RECRUIT ON MARCH 20, 2014 AT THE BENDER VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES *** This text is being provided in a rough-draft Format. Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) or captioning are provided in order to facilitate communication accessibility and may not be a totally verbatim record of the proceedings. *** SLIDE 1 >> GAYLE OLIVER-PLATH: Hello. My name is Gayle Oliver-Plath. I want to thank you for joining us today to join more about the Bender Virtual Career Fair. We're really excited about bringing this particular event to you again. We have lowested this event multiple times, it -- we have hosted this event multiple times and it has been a tremendous success. What I'll do today, sharing the over arching reason why people are looking at these virtual tools and how they factor in the strategy and what's involved as you join the event and participate as an employer recruiting people living with disabilities. SLIDE 2 The reason why you may want to participate, more and more people are looking at the virtual tools as a critical part of their recruiting strategy simply because if it -- it is a tremendous driver around cost savings, time savings, just the ability to reach a wide -- much wider breath of candidates using these kinds of tools. When you think of the cost of what it takes, when you go into a traditional event, when you have to travel, per diems, overnight stays, the shipping, the give aways, all of the things that go in a traditional recruiting event, typically it is thousands of dollars, especially if you take multiple people. When you also consider just pure time investment, the number of hours that everyone is away from their typical job and particularly if you take subject matter experts, hiring managers, those kinds of people, when you take them off of their traditional day job, it becomes a much challenging time investment. Literally, people cannot get to the campuses they want to go to to recruit the top talent. The ability to do the event virtually, reach people across the country in a single event, it is a fantastic idea and particularly with this unique event we host multiple kinds of career fairs, but this is near and dear to our heart. SLIDE 3 For one, Bender is an extraordinary organization. We have been so very proud to partner with

them. They have really made a huge commitment to being leaders in placement of people that are living with disabilities. The opportunity for CareerEco to team up with Bender to serve you as employers who are also looking at how you can create a diverse workforce and also being in compliance with some of the new regulations that relate to trying to tap into this pole of candidates living with disabilities, all of these things together has been a tremendous mission for us to team up with Bender and provide this opportunity with you with a virtual event. It really is -- it is a tremendous success. We have had multiple different organizations participating and as you see, we have had from here on the screen, we have had more than 1,000 candidates in this past recent event, in the fall, over 1200 candidates registered in the single event. Literally you can access to a tremendous candidate pole, you could see we had lots of different majors represented, the business, the stem Majors, liberal arts, all of those that participated were able to recruit not only undergraduate but graduate talent across various measures and literally reach these particular target candidates living across the country. Tremendous opportunity for all these reasons and also just bear in mind, it doesn't matter if you're recruiting for full- time interns, co-op, summer, part time, all of the events are at the event and will be excited to interact with you in this unique way. SLIDE 4 With that said, just recapping the date, it is April 14th. You can see it is coming up here fairly quickly and so if this is something that you would like to participate in I'm going to encourage you to go ahead, get signed up early. We'll promote this event across these 2- and 4-year colleges across the country. The way we promote the event, we work closely with universities across the nation and they're very, very enthusiastic about this event, they have candidates of people living with disabilities and this event, it does well. They'll actively promote the event to their students as well as alumni. There is a combined marketing effort among a whole Marriott of different colleges, the Bender community will promote it and so will CareerEco. If you want to get registered to capitalize on the momentum of the visibility in the event, go to the registration button here to get registered. You will also be able to go back and refresh your memory if you want to share this with others and your organization. Click on the organizations learn more button and there is a listing of what's included in the event, the price, the deadlines to take advantage of the early cost savings and then also some options around whether or not you may want to even be an event sponsor or website sponsor. We'll go through the pricing shortly. Bear in mind, if you want to a participate at a different level of visibility with the logo on the home page and it links back to your site, could go to your personal page on the CareerEco site and you'll get more branding around the commitment that you're making to reach the target community of people living with disabilities. We know this is a win for everyone and again we're so proud to be part of this. Like I said, Bender is an amazing group of people. Everyone that we have worked with there, they're so deeply committed to making sure that we're providing these people that want so much to be a part of your organization, the opportunity to connect with you in any way. We're very, very proud of that. SLIDE 5 That said, I think it is important to note just in general terms with virtual events that you will see a

