1 2019 YEAR LEVEL REQUIREMENTS Dear Parents and Caregivers Please find attached the following forms: Booklist for 2019 and options for ordering Book Packs will now only be available online from Kookaburra Educational Resources. (Not Lunch on Lighthouse). Please see attached information on how to order. Lunch on Lighthouse will sell Extras items - library bags, calculators, dictionaries, recorders, soundwaves text books, handwriting text books, and headsets. (Only a limited range of other stationery items will be available). If you decide not to purchase book packs from Kookaburra, please be aware that you will be responsible for supplying all your child/children s stationery requirements for Uniform Price List for 2019 To assist us with the sufficient supply of uniform items and to avoid delays, please pre order uniform requirements for Please see Uniform Price List for payment & collection options. ONLINE ORDERING UNIFORMS are available to order online via the school s website. (A small surcharge applies.) Uniforms can be ordered & either delivered to students classroom OR collected on the student free days in January Assistance with registering and ordering is available - please contact pandc@caloundrass.eq.edu.au for more details. The Uniform Shop at Lunch on Lighthouse will be open on the Pupil Free Days - (Thurs 24th, & Fri 25th January, 2019) from 8.30am to 12 noon. It is expected to be very busy on these days! Layby is available for book packs and uniforms. See over for terms & conditions. Lunch on Lighthouse is a Not for Profit enterprise and as such, all profits raised through Food, Stationery (including percentage rebate from all sales from Kookaburra) and Uniform sales are donated back to the school to enhance all students education. 2 LAYBY OPTIONS To assist parents and caregivers in planning back to school expenses, Lunch on Lighthouse will be offering layby for both uniforms and book packs. Payments can be made by cash, Eftpos or Credit card directly to Lunch on Lighthouse. TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOK PACKS Laybys must be PAID IN FULL by Friday Dec 7 th This is to ensure book packs will be delivered prior to school starting in January Any outstanding laybys not paid by Friday Dec 7 th 2018 will have all monies returned to parents. You will be required to make you own arrangements for back to school supplies. Orders can only be delivered to student s home address - NOT TO SCHOOL. There is no fee for this option. For further information please contact Lunch on Lighthouse staff or pandc@caloundrass.eq.edu.au. UNIFORMS Laybys can carry over into there is no requirement for the layby to be completed prior to end of school. Laybys can be collected once payment is complete. Alternatively, they can be delivered to your student s classroom. E - Wallet. If you utilise E - wallet with Schools Shop Online you may use this to manage payments for uniforms. Deposit regular amounts into you E - wallet facility and once sufficient funds have been saved, uniforms can be purchased online. Please note you will need to link your E - wallet account to the Uniform & Stationery portal.

3 Caloundra State School Student Book Packs 2019 HOW TO ORDER Kookaburra Educational Resources will be supplying our Student Packs for the 2019 School Year. You will find that their prices are extremely competitive, with most stationery items being under the recommended retail price. Ordering Options: There are TWO convenient ways to complete your order: 1. Online Order online and pay via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Bpay or EFT before the cut-off date of: 1st Ordering Period Orders to be placed by Thursday 15th November 2018 OR 2nd Ordering Period Orders to be placed by Saturday 15th December (do not register for an account) Username: CALOU007 (the first five characters are alpha, the last three are numeric) Password: Student9 2. Orders received after the cut-off date: Will still be accepted. May not be delivered prior to the start of Term Will be packed in a box and delivered to your nominated daytime delivery address where a signature will be required unless you provide an authority to leave.
