been fulfilled. Since it is irrelevant, you may never be able to fulfill it. You are causing your frequency to lower when you stop yourself from moving forward. You can miss out on so many opportunities because you are stuck in this holding pattern. A holding pattern can lead to obsessive behavior, which is why you should move forward. Do not get stuck. The life waves that you live in are constantly moving, and this makes it easy for you to get unstuck. Things do not truly stop, and you should remember this. The more that you relax in your current situations, the more likely you are to move forward. The ongoing momentum in your life will motivate you to move forward, which is what you will need to do. Having the willpower to move on is what helps you get out of these low frequency situations. Choose what you want to choose; always have the willpower to make the choice that is best for you. Willpower will allow you to go with the flow. Let the waves pass through you. These waves will bring new frequencies and information, so allow them to pass through. These waves will also take away those old frequencies and old information as they pass through you. Allow this process to take place so that you can receive the new gifts; great gifts. Always remain fully developed in your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. 42 Simply smile; choose to feel differently a positive feeling. This will help your frequency rise; it will also allow you to clear out that emotional clutter that is blocking the new information and frequencies. With nothing in your way, you have a clear path, and you are no longer stuck! Exercise Test out your sensitivity vibrations today, or sometime this week. Use this exercise to determine if you have experienced sensitivity. 1. In the journal that you have been keeping, write down three negative or positive experiences that you have had, in which sensitivity was dominate in the way that you reacted, communicated, or understood what was going on. For example, have you apologized to someone lately? Why? What was it that led you to give an apology? Did you say or do something that hurt someone emotionally or physically? Once you have written down three things in your journal, think about how you felt when those things happened. Think about the before and after. Were you happy before you completed the action? How about once it was said or done? How did you feel emotionally; physically? When did you realize what you were doing was right or wrong? How do you come to this realization? Did you like that feeling? How did others respond to what you had done or said? 2. Now take those three things and compare them to something similar that has happened to you, or someone that you know. How did that sensitivity or insensitivity affect you? What did you do as a result? 3. For the week, or the next couple of days, pay close attention to those around you. Think about the situations that you could be more sensitive in, and use your body awareness to be more helpful to those in that situation. Determine how you can help these people feel more validated. Decide what it is that you can do in order to contribute more. Once you have done this, remember how you felt once you have applied your heightened sensitivity to the situation. Were you happy? 43 Chapter 4: Finding Your New Identity The time has come for you to move past those unhealthy energies and feelings so that you can find your new identity. This may be something that you have thought about doing, but you need to do more than think about these thoughts; you need to experience them. You can think about a new identity and positive energies, but the key is to actually do something about making those thoughts and energies a reality. You can think about the different ways you can make a new reality your own, but what will these thoughts actually lead to? You can accumulate ideas, but will you actually do something with this new information? Those are questions that only you will have the answers to. The point is that you answer the questions and make an effort to establish a new identity; otherwise, all of the information and ideas that are being stored in your mind become more of a trap. For example; if you watch videos every evening after school or work, what will become of that pattern? What is the point of watching the videos if the information gathered from the videos do not lead to something? These videos become useless, and you are still stuck in the same pattern. Do not confuse information with experience, even though for some, this is very easy to do. You will need to move forward from the information stage, onto the stage of life where you actually do something. The first place to start with is yourself; take a long look at yourself and everything that is going on in your life. Make changes to the things that you do not like. These are necessary changes that need to be made. The rebuilding process will not just happen overnight; and it will take a strong commitment from you. When your world begins to spin off course, those are negative energies working together to keep you off balance. The toxic beliefs and attitudes inside of your mind are those that were created by fear a low frequency. VibrationalManifestation.com 43

44 You may want to feel cheerful and optimistic, but that is hard to do when you are full of hostility and distrust; this means that you do not feel safe. To avoid this despair, you will need to take action. Begin rebuilding and reinforcing your positive spirit. To make this happen, you will need to make an intentional and sustained effort. Start by building a personal spiritual practice; raise your awareness. This is necessary for you to regain your internal balance; doing this will also allow you to build a healthy relationship with the external world. You can take this journey alone, or you can build off the energies of others on this journey. When you open up to your deeper self, you are opening yourself up to a new identity, and new possible ways of living. Before you continue reading this chapter, take a moment to think about something fun; imagine it in your mind. Think back to when you were younger; did you enjoy playing a certain game? Find that game and play it. Perhaps you want to use your imagination to create a new game; do it! If you want to write about your day, or create a short story; go for it. When you stretch your imagination, you are allowing yourself to have fun and be creative; this can help increase your energy. Try it out and be sure to list the results in your journal. Going Through The Transformation You may have come to a point in your