whole variety of different kinds of organizations or participating in these type of events. Few look at the logos you will see that in general across our virtual platform we see all kinds of different organizations representing different industries, all different sizes, so it doesn't matter if you're a government organization, a for-profit, a non-profit, a large global company, maybe a smaller start-up or any type of company, if you're committed to recruiting people living with disabilities this provides a true win/win from everyone's point of view with time efficiency, cost efficiency and potential return of investment to have great candidates. SLIDE 6 With that said, each of you will have your own page. As an employer, when you get registered, you'll have the opportunity to upload information about your organization that will help give a better understanding of the registrants of what the company is about and why they may want to join the firm. You will have -- here is an example. You have a logo appearing here in the top left, you have the opportunity to have links back to your website, career page, social media channels, you'll notice that there are areas to customize. If you want to include images, you see there there is a link to the images. You will also be able to have a section where you can include lots of detail about the company, what you do. You can include any kinds of detailed information, but also you can include multimedia content as well. Also I just realized that I didn't say at the very beginning, I want to point out, if you're interested in seeing this particular event that we're doing here today with the webinar, it has a place for you to actually see this in captioning, if you look at the chat feature, if you haven't noticed that, there is a link for the captioning as well. I want to point that out. I apologize, I didn't do that earlier. With that said. Going to this screen shot. Know you have the ability to personalize this so that you can share as much information that you want to give the candidates a much greater understanding of what your company is all about, maybe you want to share more about the commitment to the disability commitment, whatever makes sense from your perspective to get people enthusiastic about your particular opportunities. You will notice there will be here in the side-bar a place for you to list the positions that you're trying to recruit for and fill, there is a job posting feature within this virtual fair platform and that particular feature will allow you to post specific positions that will be made available throughout the event and then even after the event for up to 60 days. Just know you can have that -- you can give more information about the specific positions you're trying to fill as well. You will see that there is other information that you can have available so whether you want to share the kinds of recruiting, the major you're recruiting for, that's a good section there that you can highlight that. When you get registered, you will have the choice to choose the Majors you want to call out that you're interested in. Also, if you have work authorization restrictions, contact information that you want to share, specifically you can include information about your location and/or a specific contact if you want to share that as well. Know that you'll have lots of great information here. Then also your chat times, which I'll go over a bit further. Bear in mind, this is a place for you to give great information and again extend yourselves to this community to let them know what you're all about and how you may be a good choice for them in terms of their career. SLIDE 7 With that said, by the way, we're also very happy to help you in making sure that profile is exactly

what you want it to be. Know that we're here to support you with that effort as well. What you're looking at on the screen here, it is a listing of participating organizations from prior events. What you will see, you have to the chance to have the high level view of the types of positions you're trying to recruit for. Again, the degree types you're looking for. If you're just interested in bachelor candidates, maybe interested in candidates with advanced degrees, you will see the list of majors so the categories, some of you will be interested in all, others will be very interested in certain specific major sets. Those can be all listed here and the candidate can click show all and see the specific majors under that category. In addition to that, they'll click and look at your profile page. That's where the information will be vital to share more about your company and organization. With that said, they have the ability as registered candidates to also express interest in you as an organization. I'll show you what that is looking for in the candidate dashboard but know this is something that they can let you know right off the bat out of all of the companies that will participate that they're particularly interested in you as an organization, which is helpful for you in terms of how you might want to move forward with specific candidates. SLIDE 8 I mentioned that the chat hours are something that you get to choose. What's really great, very, very convenient about virtual is that you can decide as an organization how much time you want to commit to the interactive part of this particular event. All of you will choose time blocks you would like to make yourselves available and that can be one or more people from your team. You can have multiple people from the organization on the chat at the same time. You can also have different people in and out throughout the day. You can choose how to staff the event and that's where the virtual aspect is so very efficient for everyone. You can bring people into the recruiting cycle that maybe haven't been able to attend traditional events. As I mentioned, maybe subject matter experts, hiring manager, people that you would like to have be there in the event, participate and learn some of their own perspective and expertise that are helping you determine which candidates may be best to move forward with. They can do that right here from the virtual environment. Literally, wherever they may be as long as they have a computer, laptop, they have an Internet connection, they can help you in the recruiting event. You will see by looking at some of these, you will also be able to call out the topics. You have the list of the organization, the specific topics you want to make clear about what may be more general that there are all kinds of opportunities to recruit for, you may have specific ones. You can actually call those out to make it more clear that the people will visit, the kinds of positions you're recruiting for there. You can see there is time blocks some people will have morning sessions, afternoon sessions, others will be there the majority of the day. As you can see, team Bender will be there all day from morning until evening and they will have the opportunity to literally work with any of the candidates coming in the room for the entire course of the day into the evening. Some of you may also want to have evening hours, that can be a really great idea to make yourselves available outside of normal business hours because you really can do this with such ease, that it can be a great way to interact with those that may be already in a day job and they literally could come and visit with you after hours. Lots of to you choose the structure of the event, the candidates will have the list of the employers and schedule and we'll send reminders as well to let them know that you're available.

