You accidently sent your uncle an that was supposed to go to your mother saying that you do not like receiving s from him because he sends you so much garbage. Should you tell your uncle that it was an April Fool s joke so you won t hurt his feelings? Your Mom asks if you have taken the trash out and you haven t. Should you tell your Mom that you have so you won t get into trouble? What should you do? A neighbor tells your mother that you picked three of her prized tulips from her yard. Should you deny that you had anything to do with it? What Your friends think motorcycles are cool. You have never ridden one. Should you tell them that you have ridden one so they will think you are cool? What The movie you want to see is PG-13. You are 12 and you really want to go to see the movie with your friends. Your parents will not let you see PG-13 movies. When you ask for permission to go to the movie, should you say the movie is not PG-13? Your friend asks if you like their new book bag. You don t like it. Should you tell them that you like it so you will not hurt their feelings? What Your Mom makes dinner and asks if you like it. You don t like it at all. Should you tell your Mom that you like it so you will not hurt her feelings? You and your friends go smoking one afternoon. Later at home your mother asks if you have been smoking. Should you deny doing it? Your teacher asks if you let your friend Chris cheat off your test. You did because you don t want to lose Chris as a friend.

2 Your friend Steve asks you to say that he is spending the night with you so he can sneak off to see a concert. Steve s mother calls and wants to speak to him. Should you say that Steve is in the shower? Your teacher asks if you cheated on the test. You did so you could get a good grade. Should you deny doing it? You push Andrew down during gym and he tells the teacher. The teacher asks you if you pushed Andrew down. Should you deny doing it? You just got your ice cream from the ice-cream man, but he was so busy that he forgot to take your money. Finally he asks if you paid for your ice cream. Should you say you already paid for it? You are going to be late for school. Should you forge an excuse note from your parents so you won t get into trouble? Today you got your report card. You really did terrible on it. Should you hide your report card and not show it to your parents? Your friends think Karen is really hot. You really don t know her well at all. Should you tell your friends that you have been out with her to impress them? Your parents notice that the DVD player is broken. You broke the DVD player and are afraid to tell. They have never seen you smoke, drink, or use drugs and ask if you do. Should you say that you do so they will think you are cool too? Your Mom comes home and sees a mess in the kitchen and wants to know who did it. You did, but you don t want to get into trouble. Should you tell your Mom that your brother/sister did it? Your friends really would love to go to Disney World. You haven t been their either, but you would love to go. Should you say that you have been to Disney World just to impress them? You lost your study sheet for a big test and you will fail the test without it. Should you tell your parents or teacher that you lost it and get into trouble? You hit your brother/sister and then they hit you back. Should you tell on them for hitting you so you can get them into trouble and omit the part about you hitting him/her first? What

Should you tell your friend that you do not have the money? You borrowed your friend s CD and accidently scratched it and now it skips. Should you keep this to yourself and not tell your friend that you ruined the CD? You were visiting a friend and accidently break something. Should you blame it on someone else or hide it? You accidently throw a ball through your neighbor s window. Should you run to your house or blame it on another kid? You go for a job interview and they ask if you can work a cash register. You can t but you really need this job. Should you tell them you know how to work a cash register so you can get this job? Tom calls Mary to go out on a date.