life where you feel dislocated from family and friends, in addition to the role that you play in society. This is your lower self taking over your thoughts, but your higher self can take the steps toward a self transformation. Many people believe this is a mid-life crisis, but that is not true. Teenagers can go through this process, just like a senior citizen could. Seeking a self transformation may be the result of a lifethreatening accident or event, which could occur at any age. When you go through this spiritual transformation, you may begin to lose control of your life; this leads you to question who you are. Do not think of this as a bad thing; it is actually your higher self letting you know that you need to find a new identity. It is a sign of maturity and spiritual strength. The Little Things The little things in life typically have the most impact. When you are on the path to creating a new identity, you will need to make changes, even small changes. These changes can help you raise your vibrations, giving you higher energy. When you go to work each day, it can become more of a task, which is not a good thing. VibrationalManifestation.com 44

45 When you go to your job, it should be a fun experience, not something that you struggle to do on a daily basis. Granted work is work, and that means you will not sit at your desk playing cards and laughing all day; you will have to do actual work. However, you can make it interesting, and lift the vibrations in your workplace. This ties into your new identity as well. When you go to work, make sure you try something different. The same scenery and same scenario day-after-day can get boring, and cause you to have low energy. Raise those vibrations by doing something out of the norm, such as wearing a different outfit or accessory. Perhaps you are required to wear a suit and tie to work each day; if so, change your style up a bit. Wear a tie that has bright colors, or a shirt with a design underneath your suit jacket. When you do this, watch the vibrations around the office begin to lift instantly. You will feel great, and energetic. If your employee handbook forbids you from wearing bright colors, or various types of accessories and clothing attire, wear them underneath your shirt and pants, where no one can see. For instance, wear bright colored socks, or undergarments. No one will see these articles of clothing. When you liven up your attire, you are bringing more energy to your environment. Wearing bright colors help make a faster vibration. This matches the vibrations of the bright colors that you are wearing. It will help increase your frequency, and gives you a new identity because you are going outside of your comfort zone by trying something new. Your clothes and accessories are not the only simple things that you will change up during this process; the meaning behind the little things is also an important part of selftransformation. Do you know that every day you ignore things that happen to you, or around you? Perhaps you did not notice the stranger that held the door open for you, or that butterfly that landed on your coat jacket while you were sitting in the park on your lunch break. These things happen for a reason, but we are often too busy to think about that reason. To help increase your energy during the self-transformation process, begin to think about these little things. 46 Have you ever looked at a coin on the floor of an office building, a department store, or in your own home, but you didn t pick it up? This is normal with so many people, but picking the coin up could have more meaning than you actually know. For instance, your grandfather may have been a superstitious person who believed that a penny facing heads up meant good luck; when you pick the penny up, the memories of your grandfather could come flooding into your mind. If your grandfather is deceased, this coin could be a message that he is still around watching over you. That one instance could bring you so much joy, but had you simply stepped over the coin, you would have never thought about your grandfather watching over you; you would not have experienced the joy that came with that thought. When searching for a new identity, try new things like finding the meaning behind the little things. The Frequency Of Home Your soul sees out of the eyes of your body, which is why you should always take care of home. The frequency of your home consists of the thoughts and feelings that are deeply rooted in you. On a day-to-day basis, you will go in search of your home frequency. When you are not feeling at home with yourself, you will fall into old patterns and doing the things that you are trying to avoid. There are some simple practices that you can do to help keep you in tune with your home frequency. Some of those practices include: Yoga Engaging in yoga helps to keep your body steady, your vision rising, and your bodily fluids flowing. You can feel bouncy on the inside when you practice yoga. As soon as you begin doing yoga, your frequency will bring you home immediately. Connecting with Old Family Members and Friends Even though you do not want to fall into old patterns, it is okay to connect with old friends and family members. In fact, connecting with people of our past can be more important than you may think. Of course you do not want to connect with individuals who brought negative energy into your life; however, it is good to reflect on your past, and stay aware of why it is in your past. Give back to those who helped you get to the better place that you are now in. Giving and receiving helps us feel connected. Apologizing It is good for the soul when you apologize. You will not only feel better with yourself, but those around you will feel better, and this can increase the energy around you. When you give a good apology, it opens the soul. Good apologies help you heal; they make you available for listening, and they open your heart to love. Take Risks An important task to consider when changing your identity is risk taking. 