SLIDE 9 With that said, you will have access to the entire group of rental centered candidates regardless of whether you have the opportunity to interact with them. Bear in mind, the entire candidate poll is available to you. What this is on the screen, that's what your dashboard looks like. You will see here that you will see that high level listing of candidates. You can see at a glance more about the kind of degrees that they're actually either have completed or currently pursuing. You have an icon and you can see the documents they have up loaded. For instance, a resume, a cover letter, that kind of information will be available right there with a click of a button. You will also see that there is another icon here that will allow you to see contact information and some other personal information that they may have shared specifically allowing you to reach out to them beyond the event. addresses, phone numbers, so forth. You will notice there are several other icons. This can be helpful in terms of looking at candidates and noting candidates that may be of interest for you to reach out to before or after the event. Maybe you're only looking for accounting Majors, you can search by major, out of the candidates, you can find the Majors you're looking for specifically and you may want to like them. You can click on the star and then they go in and like the candidates, that tab. That's helpful to know for sure that you want to communicate with those candidates before or after the event. One way to do that, is to literally communicate with them leading up to the event and encourage them to come by, visit with you. You can do that a couple of different ways. One way, you can actually run the report. You can export all of the candidates with the key criteria you have set here in the filters. You can export that list of candidates and put that in an tool or outlet tool and then communicate with them and remind them that you're interested and they visit you in the chat session. Another thing that you will have access to, the resume book. Bear in mind, a filter, take the resumes that are applicable to the search that you're trying to fill and you can actually go ahead and compile those resumes into one large PDF and that can be helpful if you want to share that with others or as part of the take away from the event for having participated. You also noticed an icon here to allow to you chat favorite. If you're busy in the chat room and having a great conversation and you want to remind yourself that you're actually following up with that particular candidate, you could indicate that they're a chat favorite and they can show that in this tab and then you've got a reminder system for allowing yourself to know that you want to send them a thank you note, get on the phone, call them beyond the event. Also, I mention that they can express interest in you. That's what this is about. If they decide that they're interested in your organization, you will know that and they will specifically be listed here. Not all of the candidates will do that necessarily. You may be interested and possibly didn't express interest but know that they're the ones that take time to express interest and it is probably great candidates that are interested in you for sure and you can determine whether you would like to pursue them as well. You can notate that information by that list. SLIDE 10 If you want to be proactive about getting Visitors in the chat room during the day of the event, you can use -- if you prefer not to export the candidate list and use your own tool, you could actually use the event messaging center that's built in to the CareerEco platform. With that said, you could send a

message right here from the system. Some recruiters like that idea because it will keep your specific address anonymous. Although you can compose a message, send it to the candidates you like, you could out and they reply back to you within the event messaging center, as they do that, you will see an alert here and then there is a link to the messages that are waiting for you so you can find out what they replied back with you in the system. It is a nice way to communicate again either leading up to the event to encourage them to stop by or certainly you could communicate with them beyond the event as well that way. SLIDE 11 This is an example of a chat room. Each employer will have your own chat room. One thing that you'll notice, right off the bat, there is information -- a logo, a link to your profile, links through social media, when I come, join your room as a Visitor, I have access to all of that information you have shared so far, there is a couple of other things you may want to do. When you're getting prepared for the event, you may want to include some files, some documents, things that you may typically give away about your benefits program or maybe a company brochure or detailed infer on the jobs, you can include that on a file folder. When Visitors come to the room, they can click on that file folder and download them to their commute computer. You can customize your room greeting, you can welcome them in the room, include lots of information, maybe you want to reach out with some details on the kinds of positions you're trying to fill so that you can just give them a quick reminder. Maybe you want to include a link to somewhere on the website, back to the profile page, if you prefer to put that there, you can also include information so if you want people to reach out to you directly any information you feel would be useful in getting the