1 Supplies List **** This list does not include ALL classes. Students will be instructed the first day of school as to what items are needed in class. STUDENT PLANNERS will be given to each high school student on the first day of school. Therefore students are reminded they should carry these with them at all times. Students and Parents are reminded cell phones are NOT to be used to talk or text during class periods or in the halls during class time. Telephone the High School ext. 231 to get messages to students. Success in life, business, or school takes planning and organization. Keeping coursework separated is a big help. ALL MAPLE RIVER High School students will be issued a ChromeBook during teacher workshop week or the first couple days of school. You may purchase insurance for $34, which covers accidents and the like. Be watching for more information on chromebook handout in the fall. Students must have a case for their Chromebook. If you do not have your case from last year, they are available for purchase from the school for $15 and may be purchased on the day they pick up their Chromebook. Ninth and Tenth Grade Student Suggested Supply List 1. A Texas Instrument calculator model: TI-30XIIS (Write the student s name on it with a permanent marker) 2. 6 Honors Algebra II, Algebra II or TI-30XS MultiView Pencils Notebook/Paper Folder Phy Ed Class - Shirt and shorts that need to be brought home periodically to be washed. - Students need spandex shorts and the girls also need a sports bra to wear under their PE clothes. - Long hair needs a Pony or Band to control hair. - Shoes that tie on the outside of the shoe, and socks to go with them. - Any sweatshirts and pants you may want to use in cooler weather. - Towel and spray deodorant for cleaning up. - Pad Lock Small Engines - Small engine that is complete but does not need to run (examples, old push mowers, tillers, water pumps.) One that will not be missed if broken or parts lost. Town junk days are a good place to find engines. AG Mech -Some sort of vehicle and/or tractor to provide maintenance to throughout the course. (examples, changing oil, rotating tires, changing lights.) Personal vehicles work great.
