In order to be successful, students need to come to school well rested and prepared each day. Thank you for helping our students succeed! 5 th Grade Supply List The following supplies will be collected by your child s homeroom teacher for classroom use: 1 24-pack pencils (pre-sharpened) 2 packs of notebook paper (wide-ruled, 3-hole punched) 2 highlighters or a package of highlighters (any color) 1 box of colored pencils 4-8 glue sticks 3 boxes of Kleenex 2 rolls of paper towels 1 bottle of hand sanitizer or soap 1 pack Expo whiteboard markers 1 pack cap erasers/pink eraser 1 pack Post-It notes 1 pack 3x5 index cards Clorox/Lysol wipes 1 yellow pocket folder 1 red pocket folder Sharpie markers Donations of any of the following items are gratefully appreciated! Colored cardstock, 8 x 11 any color Colored copy paper, 8 x 11 any color Expo/whiteboard markers and/or Expo cleaner liquid and erasers Quart or sandwich sized Ziploc bags Students will need the following supplies for their personal use: Continuous supply of pencils Continuous supply of wide-ruled notebook paper 1 zipper pouch/pencil bag for supplies, 3-hole punched to keep in binder 2 three-ringed binders, 1 ½-inch size (NOT Trapper Keeper or zip-around large binders please they do not fit in lockers) 5 composition notebooks (one for each subject and 2 for literacy, pages each, college or wide-ruled) 5 tabbed notebook dividers If your child will be enrolled in Spanish classes for 5 th grade, they will need the following items for Spanish class only: 1 composition notebook Looseleaf notebook paper 2 packages of sharpened pencils

2 6 th Grade Supply List JT Moore Middle Prep, An IB World School The following supplies will be needed by your child to ensure a successful learning experience throughout the year: No. 2 pencils (please, no mechanical pencils): 3 boxes of 12 for the classroom blue or black ink pens highlighters (any color) box of colored pencils hand-held pencil sharpener with cover four 2-pocket folder four 1-inch three-ringed binders (1 per subject) four 5 tab dividers for the binder (one for each subject) 2 packages wide-ruled notebook paper. NO COLLEGE-RULED PLEASE! 4 spiral notebooks 4 composition books (bound) pair of scissors 2-4 glue sticks 2 boxes Kleenex bottle of hand sanitizer one 4Gb flash drive to be kept in the classroom, labeled with name OPTIONAL, but appreciated: 2 rolls of paper towels 1 pack of graph paper 1 pack of black EXPO markers for class disinfectant wipes and Band-Aids