people who are joining your event very engaged and in your interactive section can be customized in the room greeting. Like wise, you can store answers, let's say I know I'm talking about key positions and I have some key criteria I want to reinforce about that position during the chat session. I can go ahead and create the answers and things that I know will be asked possibly in the event and go ahead, create the answers and store them right in the system. As people come in my room, I can literally without even having to type, I can click from the down arrow menu and pull from that menu of things I have prestored as answers to questions and then use those in the chat without having to repeat the typing. There is other things you can do that make it easy for you to use the tool and get prepared before the event, but also for your team members. If you have others rejoining you and you're the coordinator of that event, you can do some of the preparatory work that's helpful for them as well so that you can share information as people join the session and make it easy with your typing. With that said, you can personalize it further, you can have a picture here if you would like, you can even personalize the user name. Maybe I prefer not to use my name but I prefer to say mechanical engineering recruiter, something to that effect. I could have the user name be personalized further. It could be speaking to the kind of discipline I'm recruiting for or maybe I'm going to indicate myself as hiring manager, something else. You can do that here in the list of users that will be in that event during the event. You can customize it here, know once again that you could have multiple representatives be part of the event, you would all be listed here and you can all contribute to the conversation in this group chat format that I'll show you here. Keep in mind, there are a couple of different ways to chat. One way that you'll chat is by typing here. When you type into the section what you type goes into what we call the group chat. This is something that is useful when you think about it in terms of multiple people being in the chat room what the dialogue that happens here in the group format is interactive for everybody to share

in. If one person asks a question, others benefit from you and your colleagues answering that question. They can see the chat room history. When I come in the room, I can scroll up and see what other people have asked and I may have already had some of my questions answered and I'll think of new questions I want to share with the group and a ask during the event. At the same time, you could also indicate that you're interested in private chatting. I could click on the icon, there is more information on that candidate, it will give me information about the kind of degree that they have or currently are pursuing, the school that they's of attend, graduation date, I would have more information and then I can click on that user name and invite them to a private chat. SLIDE 12 What that looks like then now, it is that there is a split screen and in addition to chatting here, in this chat where everyone in the room communicates back and forth about that topic, I could have a more personalized topic with one candidate at a team. I could now private chat by clicking on that user and then you'll see the screen changes, I now have a split screen and an individual private chat going on at this part of the screen and still am able to communicate with the group in this part of the screen. You can go back and forth between your group chat, your private chats and you can literally have individual one on one conversations going on with multiple different representatives that have come into your room. As you see, the chat participants, they're listed here and you can note there is a number one by the user name, they responded to the private chat and I can see what they have said back to me. You can go back, forth, between the chats with different individuals and still maintain conversation that's happening in the group dynamic. That's so efficient. Everybody loves the aspect that you and your colleagues can have multiple people in the room and each one of you could be contributing to a group dynamic conversation but also contributing to the private chats one to one with a Marriott of different candidates that joined your session. SLIDE 13 In addition to that, you can even do other kinds of interactions, video Broadcasting. For instance, let's say that I would like to have people in the room who could see me responding so they can see and hear me respond in the chat room. Then you would have the ability to use that feature if you choose. You could also have a one to one video chat. Let's just say that you were having a great chat one on one with a candidate but you did want to take it to another level of interviewing and you want to have a video chat with them one-to-one and now you and the candidate can see and hear and have a different type of exchange allowing you to go beyond the text chatting back Abe forth. That's something that you could also do within the system. In addition to that, you could have a PowerPoint presentation that you could screen share. For instance, similar to what I'm doing here, you could actually have a PowerPoint conversation and then talk through it. You could do it on a presentation format, you can do that in the chat room. At the same time, you could have another rep from the come continuing to converse in this text format but you could be talking through a presentation and I as the user could still toggle back and forth between the chatting and presentation. It gives me as a user the ability to interact with you in a variety of different ways, but I think it is very important just in terms of how you can present different kinds of information in this sort of format

