1 SUBJECT STATIONERY GUIDE 205 (K-0) The following Subject Lists include stationery requirements each student should have in order to participate in that specific subject. All items are to be obtained by the first day of the school year. Books must be covered and labelled clearly with the Student s name ready for use. The College offers families a convenient Online Ordering System through OfficeMax. It has a safe and secure online payment system which is open 24/7 and provides delivery to your door. There is no obligation to use this facility and families may choose to source their stationery directly from the supplier of their choice, however if families choose to use this option the College Parents and Friends Committee gain a small percentage from each sale which is used for school improvement projects. Please Note: Items purchased must be as close as possible to the items listed. If you qualify for Student Assistance Scheme (STAS) this is no longer linked to stationery purchases and therefore your STAS payment will not be available to offset the cost of your stationery. IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION: Customer Service Phone: Ordering online via the OfficeMax website (as shown above) requires payment at the time of ordering via a credit card or VISA MasterCard debit card. Cash, cheque or money order payments are not available for online orders. A delivery fee of $8.95 per family will apply on orders. 21 Dominic College 205 Requirements The attached order form lists items selected by Dominic College as being required in 205. To ensure delivery prior to Term, 205 place your order by Friday, 9 December 204. Ready to Order? For a fast, simple and secure way to place your order visit and follow these easy steps:. Enter your contact details, delivery address and payment details. Click Place Order to complete your order. Payment methods available online are PAYPAL, VISA OR MASTERCARD. Your card will be charged immediately at the time of placing your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your specified address. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER DELIVERY SERVICE All orders will be sent out via Australia Post. A specific time of delivery cannot be requested. In the event that nobody is available to receive the delivery, the driver will attempt to find a safe place to leave your goods. In the event the driver cannot locate a safe place to leave, a card will be left and your goods will be taken to the local Post Office for collection. Please note that PO Boxes are NOT allowed.