47 yourself to take a risk, you are building a connection with yourself, and trust in yourself. You never know what you could discover when you take a risk. Do Something for Yourself Try doing something for yourself. It could be something small, such as a bubble bath, or a movie and dinner. When you do something for yourself, you slow down the day. You will also remind yourself of your worth, and how connected you are to your spiritual self. When you do these things, you will find your home frequency. Your body will thank you for these things, and so will your soul. It is impossible to find a new identity when you are unaware of your home frequency. Step Outside Of Your Comfort Zone We briefly talked about doing things that are outside of the norm, but let s elaborate on what it means to actually step outside of your comfort zone. It is so simple to go with the flow, instead of trying new things. You become comfortable with the same routine, and your fear of trying new things keeps you in that same routine, day-after-day. You wake up every day and do the same thing that you have done for the entire year, and you feel that is enough to get by. While that may be true, it is okay for you to hop into another direction to do something that you may not normally do. Stepping outside of your comfort zone allows you to try new things, and it helps you find a new identity. You are finding your direction when you step outside of your comfort zone. Did you know that even the smallest step could end up being the biggest step that you ever take in your life? The small steps that you take in life could end up being huge factors in how your life progresses. When you take the risk to move forward in your life, you are growing; this is how you can become your better self. VibrationalManifestation.com 47

48 Your comfort zone is simply a behavioral state. You stay inside of this zone and operate within your own mental boundaries. This is the place where you can make it without being judged by others. Doing this does not allow you to be anything new or better; you stay the same, day-after-day. This monotonous pattern prevents you from venturing out; instead, it restricts and limits you. If you are going to exercise today, visit a new park or gym. The energy that you receive from these new places may turn out to be better than what you are familiar with at the other gyms or parks. You may meet new people who help you balance the energy that is within; these individuals could end up helping you increase your frequency. You need to push yourself past the same energy that you have every day. When you make changes in your life, you awaken yourself on a whole new spiritual level. You are doing things that could be beneficial in the long-run. You will never know what great things await you until you step outside of your comfort zone. In order to find that new person within, you must take small steps in a new direction. Always remember that stepping outside of your comfort zone is good for you to do. The Art Of Your Body When you work to find a new identity, and to increase your personal vibration, you will need to pay close attention to the changes that you feel inside of your body. An internal vortex is the energy that you can feel inside of your body. You can literally feel the energy as it flows through you. This allows you to become conscious with your spiritual self. Power vortex is about knowing where you feel the most connected to your spiritual self. This could be in your feet, because you are close to the Earth, which is where you feel grounded the most. You could also feel your internal vortex at the top of your head, or at the center of your chest. VibrationalManifestation.com 48

49 This is any place inside of you where you can actually feel energy flowing through your body. An external vortex is when you feel a connection with an area outside of your body. Maybe you feel more spiritual energy flowing through your body when you are in the mountains, or in the woods. It could be a specific tree that you sit under, or a path that you take home could provide you with energy. It is important that you discover what your internal and external power vortex is in order to connect with your spirituality. While you are reading this ebook, have you noticed your own energy has increased? Is your mind thinking about ways that you can increase your frequency? You will need to stay attuned with your body. Have you received bad news and found yourself worrying or becoming sad over the new information? If so, what have you done to increase your energy? Have you done housework, gone for a walk, or meditated? Have you done nothing and gave in to the low energy? Knowing what you have done is necessary. When you are aware, you can attune your body. When you know what causes your body pain, you can avoid those things. Knowing what has brought joy and happiness into your life can help you continue on a path that leads to these things or people. Finding your new identity will require you to be attuned to your body. Even though you are taking risks, you do not want to take risks associated with the things or people that have caused you pain. You want to go into areas that you know give you a feeling of peace and relaxation. If you do encounter a painful situation, be sure to apply passion to that situation. Think about what you did when you received bad news. You applied tenderness and compassion in some way to deal with this pain, or fear. How Do You Want To Feel? Have you ever thought about what it is that you want to feel? When you find your new identity, you will need to find the identity that you actually want; an identity that allows you to feel the energy that you want, instead of what others around you want you to feel. Knowing what others want you to feel allows you to discover what it is that you actually want to feel. You will no longer listen to that voice inside of you telling you that this person would be happier if you did this, or that person would be ashamed if you did that. You will know what makes you happy, and that is all that matters. VibrationalManifestation.com 49

50 Is there something that is holding you back from a high frequency? Do you surround yourself with negative people because they are family and co-workers? Perhaps you feel like you have to be around these people, so instead of knowing what you want, you give it to what they want. While it is true that you may have to work in a specific group at work, that does not mean you have to take the negative energy. You can bring your positive energy to the group and help bring a balance. If your co-worker is always worrying about meeting a deadline, remind him that you have been in this situation plenty of times, and each time you have proven to be victorious. Do not let the negative energy take over you and influence your feelings; instead, bring positive energy to the atmosphere. While these people are a part of your daily life, you will need to remember not to let them determine how you feel. On a quest to find what it is that you want to feel, you may need some alone time. Do not look at this is a negative way. Just because you are alone does not mean you are lonely. So many people confuse