just based on what's best for you and your team. Just know that you don't have to use the multimedia aspect by any means, it is built in the system and it is an option if you choose. SLIDE 14 It is an example of if you want to do the presentation, you could have, again, a presentation that you use the audio aspect to talk through and share more about your company. SLIDE 15 Again, your choice. Completely up to you. Whatever is going to make sense for you and your team. With that said, it is not going to require special equipment in terms of your camera, you just need a built-in camera, an attachable camera and also obviously the Internet access, you want a strong Internet connection. Other than that, you can use the built-in tools. Part of what you will have access to, the candidate spreadsheet, you bring that highway from the event and pour it in your own tracking tool and take it from there. You can get that resume book, which I mentioned you can individually download the resumes or have one PDF which compiled resumes which you may want to take away from the event. You can always go back in the system and get to any of these as well. Just know, you still have access beyond the event to access the information within the CareerEco platform. You also get a chat transcript which is helpful. You can literally go back and look at the dialogues that happened between yourself and the various people who joined your room. You can see the one to one chats, you can see the group chats. That can give you a lot more insight into what happened. This is valuable. Often in traditional events you just can't remember everything that was said and you're trying to scribble notes and this, you don't have to worry about. In your candidate dashboard, an icon there, you can choose to add notes to a particular candidate record as well. If you know you want to reach out to somebody, you want to remind yourself something about that candidate you can make notes on that candidate record in addition to having the chat transcripts, all again which is something you could export and take away from the event. In addition, you'll have an attendee report which is helpful, it is a report that let's you know exactly who visited your room and is slightly different than the chat transcript because you have this as just an excel format that you can put in a tracking system and then maybe you want to send a follow-up thank you to let them know how much you appreciate them visiting or maybe send out an on what the next course of action may be in respect to them as a candidate with a company. SLIDE 16 Now what I want to do, I want to share some feedback we received in the events. It is important for you to see from the candidate point of view why they find this to be a very valuable experience. I truly believe this generation of candidates that are coming in the

marketplace, they are so very used to these technology, this type of event make sense to them. You can see by the comments off the bat, they love the fact that they can see the questions being asked in the chat room, so they have that group chat dynamic, it is powerful, persuasive, it helps them learn a lot about the company and then they don't have to think of every question they may want to ask and they're getting new insight. I definitely think it does represent your brand as being very up to speed on technology and that's more and more important to a generational of people who are very technology savvy that they see you as being -- again, you can see the words here they used, hip, branded in a way that's really helping them understand that you're making yourself accessible to them and in this sort of on demand format which is what it is. They have questions and you're making yourself available to them immediately for those kinds of questions. Right there during the event. You can also see that there is an efficiency factor for them. They talk about how, you know what, a great experience it is to have the ability to search for these openings, have you review the resumes, communicate with different employers, all doing that without having to leave their location. Certainly in this sort of event, they have the ability to interact with multiple recruiters and they can actually be in up to three rooms at a given time. They can have multiple dialogues going on, instead of standing in one line at a time, they can be more efficient in that respect than in a traditional event. Another aspect, the individualization, you can interact one to one and they're not feeling like they have to be moved on so you can talk to the next person behind them. This is a big issue with a lot of traditional recruiting events, if they're busy event, you have a long line of people waiting to speak to you, they know that there is just a limited amount of time they have. This sort of environment, they can stay in your chat room and continue to be engaged, excited about the opportunities without feeling that pressure to move on. They like it, they feel they're getting attention here. SLIDE 17 I think it is also very important to note that for this particular audience of people, persons living with disabilities, this is a unique aspect for them that is so incredibly important for them. When you see some comments that are specific to just this sort of disability event you can see here as an example, I'm unable to drive, the virtual fair has allowed me to meet with a good number of employers with much greater ease and ability to access the links they sent allows for the immediate action rather than trying to get home and remember it. That's important from all candidates perspective. Often you're trying to get back to the website to now fill out an application for you to really take another step with that candidate and you really have the ability to get them to go ahead and again take that immediate action like she said because literally they're right and online and they can open up a new browser tab and start filling out that application if that's what you would like them to do. SLIDE 18

