Free packing until the 3 rd Janaury Orders after this date will incur a $10.00 packing fee. 2. Product substitutions may be made if an item is unavailable at the time of packing. Substitutions will be a similar product of the same or greater value. 3. If a product is unable to be substituted, it may be placed on backorder. 4. We will accept late orders up until the 7 th January 2018, however there will be a late fee of $10.00 per order charged. 5. Any discounts do not apply when shopping in our retail store.