the two instances, and they are afraid to take the much needed alone time that everyone should have in their lives. This is a time when you can reflect on your day, week, month, or year; you could also reflect on various situations that have caused you to feel negative energy, as well as those situations that brought positive energy into your life. Being alone means that you are in a specific space or place by yourself; this does not project into a negative or positive. This is a physical state. In contrast, being lonely is an emotional state. You feel as if you have no one, and this feeling is not welcomed. You do not feel content with being alone. You should call someone when you are feeling lonely, or begin a new hobby. Surround yourself with people who have similar interests. You could exercise or meditate. The key to not being lonely is to either do something that you enjoy, or be around someone who shares common things with you. Transforming Your Thoughts When you transform your thoughts, you can correct those negatives, and begin living the life that you want to live. Your quality of life will depend on your thoughts. You may seem like a positive person to the world, but on the inside, you have negative energy. VibrationalManifestation.com 50

51 The version of you that the world sees could be the person that you want to be, but you do not know how to make this a reality. Through your transformation process, you should stay aware of your subconscious. Regardless of how positive you try to be, these negative subconscious patterns could stop you from being the positive person in all aspects of your life. You want to be better, but you often think back to those times when you are less than good. Perhaps you made a bad decision, so when faced with a similar situation, you panic. Instead of panicking, make a decision to stay loyal, committed, and dedicated to doing positive things, and handling situations in a positive manner. Do not see an obstacle as an obstacle; instead, look at it as an opportunity; an opportunity to improve your life, and grow. Sometimes you will need to deal with negative thoughts before you can transform them into positives. Give yourself permission to feel these thoughts, or they will continue to show up. When you allow your body to explore these negatives, you will see them begin to dissolve. Do this regardless if these feelings are in your heart, gut, throat, or other areas of your body. Free yourself from these thoughts by becoming aware of them, and then shift your way of thinking and feeling. Create the future you have imagined. To begin your new identity, you will need to free yourself from the old you! Exercise Here is a quick exercise that you can do to determine what your weaknesses are, and how you can strengthen those weaknesses, which could help you find a new identity. Make a list of your weaknesses. Some examples could be nosiness, stubbornness, the need to be in control, and so on. Do you give yourself a hard time by always downing your achievements; looking for the negative in what you have achieved, instead of seeing it as a positive? It is a weakness to never give yourself the credit that you actually deserve. Write down as many of your weaknesses that you can on the left-hand column of the list. On the right-hand side, write down the opposite of the things you have listed on the left. For example, if you have stubborn listed, the opposite would be reasonable. The next step is to act out what you have written. Take a look at the complete list and try to act out those opposites that you have listed on the right-hand side. When you are in situations that you generally want to control, try letting someone else take control. Pay close attention to how doing that made you feel. VibrationalManifestation.com 51

52 If you do not have your journal near, be sure that you jot down the results on a piece of paper so that you can record them in your journal later. When you acknowledge your weaknesses, you can increase your frequency by making changes that could last a lifetime, instead of those changes that last a day or two. 53 Chapter 5: Taking Control of Your Life Sometimes it is easier to trust others, in contrast to trusting yourself. We discussed in previous chapters how babies rely on their parents for direction in life. Giving this power to others does not help you; it means that you do not have faith in your higher self. You can change that by taking control of your life, and raising your vibration frequency in the process. Did you know that your higher self is a part of your soul, and that it is all around you? Well, that is true; your soul is too large to fit inside of you, so part of it is on the outside of you as well. On the inside of the body, your soul communicates with you through your feelings and thoughts; on the outside, your soul communicates through your mind, also referred to as your third eye. As time goes by, and you work on taking control of your life, you will need to test out your higher self until you begin to trust it. After you experience more positive experiences, on a consecutive basis, it will become easier to trust your higher self. The hardest part about taking control of your life is living through the difficult times. You want to avoid the negative energy as much as possible, but sometimes, you need to experience the low frequency in order to raise your energy. We briefly discussed this in Chapter 4, as it is a part of the self-transformation process. In order for you to take control of your life, you need to give into your higher self. This means your intent is to learn, and to love. These are high frequencies. When on a search for your higher self, you cannot begin the journey with the intent of avoiding pain; being afraid is a behavior that goes back to the low frequency fear. You cannot access your higher self when you are constantly afraid to trust your higher self and take control of your life. So in essence, by taking control of your life, you are actually learning more about it, and what makes you happy; what makes you love; and what you need to do to increase the truth and love in your life in order to be one with your higher self. 54 What Do You Want Out Of Life? Do you know what you want out of life, or are you still in a confused state? Are you basing your wants off of wounded feelings, or core feelings? These are the two types of feelings that are used as your inner guidance. Wounded feelings lower your vibrations, and keep you further from your higher self. These are the thoughts and feelings that you have based on depression, anxiety, jealousy, hurt, anger, shame, guilt, and