2 Important notes for ordering your educational resources Completing your resource list Go to and use the code on the front cover to sign in or create a new account. Creating an account will allow you to place multiple orders per delivery address, e.g. 2 students. Provide a physical address for delivery i.e. a home, work, grandparents or friend's address. Packs are addressed to the student, so for work addresses please provide extra information, such as a parent's and company name. Boarders - tick the 'Boarder' option and provide the school's address including the words 'Boarding House', to have the pack delivered to the school. Please order one of each item on the list unless a larger quantity is shown next to the tick box. Compulsory items will be preselected for you. Please collect your order from the school on the date specified on the front of the resource list. A friend or relative can collect on your behalf. If you cannot collect from the school on this date, please choose Home Delivery. If you choose to purchase your resources at our Retail Service Centre, please note that digital products must be ordered online as these items cannot be processed at our Retail Service Centre. Payment Payment to be made in full, by Debit Card or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only). Cheques cannot be accepted. Prices in this list are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Late Orders If you missed ordering by the due date, you can still order online at but the only delivery option is to a physical address. Delivery times will be 5 to 7 working days from date of order. Stock availability cannot always be guaranteed for late orders. Delivery charges for late orders are $5.50 per item, up to a maximum of $19.95 per student order. Oversized items and supplier delays s that have not arrived from suppliers at the time of delivery will either be posted to your delivery address or distributed at school as agreed with your school. Oversized items will be distributed at your school. Returns and refunds Exchanges and refunds will be made on goods deemed faulty from the manufacturer. Refunds may be provided for textbooks in original condition (including shrink-wrapping, where applicable) until the 16th of February or two weeks after the purchase date, whichever is later.
