Academics IVANHOE has been in school for a total of 13 years including primary and lower secondary school. He has graduated high school, and is now working full time in a daycare as well as part time as a warehouse manager at a publishing house. His career goal is to get educated as a pedagogue specializing in children and young people with special needs. IVANHOE has previously been employed as sales manager, model, event manager and bartender. His native language is Danish, and he speaks English as well. He has not served in the military. Describe your strong sides: Humble, an outgoing person and with great situational awareness. Describe your weak sides: Very sensitive. I got a lot of my personality from my mother, and only the stubborn part from my dad. I m a perfectionist, and work too much sometimes, resulting in stressing myself. What is your marital status? Girlfriend. Do you have any children? No. Which types of sport do you play or have played? Soccer, basketball, American football and go-kart. Which other types of sports are you interested in? The ones mentioned above. List any other hobbies you may have or have had: Video games. List which musical instruments you play or have played: - Religion: Atheist. How many hours of sleep do you get on an average night? 7-8 hours. Do you eat healthy? I try. Do you smoke? No. Do you ride a bicycle? Sometimes. How much alcohol do you drink on average per week? 0-1 drinks. I only drink at big events, like birthdays. I do my best to stay healthy. Which countries have you visited? France, Germany, Spain, Egypt, Italy, UK, Africa, Sweden and the Philippines. Describe the best holiday you have had: A trip to Spain with 11 other friends. We have a summer house there, which we visit every year and we always have an amazing time. What do you like the most about your own country? The incredible architecture. Both modern and classical, however mostly in Copenhagen. And of course the welfare system.

3 Q&A with IVANHOE - continued IVANHOE s dreams, favourites and experiences Most dangerous: I once fell off a cliff. But luckily, there was a ledge I landed on. Otherwise I would probably not have survived. Greatest sorrow: Having to care for my mother after she lost her own mother. What is your favourite colour? Red. What is your favourite animal? Dog. My family has had a dog for as long I can remember. Who are your idols/heroes/heroines? I never really had any idols. I just wanted to make my dad proud. What are your goals in life? A job I like. Two kids and a wife who loves me. What were your childhood dreams? To become a game tester. Which values do you rank the highest? Loyalty and honesty. Which childhood experience made the biggest impression on you? One of my friends drowning. Which was your greatest experience or moment? My mom and dad becoming best friends even though they broke up. What is your favourite kind of food? Spaghetti bolognese with a lot of cheese! What is your favourite kind of music? R&B music. But I have a wide taste in music. What is your favourite kind of car? Ford Mustang. What is your favourite kind of pet? Dog. What is your favourite time of year? Summer. What is your favourite book and/or author? - What is your favourite movie and/or director? The Shawshank Redemption. Happiest: My 20th birthday. A very happy and sentimental day. Funniest: Also my 20th birthday. A very special day. Scariest: I was driving when another car almost hit me from the side in very high speed. Proudest: I was not the best in primary school. And I was a little disappointed with my results after finishing it. But I took the upper secondary education after a few years and did very well. And got a lot of confidence and motivation back.