so on. When you give into wounded feelings, you are abandoning yourself. You do not trust yourself to find your higher self. When you give into wounded feelings, you are actually avoiding your feelings, and constantly judging yourself. This leads many people to turn to substance abuse or other addictions to maintain. You turn to others and other things to take responsibility for your life; you are using these things and people to feel loved, because you are afraid to take control yourself. You are afraid to trust in yourself. Your core feelings help you realize that you need to take charge. When you are put in situations, or surrounded by others, your core feelings will take over. This is how you feel about being alone, or when you experience emotional heartbreak. There may be a real threat of danger, and your core feelings will alert your body of this danger. When you have these feelings, your mind will let you know that a solution needs to be developed. You need to face these feelings head-on, and deal with the person or situation that has caused them. You will always need to stay in the moment and deal with your core feelings. When you give into wounded feelings, you cannot grow, and your vibration does not raise; it remains low. You are afraid to take responsibility for your feelings and work on the life that you want. When you have thoughts about the future, you allow wounded feelings to keep you from exploring those things that are in your present. Trust that your higher self would never give you thoughts that cause anxiety; it will only give you the compassion that is necessary to attend to all of your feelings. Stay in the present moment and connect with your higher self; handle any truth that needs to be handled at that moment. You are taking control of your life at that moment, and living the way that you want to live, not the way that fear is leading you to live. Does this mean that you are not able to think about the future? Of course not! When you trust in your higher self to lead and guide your thoughts and feelings, you are making VibrationalManifestation.com 54

55 choices now that will affect your future. The things that your higher self will tell you to do in the present can help you in the future. You can often avoid pain in a positive way by just listening to your higher self. For instance, if your higher self suggests that you take the long and scenic route to enjoy the smell of flowers, the sound of the birds chirping, and the picturesque view of your community, instead of getting on the freeway, you may avoid a potential accident. Just think if a drunk driver is behind you and they continue onto the freeway, while you take the scenic route. You are not only surrounded by positive energy, but you have avoided a potential accident. There is almost no way for you to determine that the driver behind you is drunk, but because you trusted your higher self to lead you, it did. Listen to your higher self, and not others. This is often hard to do because we trust others more than we trust ourselves. Again, remember when you were a baby and you trusted your parents. Well, as you get older, you will need to rely on yourself. You need to raise your own vibrations. When you rely on others to determine the way that you want to live, your life will not make you happy. Instead, you will lose trust in yourself, placing that trust in others who will not help you find the life that you want to live. What someone else loves is not what you love; your higher self is designed to make you happy, not others. Likewise, when someone else finds happiness and trust in their higher self, you will not benefit. You cannot allow someone to dictate what you will do with your life. Develop a plan to help you eliminate that negative energy out of your life. Step 3: Limiting Beliefs Those limiting beliefs in your life need to identified and eliminated. These false beliefs keep you from being who you were destined to be. Everyone has these limiting beliefs in their lives; they cause pain, stir up doubt, and often lead to selfloathing. Determine what it is that has led you to believe in these false beliefs. During this step, realize that no one is forcing you to believe in these things; you have control of your life, and you can choose to believe otherwise. Step 4: Build on the Positives Now that you have written down what you are going to do in order to live a good life, build on that positive momentum. Once you know that someone is positive like yourself, you should begin interacting with them. Building this positive network is exactly what you need to raise your vibration. Reflect on your life and how you became this positive. Reflecting is not a bad thing, even when you reflect on the bad times. Remember that there are ways for you to remain positive in tough situations. When you reflect, tell yourself that you are thankful for your past, and happy that you are living and going through whatever situation you are currently dealing with it. 72 Some powerful manifestation techniques that you could use include: Loving Yourself Believe it or not, but loving yourself is extremely powerful. Loving yourself means that you not only honor yourself, but you trust yourself as well. Trust is something that you need to have in order to give in to your higher self, and it all starts with love. When you love yourself, others will love themselves, and you in return. The Power of Thought When you create a message board, you could list the things that you want to do. Even though you are listing these things on the board, remember that it means nothing if you do not carry these things out. The positive plans that you make should be done. Commitment is another technique that you will need to employ if you want to raise your vibration. Connect with the Frequency of the Air When you connect with the air, you need to imagine that it is being completely still around you. As you take deep breaths, feel the air as you exhale and inhale. You can move your arms around as you try to feel the air around you. Feel the charge; is it positive or negative? As you breathe the air in, is it providing you with negative or positive energy? When you let the air out, creatively visualize that the air particles being released are negative; you have let them go, and your energy is rising into a positive. Visualize the particles each time that you inhale and exhale. Think about the way that you have changed the air, and you will begin to notice a positive change within your body. Exercise Take a moment to write a speech that is positive, and discuss it in your journal. Think about any issue, and