Here is another comment, my disability makes in person interviews very difficult for me, this allows me to focus on the actual content of the discussion rather than having to manage my disability while interviewing. It allows me to put a much more representative profile forward. That's vital to note. You really do provide an opportunity that creates a greater ease in this format that allows certain candidates that may have disabilities that make it more challenging for them to interview but it won't have any bearing on them being successful in the job. You're giving them the ability to actually move forward with you in a way that's representative of what they have to offer. This is a very powerful dynamic for candidates. Many candidates living with disabilities. SLIDE 19 >> You see I love it, I freely stated one on one what I was looking for with no pressure at all. We have heart warming comments. SLIDE 20 SLIDE 21 We want you to know that you're working with candidates that are eager to communicate with you, it is a positive experience for you to have extended yourself in this way to a group of candidates that can be ideal for your company and do it in a way that makes perfect sense for them too. You can see, here is another comment. I want to say that this is awesome. I love this one. I was able to get valuable information, scheduled telephone interview and apply for jobs that I never had access to. I was able to make multiple connections with employers and I'm even considering relocating for some of the positions if hired. There you go. That's a perfect example of what one candidate said about the fair. You will meet so many more that are going toes have that level of enthusiasm on you, the brand, organization, and the opportunity to work with your particular organization. SLIDE 22 From the employer perspective, from your perspective, here are comments we get back. Here is an example. We're always looking for ways to reach out to more diverse groups of applicants, this fair allowed us to do that for two years now. We love it. We have done several of these with colleges and it is a great way to get in front of groups. We

typically wouldn't be able to connect w that's so vital because so many times we're looking for candidates, particularly living with disabilities and you don't know how to find them, this is how to do that. SLIDE 23 You can see I have had the opportunity to chat with great candidates and we're focused on a diverse workforce for all of our employees to feel included and welcome. We encourage all types of backgrounds to come to work for the company. Again, part of the initiative that you may have to focus on diversifying the workplace, a great way to do that with this event. SLIDE 24 >> Another one, we believe a diverse workforce is a great way to build a successful company. This allows people from all over to have a forum to interact with potential employers. We will have people from around the country that are accessible to you in this format. SLIDE 25 Here is another one. You know, I can talk to multiple people at once, see the resumes instead of having to remember to ask for those which I think is an interesting comment. You know, there is a lot going on in traditional fairs and having all of this right there at your fingertips, you can see, she was particularly finding the chat responses, the stored message, very helpful, the fact you can have all of that information on your company right there, in fact, it is easier to make it accessible in that way more so than what you may give out in a traditional fair. You can see, lots of happy employers. SLIDE 26 I think some of these other comments really speak to the fact that certainly it is cost effective, it is efficient, there is no question about that. I think some of these are interesting too where they said, you know, user friendly. I think that's important for you to know. It is something that you will find is not only enjoyable, you can see by the comment there, about it being fun, but also it is a very easy tool to use, you don't have to worry about your other recruiters or the others you're bringing into the event, the hiring managers, maybe having the difficulty using the tool. It is easy to use, we have tutorials, a video, a practice session, we're

