The best thing about this industry is that there is always something new to learn about and its always interesting and exciting.

2 I m not fussy who I travel with anyone, anytime, anywhere. So where are you going? I hear Tahiti is nice this time of year Its been 5+ years I have been with QH, and I started out as door to door sales person for a telco it was awful but I learn a lot! The best thing about this industry is that there is always something new to learn about and its always interesting and exciting. My top holiday experiences so far would be zip lining in Chiang Mai, surfing at Waikiki Beach in Honolulu & bobsledding at Badaling at the Great Wall of China. This year I am looking forward to huge catch up in Bali with my wonderful friends, they live all over Australia so this doesn t happen often! My favourite way to travel is comfortably. Comfy clothes for the plane, good shoes for walking, eye mask for sleeping...you name it I'm probably carrying it all...or making my poor boyfriend carry it all! When it comes to holidays I've been quite spoilt really, I have loved every destination I have ever travelled to. My dream list is South America, Greece, Canada...it's too hard to pick just one! I had a group once who had a bit of bad luck with last minute changes prior to travelling, a group member getting arrested whilst overseas, another one requiring emergency surgery which meant they were unable to fly home. Working through every obstacle with my agent to the point where everything was resolved and we could breathe easier. The group were happy and appreciative of all our hard work so that's my most memorable WOW moment with a customer.

She has been prompt & professional throughout the whole booking process & has been able to answer every single one of my questions. As I have just started back in travel after a couple of years break with a baby. The thought of a group booking was totally scary but Melissa made this stress free for me. Melissa has been a pleasure to deal with & deserves a pat on the back!! I look forward to dealing with her in the future. I want to travel with Lady Gaga, she would take me on her private jet planes, we would stay in the BEST Penthouses/Suites there is! Lady Gaga will take me shopping, so we can shop till we drop! It w as sweet and humorous and also very touching.