make that speech as positive as you can. Stay away from those negative words, and see how you feel when you write the speech. If you accidentally slip up and add a negative word to the speech, write down how that negative made you feel. While you are reading the speech, determine if you feel positive. Write in your journal if you felt the vibration in your body rise. What made it rise? What was the word that you read? 73 Chapter 7: Living Life Consciously So many people say that they want to live life more consciously, but not everyone knows what that truly means. Do you? When you are dreaming, your subconscious tells you how you should handle a situation while you are unconscious. This includes the things that you do, believe, and like. However, once you wake up from that dream, it is your job to live life consciously. You are no longer dreaming; you are actually awake and living. The decisions that you make when you are conscious will have either a negative or positive effect on your life. When you are unconscious, those things do not matter. Sometimes it is your subconscious s way of warning you about a situation. Living Consciously Do you think before you react? Or do you react to a situation and think about it later? Some people do this, and they end up doing things that they regret. When you are filled with regret, you have low energy. Living consciously helps you raise your vibration because you are making all of the right choices; you are actually taking the time to choose the best option for yourself, as well as those who are around you. This is when you decide to do something good for others, instead of being vindictive or sneaky; that good energy will come back to you. An example would be turning in a purse to the lost and found department at a retail store. You should never keep something that does not belong to you. When you return this purse, you are doing the person who lost the purse a favor, and you are putting positive energy out into the universe. 74 When you live consciously, you are not only living to remain in good health, but you are living to be responsible. The things that you do show that you are not only mature, but that you want to set a good example for those who come into contact with you. If you are the type of person who acts impulsively, or responds to things with an emotional point-of-view, you have lower vibrations, and you are not living your life consciously. You will need to make choices that are sound; choices that are right; and choices that you look forward to living through. You should always think before you leap. So many people see that statement and will probably think it sounds like being afraid to take the leap; this is not accurate. If you think before taking the leap, you are actually giving into your higher self. Remember how we discussed a few chapters ago that your higher self will never take you down the wrong path? Well this is true when you think before acting on impulse. In fact, if you are taking these types of precautions, it is actually your higher self telling you to do this. Your higher self knows that you could end up in a bad mood, hurting someone, being hurt, or in any other type of negative situation when you choose not to live consciously. It is your higher self s responsibility to lead you into the right direction, and to help you raise your vibration. Even so, it is easy to doubt that trust from your higher self; leaving you to make your own decisions. When you do this, you may begin to fear taking a leap, instead of thinking before you take the leap. Do you see the difference? Low vibrations instill fear in you. If you are afraid to take a leap forward in your job, you will be afraid to ask for a promotion. However, if you have high vibrations and use your consciousness, as it pertains to the promotion, you may not want to apply for the position because your boss already said that she is going to promote you. In this instance, you could choose to trust your boss and wait for the announcement that you have been promoted, or you can apply for another promotion and sit in fear each day hoping that your boss does not find out that you lost faith in her and went to a higher authority for a promotion. When you are living consciously, you will need to analyze the consequences of any big decisions that you will make. This is the smart thing to do, and it has the potential to save you from making a big mistake that could lower your frequency. Ignore your impulsive side, and do not respond to a situation because of physical feelings; this will end up brining negative energy into your life. Live to your full potential by living consciously. 75 How To Live Consciously? There are a variety of ways in which you can attempt to live life consciously. When you have set yourself free from any negative emotions, you have decided to live life consciously. Do you know there are various types of sources that keep you from making conscious decisions each day? You may encounter that person on a daily basis, but you are unaware that this is even happening. You could be surrounding yourself with a person who you have considered to be a true friend, and then one day you notice that your friend has been trying to keep you from prospering. If your friend only has something negative to say when you make a decision on your own without consulting them, this is not positive energy. Although it is good to have trust in a friendship, there are a lot of questions you should be asking yourself. For instance, does this person have my best interest at heart, or are they looking to benefit? An example of this would be a friend who tells you not to join a prestige social group; however, you later find out that your friend has joined the group. Perhaps there is a co-worker who tells you that she is not going to do more than her job descriptions states, so you decide to do the same. Later on you find out that your friend has been asking for additional work and that as a result, she is receiving a promotion because of her hard work and willingness to go that extra mile. Living a conscious life means that you are taking the extra time to analyze things before you make any type of commitment to that person, place, or object. These are all ways that you should carefully analyze those people and objects that are around you. Below you will find a variety of methods to follow that will help you on your journey to living a conscious life. 1. Meditate When you meditate, you can reach the highest level of conscious living, and your frequency will be high. 2. Exercise It is necessary that you exercise as often as you can. This is not only good for your physical health, but it is good for your emotional health as well. Exercising does not mean that you have to do an hour-long Pilates workout. 