making it so that you will find easy to jump into the chat, use the tool, you're off and running with the idea of recruiting the great candidates. SLIDE 27 Again, time savings, can never be underestimated, a lot of times people don't factor the actual time away from the office into what the real cost of going to a recruiting event, what it is. Time is such a premium, you can see by that, that comment there, that we have appreciated the time savings, not having to travel. I think that the time is something that's a huge cost and oftentimes it is a silent cost we're not looking at when we think about what it takes to get to a traditional recruiting event. You can see here, they hired 13 people across two of the virtual events they participated in, a great return of investment on their perspective. SLIDE 28 With that in mind, here is the pricing structure. You want to get registered, up go ahead, do that before the February 27th date, it is $395. Very, very affordable, we know that this is -- people found this to be a great value for them. If you need to wait for -- beyond that early registration deadline, it is just over 500, it is just 499. All of everything I shared with you today will promote the organization through your profile page, having access with all of the candidates that you're going to have in the portal, you'll have access to those as well as having the ability to take that information away, the reports, the having access to the job posting feature, if you want to post particular positions, you can use the video tools if you choose and you can have a as many people as you want in the event. You can have lots of different people participate and share the responsibility for the event over the course of the day if you want to make yourself available from morning until evening. With all that said, there is two other price points to consider if you want to be a website sponsor and or an event sponsor. Both of those prices, you can see $1,000 for the website sponsor, $2,000 for the event, you would have the logo on the home page. A lot of visibility around that, we'll have thousands of people that will hit the site and they'll all see you as a sponsor of the event if you choose one of those two options. It does include the participation in the event as well, that's part of what you're getting for the two levels of participation. Bear in mind, the gives between the two, if you want to be an event sponsor, the logo in addition to the website, it goes on the marketing materials that are being shared about the event. All of these hundreds of schools around the country sharing this, with their students, alumni, disability offices, your logo would go on that marketing material. It is a fantastic opportunity to brand yourself as a company that's very, very committed to reaching out to this group of candidates that are excellent candidates, eager to work with you, and again from a standpoint of the value of the event, I think I have pointed out why you may want to do this in any case, but particularly when you look at this group of candidates, that otherwise just may not have the opportunity to connect with.

SLIDE 29 So they're going to be grateful and we believe you'll be grateful for having been part of this and the really, really unique way you have of reaching this very, very sought out after community of candidates that want to work for you and who have the ability to make a contribution and also be part of your recruiting strategy to help diversify your workforce. With all that said, you can see that the contact information, it is below, if you need to still ask questions, I'm happy to answer those, you see the phone number and . We would love to have you fate, we feel comfortable that you will find it to be an extraordinary event in a unique way to really, really brand yourself and more importantly recruit candidates that have the ability to contribute in an untold way and in a way that will make you feel great about the fact that you're able to connect with a community of candidates that have so much to offer and you may not have another way to reach. Thank you for being here. We really appreciate you considering the event. I'm going to have a recorded version of this and I'm going to have it on the website like I mentioned. I'm going to go ahead, say thank you for being here and stop the recording and thank you for being here very, very much. END I'll ask to see if Gerald, I see Gerald from Bender is on the line. I want to see if it is possible for him to introduce himself. Are you available to say -- >> Hello. >> Hi! Gerald, thank you for being here. Is there anything you would like to offer up that I have into the shared about this particular event or about Bender, your commitment to the community? >> I want to express our excitement for Bender consulting services for this particular event right now. This is the fourth we're hosting together with you guys here and this is a really big year and it will kickoff the year in a great way. It is the 25th anniversary of the Americans with disabilities act, it is Bender consulting services 20th anniversary and this is the year of enforcement for section 503, when it comes into reality. It is going to be a great year for people with disabilities getting in jobs Abe we'll use this event to help employers find the persons with disabilities that they'll be recruiting for all of the great opportunities. This is going to be our biggest, our best one that we have done yet. I just want to express thank you to you over at CareerEco and employers considering attending the event and if you do, you won't be disappointed >> GAYLE OLIVER-PLATH: Thank you so much. As you know, we couldn't be bigger fans. This is just -- you are such a fantastic group of people, so committed to this. I think that's just unparalleled. We again remain extremely grateful for the opportunity to be your partners and like you said, we're certain this is going to be a fantastic event for everybody involved. Thank you for all your hard work at Bender and appreciate you joining us today. >> No problem. Take care. >> GAYLE OLIVER-PLATH: Thank you.
