The Rainbow Fish Marcus Pfister 1992 This lovely story is about a beautiful fish who learns to make friends by sharing his most prized possessions. Friendshape Amy Krouse Rosenthal 2015 Triangle, Circle, Square and Rectangle are friends who have fun together and help each other out. Scaredy Squirrel Melanie Watt 2006 In this comical story, Scaredy Squirrel sees danger in everything. Can he overcome his fears and go beyond his tree? Look for others in this series including Scaredy Squirrel in the Dark and Scaredy Squirrel Makes a Friend. *My New Friend is So Fun Mo Willems 2014 Gerald the elephant and Piggie are best friends. Is there room in their lives for other friends? Look for other books in the Elephant and Piggie series. They are all great for beginning readers. *Penguin and Pinecone Salina Yoon 2012 Penguin learns that friends come in all shapes and sizes and when you give love it grows. *Hard to choose, but these are some of the best!