76 It simply means that you go for a walk or jog around the block, or you do leg lifts on the floor. The important thing to remember is every time you do some type of exercise, your body is no longer tense, and you are releasing negative energy. 3. Be Honest You will need to be truthful when you want to live a conscious life. If you are not truthful, that means that you are hiding something that you do not want others to find out about, which is a lower frequency. Being honest can help raise your frequency. 4. Keep an Open-Mind When you are listening to someone, always give them the benefit of the doubt. By keeping your mind open, you trust yourself to make the best decisions. 5. Surround Yourself with Like-Minded People You have already learned that being around like-minded people can help raise your vibration, instead of lowering it. In order to live life consciously, you will need to be around people who balance you. 6. Be Positive Having a positive outlook on life means that you are living life consciously. When you are positive, you are able to take a look around you and know that the people in your life are there because you want them to be happy. Even when you are in those touch situations, you can still find the positive (silver lining) in those instances. 7. Think Outside of the Box Becoming accustomed to change is something that everyone should do. When you welcome change into your life, you are living it consciously. You know that there is something better out there for you, and you refuse to miss out on an opportunity because you were afraid to expand your horizons. 8. Be Energetic When you are full of positive energy, those around you can be too. If you are depressed, sad, and miserable, that energy will project out onto others, and they too, could feel those negative emotions. When you are energetic, your body and brain becomes engaged in something. The more energetic you are, the higher your frequency will be. 9. Stay Compassionate When you are nice to others, that is the direct result of being more self-conscious. You are helping out someone, and those good vibrations will make their way into your body. 77 Always Clean Your Home You do not want a messy home, and you do not want to live a messy life. To eliminate this, you will need to clean your home, which will free up some much needed space for you to think. When you clear the clutter out in your home, you will notice the negative vibrations begin to leave your body. Here are some of the various ways that you can raise your frequency with a clean home. This could allow you to live a conscious life. Clean Clutter Removing the tension and dullness happens when you remove the clutter from your bedroom, kitchen, bathrooms, and other areas of your home. You will not see the slow energy in some of the place when you remove the clutter. Do not forget to remove the items from your home that you no longer need. This helps to raise your vibration. Colors The colors that you see have a direct impact, and each one of those colors has its own meaning. When you place a fresh coat of paint on the walls, you can see how the mood in the home or room will increase quickly. Furniture for Arrangement When you know where things are, you know watch to expect. You never want to bump into furniture in your home because you don t remember that it is there. When it pertains to electronics, the more that are near each other, the more the frequency for those items could be off. Remember that when your appliances are not in use; turn them off. 78 Increasing Vibration Frequency with Essential Oils Did you know that oils can help change your vibration frequency? They can, and they do. It is a fact that pure essential oils have the highest frequencies when compared to any other natural substance that is measured. You may do some type of meditation, or a physical activity to raise your vibration frequency; the same applies when you use essential oils. You can use these oils as a form of aromatherapy. The energy from these oils can help your body have harmony and balance. Essential oils have a high vibration frequency, and when you use these oils, you can increase your frequency. There are some oils that have a low frequency; these oils are not natural because they have been altered in some way. Therefore, you will only want to use oils that are complete. Do not confuse these essential oils with everyday oils, such as perfume; they are not the same. Essential oils have been made a specific way, and they will have a different effect on your body, in comparison to oils used for perfumes and food. You will want to use the oils that have been grown under the best conditions; this typically applies to organic oils. The essential oils will also need to be harvested at the ideal time; this ensures optimal content of key chemical constituents. The oils will also need to be harvested on-site with the distillers. The good thing is that you can purchase these organic oils to help increase your vibration frequency. When you use essential oils to heal your body, the oils will provide healing in a completely different way than expected. For instance, when your body is not healthy, it will not emit healthy frequencies. Your body is then out-of-tune because it no longer has a harmonic balance. When you use essential oils, your body can be put back in tune. The vibrational energy that you receive from these healthy frequencies is transferred to your body in order to restore harmony and balance. Before these essential oils can work, they must produce coherent frequencies that are in tune with your body, naturally. You may need to do the little things in life that you do not pay too much attention do, even though these things can go a long way. Do you ever talk to yourself? You may think this is weird, but it is not. Talking to yourself about the things that are going on in your life is quite fine; it is natural. You are living this life; therefore, you will need to discuss the things that occur around you with yourself. Who will be the toughest person in your life? The answer is you. You are the person who will push your limits, and you are the person who is responsible for raising your frequency. After all, it is your higher self that leads you in the right direction, toward higher frequency. If you think about those issues that you have endured, this is known as reflecting. While reflecting, you can talk to yourself about how those things happened, how you overcame them, and what you will do to avoid them and keep your energy high. Do you know what makes you happy? It is easy to remember the things that make you angry or sad, but so many people ignore those things that make you happy. Do not be one of those people. You should always know what makes you happy. 80 If you experience happiness, you have a high energy, which is important to maintain harmony and balance in your life. Are you happy when you see a certain person, visit a specific place, or listen to a certain song? If so, make a note of these things. Take out your journal right now and list all of the things that make you happy. During those sad times, remember these things, and turn to them in order to raise your frequency. Have you ever heard of the phrase, You are what you eat? Well, that is true. Food has vibrational frequencies, just like you do. However, the foods that you eat can affect your frequencies. It is a fact that foods that have been canned, processed, and genetically modified do not have vibration levels in hertz. The hertz levels are what produce energy; therefore, if the foods you eat do not have energy, they are basically polluting your body. Foods that are high in hertz are fresh produce, dried herbs, and fresh herbs. When you eat these foods, you are filling your body with foods that are beneficial to your health and wellbeing. The vibrational frequency of foods that have hertz will resonate with your cells, organs, and tissues in a way that is not only natural, but it is harmonic. When you remember these little things, they will go a long way to help you live life consciously. You always want to live in harmony and balance; this is the only way to increase your vibrational frequency. Exercise Are you living your life consciously? Do you have the courage to make the changes necessary in order to live that way? In this exercise, find out just how much courage you have, and how that can impact everyone involved. Ask yourself these questions: What is the reason I will not do some things with my friends? How do I speak in front of people? Are you confident in yourself? Do you have courage? Why? What can you do to build your courage up? Answer these questions and you can find out if you are living life consciously, or if you are living in fear, and low energy. Then you do something that you have not had the courage to do in the past? Go do that thing now, and write down in your journal how you felt when meeting this challenge. Were you afraid? How did you overcome this fear? How did you raise your confidence? Be sure to challenge yourself to do something that is necessary in order for you to live life consciously. 81 Chapter 8: Your Better Self You know that your life is more meaningful; you want to grow old, you want to experience joy, and you want to do all of the things that you were meant to do. On this journey to finding your better self, there will be times that are difficult, and times that you will breeze through life. One day you will be happy, and the next day you could encounter sadness; this is all a part of life it is your vibrational energy. The vibrations in your life will change on a daily basis, but you now know what is necessary to remove that low frequency from your life. Be confident enough to take on life s journeys and bad energy. Know that the positive energy inside of you will add balance to your life, and allow you to find that happiness that you will continue to seek, for the rest of your life. Once you have experienced high energy, you will not want to accept anything less. Your mind will be accustomed to those pleasant thoughts; you will remember how good you felt when your energy was high, and how bad you felt during those days that were clouded with bad energy. Do what is necessary to change your energy from negative to positive; you have that power, so start using it. On the journey to find your better self, understand that you will need to trust. There is nothing wrong with trusting yourself to find happiness. Remember that this is your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. Who knows your body better than you? Who is more attuned with your body? That s right; you are! You know what makes you happy, and you know what makes you sad. You know all about the things that you love, and you understand those things that you do not like. The key to finding your better self is to let your higher self take control. Let your guide do its job; guide you. Stop allowing someone else to choose your actions; that is your job. Be happy; be free; and be full of positive energy! VibrationalManifestation.com 81

82 What Is Joy Joy is the highest state that you can reach in the world of vibrations, waves, and frequencies. There will be a mixture of good and bad days in your life, but those days that are filled with joy will be remembered the most. When you have joy, you have stability in your life. You can live life consciously; with a sense of security and fulfillment. Joy allows your vibrations to manifest, and in turn, your goals will manifest as well. Take a moment to determine what days bring you the most joy? What were you doing on those days? Since then, have you been experiencing the same joy, or have you been on a constant journey trying to get those days back? You may never get those exact moments back, but you can get that feeling back. When you search for that joy, you are opening your mind to the thoughts and physical actions that could help raise your frequency, which could bring joy into your life. When you make the decision to live life consciously, that joy becomes a part of you permanently, instead of temporarily. Where Does Happiness And Joy Come From Many people believe that joy and happiness is the same thing, and that is true, but it is also false. Both are emotions that provide you with satisfaction and contentment, but the way that these emotions are caused differs. Joy is a liquid, and happiness is a solid. When you experience happiness, you are blissful and full of intense pleasure; however, joy is a stronger emotion, in comparison to happiness. Joy is less common, and in order to feel this emotion, you will have to be selfless to the point of self sacrifice. When you experience joy, you are feeling spiritually connected to a human being or spirit. Happiness comes from earthly experiences and material things. You could be happy that you received a good grade in class, or that you were awarded the promotion at work. When you experience joy, it comes from within. You have helped someone else achieve a particular goal or emotion, and this brings you joy. VibrationalManifestation.com 82
